Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled material processing, in particular to a thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material with barrier property and a preparation method thereof.
Background
A Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof roll, which is a rubber plastic blending type high polymer waterproof roll with excellent ageing resistance and very soft; along with the development of technology, more and more thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled materials can be compounded with other waterproof coiled materials (modified asphalt, high polymer hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives or butyl adhesives) with self-adhesion capability to form coiled materials or used with paint to form a 'coil' composite waterproof system;
the rubber phase molecules in the TPO coiled material are mostly in an amorphous form, and the formula in the self-adhesive coiled material contains a plurality of small molecular oil components, so that the small molecular oil components can enter the TPO sheet material through diffusion action in the production or use process of the coiled material, and the performance of the TPO sheet material and the self-adhesive layer can be simultaneously deteriorated, and if the effect is not treated, the effect can be increased along with the extension of time;
in order to solve the problems, the conventional treatment method is to cover the surface of the coiled material with a film having barrier property, and the treatment method has the advantages of being quick and convenient in production, but has the problems in the practical use process that the barrier layer of the material is broken due to high-temperature melt extrusion, mechanical traction and stretching action or mechanical damage in the film thermal compounding process in the production process, so that the oil-blocking capacity of the material is affected, and once the barrier layer is broken, the oil can be diffused into the material body, so that the material performance is deteriorated, and the service life of the material is reduced.
