The cover 137 is located on the front surface side (floor surface side) of the main body 131, and includes a front surface portion 137A, a wall portion 137B, and a horizontal surface portion 137C. The vicinity of the end of the horizontal surface 137C is fixed to the main body 131, and a pair of inverted J-shaped edge portions 137D are formed on the horizontal surface 137C toward the ceiling 9 side. The edge 137D is located inside the light source mounting portion 121 and functions as a guide for mounting the light source 103 to the mounting member 102 and a holding member for the mounted light source 103.
The cover 137 is fixed to the main body 131 with the opening side facing the main body front surface 131B, covers the entire surface of the front surface of the substrate 134 on which the LEDs 135 are mounted in the opening, and covers the main body front surface 131B from the front surface side (floor surface side) so as to surround the entire main body front surface 131B of the main body 131 such as the light source 103.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described herein. The structure of the locking member 53 in the mounting component 2, the structure of the holding member 55 in the light source 3, and the method of installing the lighting fixture 1 using the locking member 53 and the holding member 55 according to the present invention are the same as those of the conventional example shown in fig. 5 to 7.
As shown in fig. 2A, the light source mounting portion 21 is provided with a locking member 53 constituted by the first locking member 40 and the second locking member 50. The light source 3 is provided with a holding member 55 facing the locking member 53. The first locking member 40 and the second locking member 50 are engaged with the first holding member 60 disposed on the light source 3 and facing the first locking member 40, and the second holding member 70 facing the second locking member 50, respectively.
The locking member 53 is a connector for attaching the light source 3 to the attachment member 2. When the light source 3 is pushed toward the ceiling 9 with the main body rear surface 31A of the light source 3 facing the mounting unit 2, and the opening 4 of the mounting unit 2 is inserted, the first locking member 40 and the second locking member 50 are inserted into the first insertion hole 61 formed in the first holding member 60 and the second insertion hole 71 formed in the second holding member 70, respectively, to mount the light source 3 to the mounting unit 2. These mounting methods are the same as those of the conventional examples shown in fig. 5 to 7 described above.
The cover 37 is a cover for covering the LED35, and is a member called by the name of a lamp shade, a lamp umbrella, or the like. The cover 37 is formed into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a hollow and an opening, for example, by a light-transmitting resin material having light diffusibility, such as a polycarbonate resin. The cover 37 is fixed to the main body 31 with the opening side facing the main body front surface 31B, and covers the front surface 31B from the front surface side (floor surface side) so as to surround the entire front surface 31B of the main body 31, with the front surface of the substrate 34 having the LEDs 35 mounted therein. The cover 37 protects the LEDs 35 and uniformly diffuses light from the LEDs 35.
Fig. 2B shows the structure in the o mark B of fig. 2A. The main body 31 in the embodiment is formed of a substantially rectangular flat plate, and the protruding portions 32 are formed at both ends of the main body 31 in the longitudinal direction. The protruding portion 32 is composed of a side surface portion 32A bent perpendicularly to the front surface direction in an L-shape, and a front end portion 32B bent at the front end thereof so as to draw an arc to the ceiling 9 side.
The cover 37 includes a front surface portion 37A formed in a curved shape, a substantially vertical wall portion 37B, a substantially horizontal surface portion 37C, and a substantially vertical edge portion 37D. The side surface 32A of the main body 31 and the edge 37D of the cover 37 have substantially the same shape. The J-shaped edge 37D of the cover 37 is inserted from the longitudinal direction of the main body 31 into a space formed by the side surface portion 32A and the front end portion 32B of the J-shaped protruding portion 32 formed at both ends of the longitudinal direction of the main body 31. Then, by fitting side covers 80 having a cross-sectional shape formed in the same shape as that of the light source 3 to both end portions of the light source 3, the cover 37 is fixed to the main body 31 in a stationary manner.
Since the body 31 and the cover 37 are assembled by engagement of the protruding portion 32 of the body 31 with the edge portion 37D of the cover 37, a complicated operation of joining the body 31 and the cover 37 using a plurality of fasteners 76 as in the conventional example is not required, and the efficiency of the assembly operation can be improved. Further, since the fastener 76 is not used, the main body 31 and the cover 37 can be firmly coupled.
In the embodiment, since the gap is provided between the main body 31 and the cover 37, thermal expansion of the main body 31, the cover 37, and other components caused by heat generated by the substrate 34, the power supply circuit 36, and the like on which the LED35 is mounted is absorbed by the gap, and thus, rattling and other sounds caused by thermal expansion can be prevented.
Further, a plurality of projections 38 may be formed on the surface of the cover 37. As shown in fig. 2B, in the embodiment, the protruding portions 38 are provided at two places on the horizontal surface portion 37C that abuts against the bottom portion 30 of the mounting member 2, and at two places on the wall surface of the J-shaped edge portion 37D that abuts against the side surface portion 32A of the main body 31. In addition to the gap generated between the main body 31 and the cover 37, the convex portion 38 also maintains a fixed distance between the surface of the cover 37 and the surface of the side surface portion 32A of the main body 31 when the lighting fixture 1 is in use, thereby serving to prevent rattling and the like sounds generated by thermal expansion and the like of the respective members when the temperature of the main body 31 and the like rises.
The convex portion 38 provided on the surface of the cover 37 is formed as 4 (4) semi-cylindrical protrusions parallel to the edge 37D along the longitudinal direction of the cover 37, but the convex portion 38 may be formed as a dot-like array by a hemispherical member. The number of the protrusions 38 is not limited to 4, and may be appropriately arranged as needed.
As shown in fig. 2B, the front end portion 32B located at the front end of the main body 31 and the wall portion 37B of the cover 37 are disposed so as to be separated by a space α having an elliptical cross-section indicated by a broken line. The space α is a space surrounded by a width a, a height b, and a height c. The light irradiated from the light source 3 passes through the inside of the cover 37 to reach the space α. The light reaching the cover 37 is discharged to the outside of the cover 37 through the substantially vertical wall 37B of the cover 37, and illuminates the wall 37B. By providing the space α between the main body 31 and the cover 37, light emitted from the LED35 uniformly spreads to the periphery, and no dark portion is generated at the corner portion of the cover 37. The body 31 and the cover 37 are arranged so that a space into which light emitted from the light source 3 is incident is provided between the protruding portion 32 of the body 31 and the wall portion 37B of the cover 37.
The length a is the distance between the front end portion 32B of the main body 31 and the cover 37, the length B is the distance between the bottom portion 30 of the mounting member 2 and the horizontal surface portion 38 of the horizontal surface portion 37C of the cover 37, and the length C is the distance between the vertical wall portion 37B of the cover 37 and the bottom portion 30 of the mounting member 2.
The length a is 1.0 to 10.0mm, preferably 2.0 to 5.0mm. The length b is 3.0 to 20.0mm, preferably 4.0 to 12.0mm. The length c is 5.0 to 20.0mm, preferably 8.0 to 12.0mm.
As in the conventional example, a plurality of outward hemispherical buffer members 22 are provided on the outer wall surface of the light source mounting portion 21, and the buffer members 22 are brought into contact with the ceiling 9 and a vertical surface 30B provided on the mounting unit 2, thereby preventing the loosening of the light source 3 and reliably fixing the position.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and applications can be made to the above-described embodiments.
The present application claims priority based on japanese application No. 2021-101891, filed on 6/18 of 2021, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein in its entirety.
Industrial applicability
According to the present invention, by improving the joint structure and the arrangement position between the cover and the main body of the lighting fixture, it is possible to provide a lighting fixture having a simple structure and a high lighting effect without generating a dark portion on the light irradiation surface.
