S5, sending the user monitoring instruction to the server, so that the server sends the user monitoring instruction to a property platform of a residence area where the owner is located after receiving the user monitoring instruction, controlling a property monitoring terminal to identify an access user based on a user face image in the user monitoring instruction, and collecting images of the access user entering and/or leaving the residence area after identification so as to generate an access record based on the collected images; in this embodiment, a face recognition model (such as a CNN model) is deployed on the property monitoring terminal, and meanwhile, the property monitoring terminal may also collect the video at the entrance guard in real time, so that face matching can be performed on the identified face in the video based on the face image of the user, and after the access user is matched, the collection of the image corresponding to the access user is performed; then, the acquired images are marked with time and the access user, and after marking is completed, an access record of the access user can be generated; and finally, uploading the access record to a server, so that the data can be stored.

S03, receiving registration success prompt information sent by the server so as to finish registration of owner personnel after receiving the registration success prompt information; in this embodiment, after user registration is completed, the owner personnel is further required to upload the area information for authorizing the non-owner personnel to access, so as to open the authority; wherein the rights opening process is as shown in step S04 below.
S04, sending access authorization area information to a server, so that the server determines an authorization access area of the owner after receiving the access authorization area information, and sending authorization request notification confirmation information to the owner terminal, wherein the access authorization area information comprises information of a residence area corresponding to the owner; in this embodiment, the information of the example residential area may include, but is not limited to, an address of the residential area; meanwhile, after receiving the access authorization area information, the server can issue an authorization request notification confirmation information to the owner terminal so as to confirm whether the access request sent by the access client can be allowed to be received or not to the owner personnel based on the confirmation information; specifically, the confirmation process is as shown in the following steps S05 and S06.

S07, sending the confirmation feedback information to the server, so that the server opens the authorization authority of the owner terminal when the confirmation feedback information is permission authorization; in this embodiment, the authorization authority of the owner terminal is opened, so that the owner terminal can receive an access request sent by the access client, and access traffic information can be generated based on the access request; otherwise, the access request is refused to be received, so that the access traffic information cannot be generated.
After the authentication process is completed, if an access request is received, the steps S1 to S3 can be performed to grant access rights to non-owner personnel, so that the non-owner personnel can quickly enter a residential area for owner access; of course, the process of granting the access right can refer to the steps S1 to S3, and will not be described herein.

1. A method for managing cell visitors, which is applied to a home terminal, comprising:
receiving an access request sent by a server, wherein the access request comprises access user information, and the access request is sent to the server by an access client;
generating access traffic information according to the access user information in the access request;
and sending the access passage information to the server, so that the server sends the access passage information to the access client after receiving the access passage information, and an access user corresponding to the access client enters a residence area where a corresponding owner personnel of the owner terminal is located based on the access passage information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the access user information comprises user identity information, wherein generating access traffic information from the access user information in the access request comprises:
Determining the user type of the access user according to the user identity information in the access user information, wherein the user type comprises an owner private user and an owner commodity user, the owner private user is used for representing personnel acquainted with owner personnel, and the owner commodity user is used for representing a selling enterprise or commodity distribution personnel of the owner personnel for purchasing commodities;
if the user type of the access user belongs to the owner private user, generating first pass information, wherein the first pass information comprises a first pass identifier, a first identifier effective duration and a first identifier effective use number, and the first pass identifier comprises a pass password and/or a pass two-dimensional code;
if the user type of the access user belongs to the owner commodity user, generating second pass information, wherein the second pass information comprises a second pass identifier, a second identifier effective duration and second identifier effective use times, the second identifier effective duration is smaller than the first identifier effective duration, and the second identifier effective use times are 1 time;
and utilizing the first traffic information or the second traffic information to form the access traffic information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein accessing user information comprises: accessing user location information and user identity information, wherein generating access traffic information according to the access user information in the access request comprises:
judging whether the access user is an authorized access user or not according to the user identity information;
if yes, generating access right information, wherein the access right information comprises access control passing duration of a residence area where the owner is located;
determining a passing gate inhibition of the access user based on the access user position information, wherein the passing gate inhibition is a gate inhibition closest to the access user in a residence area where the owner personnel are located;
judging whether the distance between the position of the access user and the access entrance guard is smaller than a preset threshold value or not according to the position information of the access user;
if yes, the access permission information is used as access passage information and is sent to a property platform of a residence area where the owner personnel are located, so that after the property platform receives the access passage information, the opening time and the opening duration of the passage entrance guard are set, and the access user can enter the residence area where the owner personnel are located through the passage entrance guard.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein accessing user information comprises: a user face image, wherein after sending the access traffic information to the server, the method further comprises:
generating a user monitoring instruction based on the user face image;
and sending the user monitoring instruction to the server, so that the server sends the user monitoring instruction to a property platform of a residence area where the owner is located after receiving the user monitoring instruction, controlling a property monitoring terminal to identify an access user based on a user face image in the user monitoring instruction, and collecting images of the access user entering and/or leaving the residence area after identification, so as to generate an access record based on the collected images.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the access client comprises a merchandise sales platform, the access user information comprises user identity information, and wherein upon receiving an access request sent by a server, the method further comprises:
Generating a refused access request when responding to the access authorization man-machine interaction operation of the owner personnel;
determining the user type of the access user based on the user identity information;
if the user type is a selling enterprise of the owner to purchase the commodity, sending refusing authorization information to the server, so that the server forwards the refusing authorization information to the commodity selling platform, and the commodity selling platform can determine commodity distribution personnel according to a preset rule after receiving the refusing authorization information, so that distribution of the commodity purchased by the owner can be performed.
