Description

Composition for improving yield and quality of rose in sunlight and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agriculture, in particular to a composition for improving the yield and quality of rose in sunlight and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sunshine rose belongs to European and American hybrid, and is bred by using An Yun jin 21 and white south as parents through hybridization by Japanese agricultural food industry comprehensive research institutions. Variety registration was performed on day 3 and 9 of 2006. The method has the advantages that the method is introduced into the Shandong Yishui region for trial planting in 2012, the planting is promoted in a large area in China, and because the special taste of rose fragrance and crisp and sweet fruits are greatly touted by consumers, the method is one of varieties with highest economic value in grape varieties, the grape quality can be improved while the grape yield is improved, and the method is a consistent pursuing target for current grape practitioners.
Similar to grape varieties such as Kyoho and Xia Hei, the sun rose also uses cytokinin and gibberellic acid in the fruit-keeping and fruit-expanding stages, and is driven by economic benefits, and some growers can blindly increase the use amount of cytokinin and gibberellic acid, so that adverse effects of stiff fruit and spike shaft curling aggravation are easily caused, and yield are reduced. Even if the conventional fruit-holding and fruit-swelling application method is adopted, the situation of spike curling can often occur under the influence of climate, temperature and gibberellic acid concentration, so that the spike is not attractive and the acquisition price in the mature period is influenced. In order to alleviate the situation, many growers choose organic silicon as an auxiliary aid, but the effect is unstable, and the situation that the pesticide injury easily occurs, the fruit surface is left with scars and the like easily occurs after the fruit surface is ensured, and the situation cannot be alleviated in the mature period, so that the quality is reduced and the income is reduced.
Therefore, a composition for improving the yield and the quality of the rose in sunlight and a preparation method thereof are provided, the curling condition of the rose cob in sunlight can be effectively improved, the quality is improved, the rose in sunlight is increased, the application is convenient, the safety and the environmental protection are realized, and the cost is low.

Cytokinin and gibberellic acid are added and mixed according to the conventional dosage.
Folic acid is a derivative of pteridine, which was initially isolated from the liver, and later found to be very abundant in the green leaves of plants, and was therefore named folic acid. It belongs to B vitamins, which are widely used in meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, and plays an important role in cell division growth and synthesis of nucleic acid, amino acid and protein, and plays a vital role in protecting vitamin C, and also has an obvious role in increasing the yield of fruits.
The soybean oil is taken from soybean seeds, is rich in various fatty acids such as palmitic acid, arachidic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, linolenic acid and the like, wherein the content of the linoleic acid is the highest, and meanwhile, the soybean oil is rich in various vitamins and lecithin, so that the absorption and utilization rate of plants is high, the adhesive force on the ears can be effectively increased through sufficient emulsification of a cosolvent and a surfactant, the uniformity of liquid medicine on the ears is ensured, and the curling condition of the ears and the axles caused by the difference of the adhesive concentration is avoided.
In the fruit protection and expansion stage of the sun rose, cytokinin (such as forchlorfenuron or thidiazuron) and gibberellic acid are generally added for assisting in ensuring stable yield, but due to the reason of fruit protection seasons, extreme weather such as continuous low-temperature cloudy days or steep temperature rise is often accompanied in the fruit protection stage, the residual time of fruit protection liquid medicine on the fruit surface is longer or the fruit protection liquid medicine is quickly evaporated, the fruit protection of the sun rose is very unfavorable, and the situation of serious spike curling or large-area fruit drop is easily caused; in order to alleviate the situation, many growers choose to increase the dosage of gibberellic acid to achieve the effect of protecting fruits, but the situation that the stiff fruits or the cobs are thickened and curled more seriously is often accompanied, and finally the problems of yield reduction or variety reduction and the like are caused.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) When the fruit retention of cytokinin and gibberellic acid is assisted on the sun rose, the effect time of cytokinin and gibberellic acid is prolonged through superoxide dismutase and rich vitamin C in the rosa roxburghii tratt extract, and the rapid inactivation caused by air oxidation is avoided; the folic acid is used for protecting superoxide dismutase and vitamin C, so that the acting time of the medicine is further prolonged, and meanwhile, the folic acid is also involved in the cell division growth process, and the yield is increased in an auxiliary way; by introducing the soybean oil, various liquid medicines are ensured to be uniformly adhered to the periphery of the clusters under the action of the emulsified fatty acid, and can be quickly absorbed, so that adverse conditions such as cob curling and the like caused by uneven adhesion of the liquid medicines are avoided, and side effects caused by weather and temperature reasons can be obviously improved under the action of the emulsified fatty acid; according to the invention, through the organic combination of the roxburgh rose extract, folic acid and soybean oil, under the condition of normal medication, the adhesion uniformity of the liquid medicine is ensured, the action time is prolonged, the cell division is assisted, and the increase of income and production is promoted while the cob curl is improved;
(2) According to the invention, the sun rose clusters are immersed in the fruit protection stage and the fruit expansion stage respectively, so that the average single fruit weight can be obviously increased, the rolling degree of low cobs is reduced, the sugar value of the sun rose is increased, and meanwhile, the fruit surfaces are clean and bright, thereby obviously improving the quality of the sun rose and effectively increasing the yield and economic value of the sun rose;
(3) The composition prepared by the scheme is a liquid preparation, is convenient to apply, and has the advantages of safe and environment-friendly raw materials and low price.
