Further, the sprinkler bead 27 runs through the outer wall of the connecting shaft 5, and the sprinkler bead 27 is equipped with two sets of, and two sets of sprinkler beads 27 are located the both sides of motor respectively, and every group sprinkler bead 27 evenly distributed is at the outer wall of connecting shaft 5, and it should be noted that, sprinkler bead 27 is the column water sprinkler bead, can provide the farther injection stroke, guarantees that the cleaner is sent to petroleum pipeline inner wall.

As an embodiment of the present invention: referring to fig. 1 to 9, first, a worker first compresses the first telescopic assembly 13 on the first traveling part 1 to enable the first driving wheel 14 to enter the petroleum pipeline, meanwhile, the worker compresses the second telescopic assembly 231 on the brushing part 2 to further convey the brushing part 2 into the petroleum pipeline, similarly, the second traveling part 3 is conveyed into the petroleum pipeline, then the worker energizes the first driving wheel 14 and the second driving wheel 34, and the first driving wheel 14 and the second driving wheel 34 drive the brushing part 2 to enter the petroleum pipeline.
Then, the operator energizes the driving component 26 in the brushing part 2, the driving component 26 drives the brush head 231 to rotate along the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline, meanwhile, the operator is connected with a cleaning agent through the water supply mechanism 8, the cleaning agent is sprayed out along the water spray head 27, the water spray head 27 on the left side of the motor is used for pre-wetting the petroleum pipeline, and the water spray head 27 on the right side of the motor is used for flushing stains cleaned in the petroleum pipeline.
When the petroleum pipeline cleaning equipment enters the petroleum pipeline bending part, the first walking part 1 firstly penetrates through the petroleum pipeline bending part, then the universal joint 4 between the first walking part 1 and the brushing part 2 is pivoted and bent, so that the brushing part 2 can be flexibly pulled by the first walking part 1 while the brushing part 2 is normally rotated and cleaned in the petroleum pipeline, and when the brushing part 2 passes through the petroleum pipeline bending part, then the universal joint 4 between the second walking part 3 and the brushing part 2 is pivoted and bent, and the second walking part 3 can flexibly push the brushing part 2 to advance.
When the petroleum pipeline cleaning equipment needs to exit the petroleum pipeline, the staff controls the first walking part 1 and the second walking part 3 to walk reversely, at the moment, the second walking part 3 pulls the brushing part 2 to exit the petroleum pipeline, and the first walking part 1 pushes the brushing part 2 to exit the petroleum pipeline, so that the cleaning of the petroleum pipeline is completed.
In summary, according to the petroleum pipeline cleaning device disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the inner wall of a petroleum pipeline is brushed rotationally through the brushing part, the first walking part and the second walking part are used for dragging the brushing part to walk along the petroleum pipeline, the first telescopic component in the first walking part and the third telescopic component in the second walking part are used for adapting to the inner diameter change of the petroleum pipeline, so that the first walking part and the second walking part touch the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline, and the second telescopic component in the brushing part is used for adapting to the inner diameter change of the petroleum pipeline, so that the brush head in the brushing part touches the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline;
the connecting shaft is connected with the first walking part and the second walking part through the two universal joints respectively, so that the first walking part, the brushing part and the second walking part can twist a certain deflection angle along the vertical direction, and the whole petroleum pipeline cleaning equipment can smoothly pass through a petroleum pipeline with a turn.

the cleaning mechanism circumferential arrays are arranged on the driving assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the cleaning mechanism to rotationally brush the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline to be cleaned;
the water spraying mechanism is arranged on the driving assembly and is connected with the water supply mechanism through a water inlet pipe, wherein the water spraying mechanism washes the inner wall of the petroleum pipeline to be cleaned;
the first walking part and the second walking part are respectively and pivotally arranged at two sides of the brushing part, and the first walking part, the brushing part and the second walking part are respectively provided with a telescopic part for adapting to the change of the inner diameter of the petroleum pipeline, wherein the first walking part and the second walking part are used for driving the brushing part to move in the petroleum pipeline to be cleaned.
2. The petroleum pipeline cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the brushing part is provided with a connecting shaft penetrating in a direction of a rotation axis thereof, and both sides of the brushing part are connected with the first traveling part and the second traveling part through the connecting shaft;
the telescopic part comprises a first telescopic component arranged on the first walking part, a second telescopic component arranged on the brushing part and a third telescopic component arranged on the second walking part.

The petroleum pipeline cleaning apparatus of claim 2, wherein the drive assembly comprises a motor, the connecting shaft penetrates through a stator of the motor, a brushing part fixing seat is arranged at a rotor of the motor, and the cleaning mechanism is arranged on the brushing part fixing seat.
4. The petroleum pipeline cleaning apparatus of claim 2, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a brush head connected to a top end of the second telescoping assembly, and a spring hinge is provided between the brush head and the second telescoping assembly.

The petroleum pipeline cleaning apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first travel portion comprises a first fixed seat and a first driving wheel, wherein the first fixed seat is connected with one end of the connecting shaft, one end of the first telescopic assembly is connected with the first fixed seat, and the first driving wheel is rotatably connected with the other end of the first telescopic assembly;
the second walking part comprises a second fixing seat and a second driving wheel, wherein the second fixing seat is connected with the other end of the connecting shaft, one end of the third telescopic assembly is connected with the second fixing seat, and the second driving wheel is rotationally connected with the other end of the third telescopic assembly;
the driving motors in the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel are connected in parallel through wires.

A petroleum pipeline cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 or 5, wherein two universal joints are provided on the connecting shaft, one of the universal joints being located between the first travelling part and the brush section, the other being located between the second travelling part and the brush section.

The petroleum pipeline cleaning apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first telescoping assembly, the second telescoping assembly, and the third telescoping assembly are identical in specification, and the first telescoping assembly, the second telescoping assembly, and the third telescoping assembly are each internally provided with an elastic push rod.
8. Petroleum pipeline cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the part of the connecting shaft penetrating the motor is provided with a hollow cavity,
the water spraying mechanism comprises a plurality of water spraying seats arranged in the hollow cavity, a water inlet end of each water spraying seat is provided with a branch water pipe, a water outlet end of each water spraying seat is provided with a water spraying head, and the water inlet end of each branch water pipe is connected with a water inlet pipe;
the sprinkler bead runs through the outer wall of connecting axle, the sprinkler bead is equipped with two sets of, and two sets of the sprinkler bead is located respectively the both sides of motor, every group the sprinkler bead evenly distributed is in the outer wall of connecting axle.
