Referring to fig. 9, the bottom spray unit 8 is a square steel weldment, and the bottom spray unit 8 further includes: two brackets 81, two spray pipes 82 and a plurality of universal nozzles 83; the two brackets 81 are of a strip-shaped structure, flanges are arranged at two ends of the strip-shaped structure and used for fixing the bottom spraying unit 8 at the bottom of the roller way 4, and the two brackets 81 are perpendicular to the roller way 5; the two spraying pipelines 82 are arranged between the two brackets 81, two ends of each spraying pipeline 82 are respectively connected with the two brackets 81, the water inlet end of each spraying pipeline 82 is communicated with a water supply source, and a plurality of water outlets are uniformly distributed on the pipe wall of each spraying pipeline 82; the plurality of universal nozzles 83 are provided corresponding to the plurality of water outlets, and the plurality of universal nozzles 83 perform the cleaning operation on the workpiece 1. Referring to fig. 10, the air-blowing unit 9 is a square steel weldment, and the air-blowing unit 9 further includes: a top-blowing mechanism 91 and a side-blowing mechanism 92; wherein the top blowing mechanism 91 is integrally provided inside the upper frame 3; the side-blowing mechanism 92 is arranged on one side of the top-blowing mechanism 91 and is integrally arranged in parallel with the upright post 18 of the cube frame, the distance between the side-blowing mechanism 92 and the workpiece 1 can be adjusted through the extension and contraction of the guide rod cylinder 19, the flexibility is stronger, the top surface and the side surface of the workpiece 1 and residual cleaning liquid in the pin hole are blown to dry through the top-blowing mechanism 91 and the side-blowing mechanism 92, the surface of the workpiece 1 and residual cleaning liquid in the pin hole are blown to dry quickly, and the work efficiency is improved.
Wherein, referring to fig. 11, the movable stop unit 10 is a telescopic movable stop structure, and the movable stop unit 10 further comprises: a fixed plate 101, a stop guide 102, a cylinder 104, a bearing 105 and a proximity switch 106. With reference to fig. 12-14, the manipulator 11 is a lifting clamping turning manipulator, and lifting, clamping, turning and turning middle stop operations are performed on the workpiece 1 through the lifting clamping turning manipulator. Liftable press from both sides tight upset manipulator further includes: a base plate 111, an arm 114, a clamping cylinder 116, a synchronizing mechanism 117 and a turnover mechanism; further, a jacking cylinder 112 is arranged on one side of the bottom plate 111, the bottom plate 111 is connected with a piston rod of the jacking cylinder 112 through a connecting piece 113 (jacking cylinder floating connecting piece), and a cylinder seat of the jacking cylinder 112 is fixed on the base 6; the arms 114 are arranged in two, the two arms 114 are correspondingly arranged on the other side of the bottom plate 111, the front ends of the two arms 114 are respectively provided with a turnover claw 115, and the rear end of each arm 114 is in sliding connection with the bottom plate 111 through a sliding block; the clamping cylinder 116 is arranged on the base plate 111, the clamping cylinder 116 is connected with a sliding block, and the sliding block is driven to slide through the expansion and contraction of the two clamping cylinders 116 to adjust the distance between the two arms 114; the synchronizing mechanism 117 is arranged between the two arms 114, a central shaft of the synchronizing mechanism 117 is connected to the bottom plate 111 through a pin shaft, two ends of the synchronizing mechanism 117 are connected to bottoms of the two arms 114 through pin shafts, and the two arms 114 are synchronously moved through the synchronizing mechanism 117; the turnover mechanisms are arranged in two groups, and each turnover mechanism is correspondingly arranged on each arm 114 and connected with the turnover claw 115, and the turnover claw 115 is driven to rotate by the turnover mechanism so as to turn over the workpiece 1.
Still further, each set of flipping mechanisms further comprises: a rack and pinion assembly, a rack guide 118, and a rack intermediate limit cylinder 122; the rack and pinion assembly consists of a gear 119 and a rack 120, the gear 119 is connected with the overturning paw 115 through a gear shaft, the sawtooth end of the rack 120 is meshed with the gear 119, one end of the rack 120 is connected with a rack push-pull cylinder 121, the rack push-pull cylinder 121 drives the rack and pinion assembly to rotate, and a stepped groove is formed in the rack 120; the rack guide seat 118 is connected with the other end of the rack 120, and the movement track of the rack 120 is limited by inserting the other end of the rack 120 into the rack guide seat 118; the piston rod of the middle limit cylinder 122 of the rack is connected with a locating pin 123, the rack 120 is clamped by extending the locating pin 123, the position of the rack 120 correspondingly stops at the position of turning 90 degrees, the cleaning liquid in the pin hole on the side face of the cylinder body is discharged, and the rack 120 is released by the locating pin 123 to continuously rotate to 180 degrees by retracting the locating pin 123, so that the accumulated liquid in the hole on the top face of the cylinder body is discharged.

Still further, referring to fig. 15, the right automatic door guard 13 further includes: an automatic door shutter 131, a right guard 132, a guide groove 133, a cylinder fixing beam 134, and a profiling automatic door 135; the bottom of the right guard 132 is fixedly connected with a flange plate on the base 6 through bolts, and two sides and the top are respectively fixedly connected with the front guard 14, the rear overhaul guard 15 and the top guard 16 through bolts; the automatic door baffle 131 is fixed on the right guard 132, the guide slot 133 is fixed on the right guard 132, the cylinder fixing beam 134 is fixed on the guide slot 133, the cylinder 104 is fixed on the cylinder fixing beam 134, the profiling automatic door 135 is clamped in the guide slot 133 to slide, and the bottom of the profiling automatic door 135 is connected with the head of the cylinder 104.
Referring to fig. 16, a rear maintenance guard 15 is a guard door with a door window, the bottom of the rear maintenance guard 15 is fixedly connected with a flange plate on a base 6 through bolts, two sides, the middle and the top are fixedly connected with a right automatic door guard 13, a top guard 16, a middle automatic door guard 17 and a left automatic door guard 12 through bolts, an air pipe interface 23 and a water pipe interface 22 are arranged on the rear maintenance guard 15, an observation door window 20 is connected with the rear maintenance guard 15 through hinges, and a safety door lock 21 is arranged on the observation door window 20.
Referring to fig. 17, the top guard 16 is a guard door with a mist extraction connection port 24, an opening is formed in the top guard 16, the mist extraction connection port 24 is installed at the opening, and screw holes around and in the middle of the top guard 16 are connected with the right automatic door guard 13, the rear maintenance guard 15, the top guard 16, the middle automatic door guard 17 and the front guard 14 through bolts.
Referring to fig. 18, the front guard 14 is a guard door with an observation door window 20, the bottom of the front guard 14 is fixedly connected with a flange plate on the base 6 through bolts, two sides, the middle and the top are fixedly connected with the right automatic door guard 13, the top guard 16, the middle automatic door guard 17 and the left automatic door guard 12 through bolts, the observation door window 20 is connected with the front guard 14 through hinges, and a safety door lock 21 is installed on the observation door window 20.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a cleaning method of the engine cylinder body cleaning machine adopting any one of the above embodiments, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) The workpiece 1 flows in from the right end of the roller way 5, the roller of the roller way 5 is driven by a roller way driving motor 4 to rotate so as to convey the workpiece 1 to move downstream, the three automatic door protections of the right automatic door protector 13, the middle automatic protector 17 and the left automatic door protector 12 are controlled by respective cylinders to open and close the automatic door to allow the workpiece 1 to pass through, two groups of movable stop units 10 on the roller way 5 control stop guide rods 102 to stretch out and draw back by own cylinders 104, the workpiece 1 is stopped when the workpiece 1 stretches out, the workpiece 1 is released to move downstream of the roller way 5 when the workpiece is retracted, the two groups of movable stop mechanisms 10 are arranged at a spray cleaning station (corresponding to the spray unit) and a gas blowing station (corresponding to the gas blowing unit 9), the workpiece 1 is cleaned by the water spraying station, and the workpiece 1 is dried by the gas blowing station;
(2) When the workpiece 1 flows to the spray cleaning station, the movable stop mechanism 10 of the cleaning station stops the workpiece 1, the roller way 5 pauses rotating, the movable stop mechanism 10 retracts to avoid the manipulator 11, the lifting cylinder 112 retracts to enable the manipulator 11 to descend, the clamping cylinder 116 stretches out to control the two side arms 114 to clamp the workpiece 1, the two side arms 114 are synchronously clamped through the synchronizing mechanism 117, then the lifting cylinder 112 stretches out to enable the manipulator 11 to hold the workpiece 1, then the guide rod cylinder 19 retracts to control the side spraying mechanism 72 to be close to the workpiece 1, the top spraying mechanism 71 and the side spraying mechanism 72 start spraying water to clean the top surface and the front side surface of the workpiece 1, after cleaning is finished, the guide rod cylinder 19 stretches out to control the side spraying mechanism 72 to be away from avoiding the workpiece 1, the rack push-pull cylinder 121 in the arm 114 pushes the rack 120 to move forwards, a limit step groove (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the rack 120, when the rack 120 moves to the middle stroke, the workpiece 1 is turned over by 90 degrees, at the moment, the cylinder rod pin shaft of the rack middle limiting cylinder 122 keeps an extending state to block the rack 120 from continuously advancing, the workpiece 1 stops at the position for a plurality of seconds to enable the cleaning solution in the side pin hole of the workpiece 1 to fully flow out, then the cylinder rod pin shaft of the rack middle limiting cylinder 122 is retracted, the rack push-pull cylinder 121 continuously pushes the rack 120 to move forwards, the workpiece 1 continuously turns over to 180 degrees to enable the cleaning solution in the top pin hole to fully flow out, then the rack push-pull cylinder 121 pulls the rack 120 to move backwards until the workpiece 1 returns to the position before turning over, then the jacking cylinder 112 is retracted to enable the manipulator 11 to descend, the clamping cylinder 116 is retracted to control the arm 114 to release the workpiece 1, then the jacking cylinder 112 extends to enable the manipulator 11 to lift, and the roller table 5 continuously rotates to enable the workpiece 1 to flow into the air blowing station;
(3) The movable stop mechanism 10 of the air blowing station stops the workpiece 1, the roller way 5 pauses rotating, then the guide rod cylinder 19 retracts to control the side blowing mechanism 92 to be close to the workpiece 14, the top blowing mechanism 91 and the side blowing mechanism 92 start blowing, residual cleaning liquid in pin holes on the top surface and the front side surface of the workpiece 1 is dried, after the workpiece 1 is dried, the movable stop mechanism 10 of the air blowing station releases the workpiece 1 to flow to the downstream, and the steps are repeated.
(4) The cleaning liquid flows into the waste water circulation system from a funnel sheet metal opening (not shown in the figure) of the base 6, and water vapor of the cleaning station is pumped into the mist treatment equipment from the mist pumping connection port 24 of the top guard 16.

the movable stop units are provided with two groups, the movable stop units are integrally arranged at the bottom of the roller way, the two groups of movable stop units are respectively arranged corresponding to the spraying units and the air blowing units, each group of movable stop units is provided with a stop guide rod and a cylinder for driving the stop guide rod to move in an extending manner, the cylinder drives the stop guide rod to extend or retract, and the workpiece is stopped on the roller way to finish spraying and air blowing processes or release the workpiece to move towards the downstream of the roller way;
The mechanical arm is movably arranged on the base through a vertical support, the vertical support is closely arranged on the top spraying unit, and the workpiece is held by the mechanical arm;
the plurality of protections comprise protections which are arranged around the periphery of the base and are arranged between the spraying unit and the air blowing unit;
the control unit is electrically connected with the roller way driving motor, the spraying unit, the air blowing unit, the movable stopping unit, the mechanical arm and the plurality of protections, and controls the engine cylinder body cleaning machine to execute workpiece cleaning operation by outputting control instructions to the roller way driving motor, the spraying unit, the air blowing unit, the movable stopping unit, the mechanical arm and the plurality of protections.
