Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种端盖组件、电池单体、电池、用电设备、电池单体的制造方法及设备,涉及电池技术领域。端盖组件包括端盖和泄压机构。泄压机构连接于端盖。泄压机构被配置为:在电池单体的内部压力或温度大于或等于第一阈值且小于第二阈值时处于第一泄压状态,以泄放电池单体的内部的压力;在电池单体的内部的压力或温度大于或等于第二阈值时处于第二泄压状态,以泄放所述电池单体的内部的压力;第一泄压状态时的泄压面积小于第二泄压状态时的泄压面积。在电池单体内部压力值或温度值较大时能够快速泄压,提高泄压能力,能够保证内部的压力时刻恒定。泄压机构不需要预留贮气空间,不会占用电池单体内部的空间,不会影响电池单体的能量密度。
