Wherein the bristles 22 comprise long bristles and short bristles, and a plurality of the long bristles and a plurality of the short bristles are bundled into a bundle; the outer side wall of the large end of the frustum 21 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 25, and the bunched bristles 22 are inserted into the mounting holes 25. In order to make better use of the residual high pressure fluid passing through the impeller 1, the frustum 21 is provided with a plurality of through holes 23 in the direction of its axis. The high-pressure fluid ejected from the whole overflowing channel 11 can directly pass through the through hole 23 and impact the scale layer at the front end of the cleaning head 2, and the dust removal capacity of the whole frustum 21 is improved. In the present application, the connection structure between the through holes 23 can also be designed as a spiral fan structure, which can also effectively utilize the residual high-pressure fluid ejected from the flow passage 11, so that the whole cleaning head 2 is also a rotating propeller.

Claims (10)

1. A pipe sweeping device is characterized by comprising
The propeller (1) is provided with a sweepback taper ring sleeve (5) on the side wall of the outer ring of the propeller, and the outer edge of the taper ring sleeve (5) can be attached to the inner wall of the pipe fitting (3); and
the cleaning head (2) can rotate along the axial direction of the cleaning head to clean the inner wall of the pipe fitting (3);
the cleaning device comprises a propeller (1), a flow passage (11) and a rotating mechanism (12), wherein the flow passage (11) is provided with the rotating mechanism (12), the output end of the rotating mechanism (12) movably penetrates through one end of the flow passage (11) in the cleaning direction and is connected with a cleaning head (2) through a universal structure (4); when fluid in the pipe fitting (3) passes through the overflowing channel (11), the fluid can drive the rotating mechanism (12) to rotate, and the rotating mechanism (12) further drives the cleaning head (2) to clean the inner wall of the pipe fitting (3).

A pipe sweeping device according to claim 1, wherein the inlet end (14) of the through-flow channel (11) is arranged at the trailing end of the propeller (1), and the outlet end (15) of the through-flow channel (11) is arranged at one end of the propeller (1) in the sweeping direction; a contraction throat part (13) is arranged in the middle of the overflowing channel (11), and the cross sectional area of the contraction throat part (13) is smaller than that of the inlet end (14) and the outlet end (15), so that the overflowing channel (11) forms a Venturi tube structure; the action end of the rotating mechanism (12) is arranged at the contraction throat part (13), and fluid in the pipe fitting (3) can act on the action end of the rotating mechanism (12) when passing through the contraction throat part (13) so as to realize the rotation of the rotating mechanism (12).

The pipe sweeping device according to claim 2, wherein the rotating mechanism (12) comprises a rotating main shaft (121) and a plurality of propeller blades (122), the rotating main shaft (121) is mounted on the inner wall of the contraction throat (13) through a rotating frame (16), the rotating main shaft (121) and the contraction throat (13) are coaxially arranged, the propeller blades (122) are mounted on one end of the rotating main shaft (121) close to the inlet end (14) of the overflowing channel (11) and form an acting end of the rotating mechanism (12), and the other end of the rotating main shaft (121) passes through the outlet end (15) of the overflowing channel (11) and is connected with the input end of the universal structure (4).

A tube sweeping device according to claim 3, wherein the inner wall of the constricted throat (13) is provided with a recessed ring (17), the active surfaces formed by all the propeller blades (122) being rotatably mounted in the recessed ring (17), the active surfaces formed by all the propeller blades (122) not being in contact with the inner wall of the recessed ring (17).

A pipe sweeping device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a plurality of guide wheels (18) capable of abutting against the inner wall of the pipe (3) are circumferentially arranged on the outer wall of the propeller (1), and the guide wheels (18) are connected with the outer wall of the propeller (1) through compressible telescopic frames (19).
6. A tube sweeping device according to claim 1, wherein the conical rings (5) are arranged in at least two groups, all conical rings (5) having a larger maximum outer diameter from front to back in the sweeping direction.

A pipe sweeping device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cleaning head (2) comprises a frustum (21) and a plurality of bristles (22), a connecting rod (24) connected with the universal structure (4) is arranged on the large end face of the frustum (21), and the connecting rod (24) is arranged coaxially with the rotation center line of the frustum (21); the bristles (22) are uniformly arranged on the outer side wall of the large end of the frustum (21).

A tube sweeping device according to claim 7, wherein said bristles (22) comprise long bristles and short bristles, said long bristles and said short bristles being bundled together; the outer side wall of the large end of the frustum (21) is provided with a plurality of mounting holes (25), and the bunched bristles (22) are inserted into the mounting holes (25).
9. A tube sweeping device according to claim 7, wherein the frustum (21) is provided with a plurality of through holes (23) along its axis.
