In the related technology, the access control system and the attendance system are independent from each other, and data in the access control system and the attendance system are in two different central databases and are difficult to share by the attendance management system. Each enterprise subsystem 311 includes: management terminal 3111 and access control terminal 3112.
The management terminal 3111 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a laptop portable computer, a desktop computer, or the like, and the management terminal 3111 may be used by administrative staff in an enterprise. The management terminal 3111 is configured to enter user information of each authenticated employee (abbreviated as employee) and corresponding access right into the data center 301. For example, the management terminal 3111 edits the user identifier, the contact number, the affiliated department, the superior-subordinate organization relationship, and the owned authority policy in the employee information, and sends the edited user information to the data center 301. A biological information acquisition unit is also provided on the terminal 331. An application program for uploading biological information, transmitting or receiving an access request is also running in the terminal 331. Optionally, the application includes a host program and an attendance management applet running in dependence on the host program, and the authentication employee performs registration, uploads the first biological information, and sends or receives an access request operation through the attendance management applet.

The management terminal 3111 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a laptop portable computer, a desktop computer, and the like. The management terminal 3111 may be used by a personnel department within an enterprise. The operating system of the management terminal 3111 has a data processing function. The pad control end is used for receiving and acquiring the equipment Identification (ID), sending the equipment ID and the activation code to the data center 120 for activation registration, and receiving the user biological information sent to the data center 120; matching biological information; the relay is controlled to work, so that the opening and closing state of the door body is controlled through the gate; the log of opening the door entry is uploaded to the data center 120.
The access control terminal 3112 is further configured to receive first biological information issued by the data center 301, compare the received first biological information with second biological information acquired by the biological information acquisition unit, and remove the access control permission after the comparison is successful, thereby executing an operation of opening the door.
In a possible embodiment, the access control terminal is connected to the management terminal 3111 and configured to send log information generated after the access control terminal completes door opening operation to the management terminal 3111, where the log information at least includes time for releasing the access control, personnel information, and an ID corresponding to the access control terminal for attendance check, which are used as reference items.
Fig. 5 shows a block diagram of a user terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The user terminal 331 has a host program and an applet installed and operated therein. The host program can be any one of an instant messaging program and a social program. The host program in the terminal 331 and the predetermined application program in the management terminal 3111 may be the same type of program or different types of programs. The terminal 331 is exemplified herein as an instant messenger program. The small program is a program which runs depending on the host program, and the number of the small programs can be multiple, wherein one of the small programs is the attendance management small program. Alternatively, the attendance management applet is provided by the same service as a predetermined application in the management terminal 3111. The user registers in the attendance management applet, and during the registration, the user needs to provide first biological information and a first contact number which is the same as the contact number uploaded by the management terminal 3111 and is used for corresponding the first biological information to the enterprise data center. Illustratively, the contact number includes: at least one of a telephone number, an identification number, a social security number, and a driver license number of the user.
The host program 162 is an application program that carries the attendance management applet 163, and provides an environment for implementing the attendance management applet 163. Host program 162 is a native application. A native application is an application that may run directly on the operating system 161. The host program 162 may be a social application, a dedicated application that specifically supports the applet 162, a file management application, a mail application, or a game application, among others. The Social application program includes an instant messaging application, a Social Network Service (SNS) application, or a live broadcast application. The applet 163 is an application 163 that can run in the environment provided by the host program. The applet 163 may be a social application, file management application, mail application, or game application, among others. The host program 162 may be a WeChat program (WeChat).
The applet logical layer unit 163b and the corresponding applet view layer unit 163a are used to implement the applet instance. Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of an attendance management method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method can be used in the attendance management system, and comprises the following steps:
step 501, a user terminal collects first biological information of an authenticated employee.
The first biometric information is a biometric feature that matches the authenticated employee. The first biological information is the body local characteristics of the user, and the characteristics can correspond to the authentication staff in a one-to-one mode.
In one possible embodiment, after the attendance management applet is triggered, an information entry interface provided by the attendance management applet is displayed; receiving a user identification and a first contact number which are input by an authentication employee on an information input interface; and displaying a biological information acquisition interface, wherein the biological information acquisition interface is used for guiding the authentication staff to input biological information.
In one possible embodiment, the first biological information includes: at least one of fingerprint information, face information, iris information, retina information, and voiceprint information.
And 502, reporting the user identifier, the first contact number and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to a data center corresponding to the attendance management applet by the user terminal through the attendance management applet, so that the data center can store the user identifier, the second contact number and the first biological information in an associated manner as the user information of the authenticated employee when the first contact number reported by the user terminal is matched with the second contact number reported by the management terminal.
And uploading the collected first biological information to a data center in a registration mode by a user through a user terminal, wherein the user identifier, the first contact number and the first biological information are associated information.
And 503, the data center receives the first biological information of the authenticated employee, which is reported by the user terminal through the attendance management applet, and stores the user information of the authenticated employee in a data base.
The user information includes: the system comprises a user identification, a first contact number and first biological information.
And the data center stores the user identification, the first contact number and the first biological information uploaded by the terminal in an associated manner. Optionally, the data center is provided with a plurality of storage spaces, and each storage space is used for storing the authentication employee information of all or part of employees of an enterprise.
And step 504, the data center issues the first biological information of the authentication employee to the access control terminal.
After the access control terminal in the enterprise is activated and accessed into the attendance management system, the data center sends first biological information of the authentication staff of the enterprise to the corresponding access control terminal according to the user identification so as to execute the operation of releasing the access control and attendance according to the stored authentication staff information in the later period.
And 505, the access control terminal receives the first biological information of the authentication employee, which is sent by the data center.
And the access control terminal stores the received first biological information of the authentication employee locally for subsequent comparison and use.
And step 506, the entrance guard terminal acquires second biological information of the target user.
When the target user needs to remove the access restriction, second biological information matched with the first biological information needs to be provided for the access terminal.
Illustratively, the matching of the first biological information and the second biological information means that both the first biological information and the second biological information can be directed to the target user.
And step 507, when the second biological information is matched with the first biological information, the entrance guard terminal controls the entrance guard to remove entrance guard restriction, and an entrance guard entrance and exit record of the target user is generated.
When the entrance guard terminal recognizes the biological information again, the local biological information data in the entrance guard terminal is compared and matched, and when the comparison and matching are successful, the entrance guard is released.
And when the comparison and matching fail, refusing to remove the access control.
And step 508, the entrance guard terminal reports the entrance guard record of the target user to the data center.
And the entrance guard terminal releases the entrance guard and simultaneously generates an entrance guard access record for recording the access condition of personnel, and optionally, the entrance guard access record at least comprises the identity information of the authenticated personnel and the time for releasing the entrance guard.
The entrance guard access record is used for the data center to generate an attendance record of the target user.
And 509, receiving the entrance guard access record of the target user reported by the entrance guard terminal by the data center, and generating an attendance record of the target user according to the entrance guard access record.
In summary, according to the attendance management method provided in this embodiment, the data center issues the first biological information of the authenticated employee to the access control terminal, the access control access record with time data is automatically generated when the access control terminal releases the access control restriction, and the data center generates the attendance record corresponding to the employee according to the access control access record, so that the data center integrates the access control system and the attendance system, and the access control management and the attendance management can be simultaneously completed by sharing one set of user data in the data center, and two different sets of access control systems and attendance systems do not need to be separately set up, thereby simplifying the management procedure of a company, and reducing the steps required to be executed when the employee accesses the access control and attends the attendance.
In a possible embodiment, the data center is further connected with at least one management terminal, which is arranged inside the enterprise and can be used by personnel management staff. Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method of attendance management provided in another exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the attendance management method includes the following steps:
Step 601, the management terminal reports the user identification and the second contact number of the authentication employee to the data center.
The management terminal uploads the authentication information of the authentication employee to the data center in advance, and in this embodiment, the authentication employee may be a company employee.
Optionally, the user identifier is used to mark the department where the employee is located and the employee level, and the data center determines to which gates the employee's biometric information is issued according to the user identifier.
Step 602, a user terminal collects first biological information of an authenticated employee.
The user registers and logs in on the user terminal, and enters first biological information. The user terminal is provided with a biological information acquisition unit for extracting biological information.
Alternatively, the biological information collecting unit is a fingerprint recognition module, or a facial information extraction module, such as a camera.
Step 603, the user terminal reports the user identifier, the first contact number and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to a data center corresponding to the attendance management applet through the attendance management applet.
The user terminal runs a host program and an attendance management small program, and the attendance management small program is a program running depending on the host program.
With reference to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a first registration interface diagram of a terminal in the attendance management method according to the example provided in this embodiment, where a user terminal displays an information entry interface provided by an attendance management applet, where the information entry interface includes a name, a mobile phone number, and an affiliate company; the method comprises the steps that a user identification and a first contact number of an authentication employee are input in an information input interface, a terminal obtains a short message verification code, enters a second registration interface for face acquisition after the correct verification code is input, and displays a biological information acquisition interface which is used for guiding the input of biological information.
With reference to fig. 11, a user terminal collects first biological information (face information) of an authenticated employee through a camera, the user terminal reports a user identifier, a first contact number, and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to a data center corresponding to an attendance management applet, and the data center associates and stores the user identifier, the second contact number, and the first biological information as the user information of the authenticated employee when the first contact number reported by the user terminal matches a second contact number reported by a management terminal.
The user needs to fill in a first contact number in the registration process through the user terminal, and the first contact number is used for matching the first biological information with the user information corresponding to the second contact number.
Optionally, wherein the first contact number and the second contact number represent the same user when they are the same; the user identification is used to identify the department and level of the user in the enterprise.
Step 604, when the first contact number reported by the user terminal is matched with the second contact number reported by the management terminal, the data center stores the user identifier, the second contact number and the first biological information in an associated manner as the user information of the authentication employee.
Illustratively, the second contact number is a mobile phone number reported by personnel staff in the enterprise through the management terminal, the first contact number is a mobile phone number input by the staff in the registration process through the user terminal, the data center matches the first contact number with a second contact number pre-stored inside, the matching is successfully regarded as the same user, and the data center associates and stores the user identifier, the second contact number and the first biological information reported through the management terminal as user information of the authentication staff.
Optionally, the data center is provided with a plurality of storage spaces, and each storage space is used for storing user information of all or part of employees of an enterprise.
Step 605, the data center issues the first biological information of the authentication employee and the user identifier of the authentication employee to the access control terminal.
Optionally, the first biological information and the user identifier of the authentication employee may be sent simultaneously, or may be sent separately, where the sending does not distinguish the order, or may be sending the first biological information first and then sending the user identifier, or may be sending the user identifier first and then sending the first biological information.
And the data center sends each piece of biological information to the corresponding access control terminal according to the user identification.
Illustratively, the department Q includes a plurality of access terminals, and if the employee user identifier in the department Q indicates that the employee belongs to the department Q, the data center sends the biological information of the employee to all the access terminals of the department Q; furthermore, the user identifier is also provided with an identifier representing a department to which the employee belongs, and the data center sends the biological information of the employee to a plurality of entrance guard terminals of the corresponding level of the employee.
And step 606, the access control terminal receives the first biological information of the authentication employee sent by the data center.
And step 607, the entrance guard terminal collects the second biological information of the target user.
The entrance guard terminal is provided with a biological information acquisition unit for detecting whether a person at the entrance guard terminal provides second biological information. Taking the example that the biological information acquisition unit is a face recognition module, if the situation that a person is at the entrance guard terminal is detected, the face recognition module extracts face information, and compares the face information serving as second biological information with first biological information issued by the data center.
And step 608, when the second biological information is matched with the first biological information, the entrance guard terminal controls the entrance guard to remove the entrance guard limit, and an entrance guard entrance and exit record of the target user is generated.
After the biological information acquisition unit acquires the second biological information, the second biological information is compared in the access control terminal, when the second biological information is matched with the first biological information, the second biological information is proved to have the authority, the access control is released, and the access control terminal simultaneously generates an access control access record with time data and sends the access control access record to the data center.
Optionally, the second biological information and the first biological information are compared in the data center, and the generated entrance and exit record is stored in the data center.
And step 609, the access control terminal reports the access control record of the target user to the data center.
And step 610, the data center generates an attendance record of the target user in the target time period according to the earliest time access control removing time and the latest time access control removing time of the access control access record in the target time period.
And the entrance guard terminal reports and stores an entrance guard access record generated when the entrance guard is released after the entrance guard terminal is successfully matched with the entrance guard terminal, wherein the entrance guard access record is required to be provided with second biological information.
And in a target time period, the data center takes the earliest time for removing the access control and the latest time for removing the access control as the working time of the staff corresponding to the second biological information.
The target time period is a time range in which the employee is allowed to release the access right by the biometric information, and for example, the target time period is 4: 00-12:00.
In summary, the management terminal is provided in this embodiment, the department and level of the user in the company are predetermined by uploading the user identifier and the contact number of the employee in advance, and the user registers through the user terminal in the later period to provide the biometric information corresponding to the second contact number, so as to ensure that the accessed authentication employee of the company is accessed. The management system can locally edit and arrange attendance records of staff information in the data center, the arrangement difficulty of the company attendance system is reduced, and the staff does not need to specially punch a card for attendance.
Fig. 8 shows a flowchart of a method of attendance management provided in another exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method can be applied to the attendance management system and comprises the following steps:
step 701, the management terminal reports the user identifier and the second contact number of the authentication employee to the data center.
Step 702, a user terminal collects first biological information of an authenticated employee.
And step 703, the user terminal reports the user identifier, the second contact number and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to a data center corresponding to the attendance management applet through the attendance management applet. The user terminal runs a host program and an attendance management small program, and the attendance management small program is a program running depending on the host program.
Step 704, when the first contact number reported by the user terminal matches the second contact number reported by the management terminal, the data center stores the user identifier, the second contact number and the first biological information in association as the user information of the authentication employee.
Step 705, the management terminal reports the access control authority owned by the authentication employee to the data center.
The management terminal presets the level and department information of the employees locally, the enterprise grants access permissions matched with the level or department of each employee according to different standards, and optionally, the access permissions owned by the reported authenticated employees can be reported together with the user identifier and the second contact number in step 701, or can be reported separately from step 701.
Step 706, the data center sends the user identifier and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to the access control terminal corresponding to the access control authority.
And the data center sends the user identification and the first biological information of each authentication employee to the corresponding access control terminal according to the access control authority owned by each authentication employee. Illustratively, the department Q includes a plurality of access terminals, and if the employee user identifier in the department Q indicates that the employee belongs to the department Q, the data center sends the biological information of the employee to all the access terminals of the department Q; furthermore, the user identifier is also provided with an identifier representing a department to which the employee belongs, and the data center sends the biological information of the employee to a plurality of entrance guard terminals of the corresponding level of the employee. The first biological information which is not in the access control terminal indicates that the authentication staff corresponding to the first biological information does not have the access control authority of the access control terminal.
And step 707, the access control terminal receives the user identifier and the first biological information of the authorized employee, which are sent by the data center.
And step 708, the access control terminal acquires second biological information of the target user.
And step 709, when the second biological information is matched with the first biological information, the access control terminal controls the gate to remove the access control limitation.
And step 710, the entrance guard terminal generates entrance guard entry and exit records of the target user according to the first biological information, the user identification and the entrance guard release time of the entrance guard.
The entrance-guard access record at least comprises identity information and access time information of the staff.
And 711, reporting the entrance guard access record of the target user to the data center by the entrance guard terminal. A

And step 712, the data center obtains the earliest time of removing the access control and the latest time of removing the access control of the user identification in the target time period according to the access control access record.

The entrance and exit record comprises each access record, and each access record comprises time information. When the entrance guard access record is used as the attendance check basis, the intermediate access time can be not considered according to the standard that the entrance guard time is released for the earliest time and the entrance guard time is released for the latest time.
And 714, the data center synchronously authenticates the attendance record of the employee to the management terminal.
After the data center generates the attendance record, the attendance record of the employee can be synchronously authenticated to the management terminal at regular time, for example, the attendance record is automatically synchronized once per week, and the attendance record can also be manually synchronized at the management terminal; or, the attendance record is synchronized with the management terminal immediately, that is, after the employee releases the access control terminal each time, the attendance record is synchronized with the management terminal immediately after the data center receives the access control access record.
In summary, in this embodiment, the attendance system and the access control system are connected to the same data center, so that the attendance system and the access control system are unified, the data center generates an attendance record of a target user in a target time period according to the earliest time for releasing the access control and the latest time for releasing the access control, and the attendance record is automatically generated while the access control is released, so that the workload of counting the attendance record is reduced, and the unnecessary workload of the company staff is reduced.
Fig. 9 shows an operation flowchart of a user terminal in an attendance management method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The operation flow of the user terminal comprises the following steps:

With reference to fig. 11, the user terminal collects biological information (face information) of the user through the camera, associates the face information with the phone number and uploads the face information to the data center, associates the phone number with a user identifier with a second contact number, which is stored in the data center in advance, and associates the face information, the contact number, and the user identifier with each other and stores the face information, the contact number, and the user identifier as user information. Wherein the second contact number and the telephone number represent the same user; the user identification is used to identify the user's business and the departments and levels within the business.
Taking face information as an example, with reference to fig. 12, fig. 12 shows a flowchart of an attendance management method provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The process comprises the following steps:
step 1101, the access control terminal obtains an equipment Identity (ID).
The equipment identification is the unique user identification of each access control terminal, and when the number of gates is more than one, the equipment identification is used for distinguishing the positions of different gates.
And 1102, reporting the equipment activation code and the equipment identifier to activate and register by the access control terminal.
The equipment activation code is used for carrying out data connection with the data center and obtaining user information and technical support of an authentication employee of the data center.
And 1103, the data center sends the face data information to the access control terminal.
After the data connection is established between the access control terminal and the data center, the data center acquires the ID information of the access control terminal, the face information is issued to the appointed access control terminal according to the user identification carried in the face information, and a local face database is generated in the access control terminal.
And step 1104, the access control terminal acquires the second biological information and compares the second biological information with the database.
With reference to fig. 13, when the authorized employee arrives at the access control terminal, the face data is provided on the biological information collection unit (pad control end), the pad control end scans the face and compares the face with the local face database, step 1105 is executed when the comparison is successful, and when the comparison is unsuccessful, the access control is not released, and corresponding prompts such as text or voice are given.
And step 1105, the entrance guard terminal issues an entrance guard permission releasing signal.
When the matching is successful, the pad control end issues a signal for releasing the access control authority, and the relay controls the gate to execute the door opening operation.
And step 1106, reporting entrance guard entrance and exit records by the entrance guard terminal.
When the access control authority is removed, the pad control end generates an access control access record and uploads the access control access record to the data center, the access control access record comprises time data for removing the access control authority at each time, the data center generates an attendance record of an employee according to the access control access record, and in one possible implementation mode, the attendance record of the user identifier in the target time period is generated according to the earliest time for removing the access control and the latest time for removing the access control in the target time period of the access control access record.

The generating module 730 is configured to generate an attendance record of the target user in the target time period according to the access entry record at the earliest time of removing the access control time and the latest time of removing the access control time in the target time period.

Fig. 15 is a block diagram of an apparatus of an access control terminal according to an exemplary embodiment. The access control terminal 800 includes: the device comprises a receiving module 810, an acquisition module 820, a control module 830 and a reporting module 840; the receiving module 810 is used for receiving first biological information of the authentication employee, which is sent by the data center; an acquisition module 820 for acquiring second biological information of the target user; the control module 830 is configured to control the gate to release the access restriction when the second biological information matches the first biological information, and generate an access entry and exit record of the target user; the reporting module 840 is configured to report an entrance access record of the target user to the data center, where the entrance access record is used for the data center to generate an attendance record of the target user.

The user terminal 900 runs a host program and an attendance management applet, the attendance management applet is a program running depending on the host program, and the user terminal 900 includes: a display module 910, an interaction module 920, an acquisition module 930 and a reporting module 940; the display module is used for displaying an information entry interface provided by the attendance management applet after the attendance management applet is triggered; the interaction module 920 is configured to receive a user identifier and a first contact number, which are input by an authentication employee on an information input interface; the display module 910 is configured to display a biological information acquisition interface, where the biological information acquisition interface is used to guide an authentication employee to enter biological information; an acquisition module 930, configured to acquire first biological information of the authenticated employee; the reporting module 940 is configured to report the user identifier, the first contact number, and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to a data center corresponding to the attendance management applet, so that when the first contact number reported by the user terminal matches the second contact number reported by the management terminal, the data center associates and stores the user identifier, the second contact number, and the first biological information as the user information of the authenticated employee.
Fig. 17 is a block diagram illustrating an attendance management system in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. This attendance device 1200 includes: the sending module 1210 is used for sending first biological information of the authentication employee to the access control terminal; the acquisition module 1220 is configured to acquire second biological information of the target user; the control module 1230 is configured to control the gate corresponding to the gate terminal to release the gate restriction when the second biological information matches the first biological information, and generate a gate entry and exit record of the target user; a reporting module 1240, configured to report the entry and exit record of the target user to the data center; the generating module 1250 is configured to generate an attendance record of the target user according to the entrance guard entrance/exit record of the target user.
The sending module 1210 is used for sending first biological information of the authentication employee to the access control terminal;
the receiving module 1260 is used for receiving an entrance guard access record of a target user reported by an entrance guard terminal; the entrance guard access record is generated and reported when the second biological information of the target user is collected by the entrance guard terminal and is matched with the first biological information; a sending module 1210, configured to report an entrance/exit access record to a data center; the generating module 1250 is configured to generate an attendance record of the user identifier in the target time period according to the access record at the earliest time of removing the access control in the target time period and the latest time of removing the access control in the target time period.
A sending module 1210, configured to report a user identifier and a first contact number of an authenticated employee to a data center; the reporting module 1240 is used for reporting the first contact number and the first biological information of the authentication employee to the data center; and the data center receives and caches the user identification and the second contact number reported by the management terminal, and when the first contact number reported by the user terminal is matched with the second contact number, the user identification, the second contact number and the first biological information are stored as the user information of the authentication staff in an associated manner.
The reporting module 1240 is configured to report the first contact number and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to the data center through the attendance management applet.
The first biological information includes: at least one of fingerprint information, face information, iris information, retina information, and voiceprint information.
The reporting module 1240 is used for reporting the access control authority owned by the authentication employee to the data center; the sending module 1210 is configured to send the user identifier and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to the access control terminal corresponding to the access control authority.
The sending module 1210 is configured to synchronize an attendance record of an authenticated employee to the management terminal.
A host program and an attendance management small program run in the user terminal, wherein the attendance management small program is a program running depending on the host program;
Fig. 18 shows a block diagram of an access control terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. This entrance guard terminal includes: a processor 120, a memory 140, and an information acquisition unit 160.
Processor 120 includes one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so forth. The processor 120 is configured to execute at least one of instructions, code segments and programs stored in the memory 140.
The processor 120 is electrically connected to the memory 140. Optionally, the processor 120 is connected to the memory 140 via a bus. Memory 140 stores one or more instructions, codes, code segments, and/or programs. The instructions, code segments and/or programs, when executed by the processor 120, are adapted to implement the operations performed by the access control terminal in the various method embodiments described above.
The processor 120 is also electrically connected to the information acquisition unit 160. The information collecting unit 160 is configured to collect second biological information of the target user.
The embodiment discloses a data center, which comprises: a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, the at least one instruction, the at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions being loaded and executed by the processor to implement the steps of:
Receiving first biological information of an authentication employee, which is reported by a user terminal through an attendance management small program; receiving first biological information of an authentication employee, which is reported by a user terminal through an attendance management small program; a host program and the attendance management small program run in the user terminal, wherein the attendance management small program is a program running depending on the host program; the access control terminal issues the first biological information of the authentication employee; receiving an entrance guard access record of a target user reported by the entrance guard terminal; the entrance guard entrance and exit record is generated after the entrance guard terminal controls the gate machine to remove the entrance guard restriction when the second biological information of the target user is matched with the first biological information; and generating an attendance record of the target user according to the entrance guard entrance and exit record.
Fig. 19 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where the terminal includes: a processor 101, a receiver 102, a transmitter 103, a memory 104, and a bus 105.
The processor 101 includes one or more processing cores, and the processor 101 executes various functional applications and information processing by running software programs and modules.
The receiver 102 and the transmitter 103 may be implemented as one communication component, which may be a communication chip.
The memory 104 is connected to the processor 101 through a bus 105.
The memory 104 may be configured to store at least one instruction, which the processor 101 is configured to execute to implement the steps performed by the user terminal in the above-described method embodiments.
Further, the memory 104 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile storage devices, including, but not limited to: magnetic or optical disks, electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, programmable read-only memory (PROM).
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as memory 904 comprising instructions, executable by processor 920 of terminal 900 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, instructions of which, when executed by a processor of a terminal, enable the terminal to perform the above-described attendance management method.
Fig. 20 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application. The server is used for implementing the attendance management method provided in the embodiment. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the server 800 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)801, a system memory 804 including a Random Access Memory (RAM)802 and a Read Only Memory (ROM)803, and a system bus 805 connecting the system memory 804 and the central processing unit 801. The server 800 also includes a basic input/output system (I/O system) 806, which facilitates transfer of information between devices within the computer, and a mass storage device 807 for storing an operating system 813, application programs 814, and other program modules 815.
The basic input/output system 806 includes a display 808 for displaying information and an input device 809 such as a mouse, keyboard, etc. for user input of information. Wherein the display 808 and the input device 809 are connected to the central processing unit 801 through an input output controller 810 connected to the system bus 805. The basic input/output system 806 may also include an input/output controller 810 for receiving and processing input from a number of other devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, or electronic stylus. Similarly, input-output controller 810 also provides output to a display screen, a printer, or other type of output device.
The mass storage device 807 is connected to the central processing unit 801 through a mass storage controller (not shown) connected to the system bus 805. The mass storage device 807 and its associated computer-readable media provide non-volatile storage for the server 800. That is, the mass storage device 807 may include a computer-readable medium (not shown) such as a hard disk or CD-ROM drive.
Without loss of generality, the computer-readable media may comprise computer storage media and communication media. Computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. Computer storage media includes RAM, ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other solid state memory technology, CD-ROM, DVD, or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer storage media is not limited to the foregoing. The system memory 804 and mass storage 807 described above may be collectively referred to as memory.
The server 800 may also operate as a remote computer connected to a network via a network, such as the internet, according to various embodiments of the present application. That is, the server 800 may be connected to the network 812 through the network interface unit 811 coupled to the system bus 805, or may be connected to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown) using the network interface unit 811.

Claims (15)

1. An attendance management system, the system comprising: the system comprises a user terminal, a data center and at least one enterprise access control terminal connected with the data center; a host program and an attendance management small program run in the user terminal, wherein the attendance management small program is a program running depending on the host program;
the user terminal is used for reporting first biological information of the authentication employee to the data center through the attendance management applet;
the data center is used for receiving first biological information of the authentication employee, which is reported by the user terminal through the attendance management small program;
the data center is used for sending the first biological information of the authentication employee to the access control terminal;
the entrance guard terminal is used for acquiring second biological information of a target user, and when the second biological information is matched with the first biological information, the gate machine corresponding to the entrance guard terminal is controlled to remove entrance guard restriction; generating an entrance guard access record of the target user, and reporting the entrance guard access record of the target user to the data center;
and the data center is used for generating the attendance record of the target user according to the entrance guard entrance and exit record of the target user.
2. The system of claim 1,
the data center is further used for sending a user identifier corresponding to the first biological information to the access control terminal;
the entrance guard terminal is used for generating an entrance guard entrance and exit record of the target user according to the first biological information, the user identification and the entrance guard removing time of the gate; reporting the entrance guard access record to the data center;
and the data center is used for generating an attendance record of the user identifier in the target time period according to the earliest time access control removing time and the latest time access control removing time of the access control access record in the target time period.
3. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a management terminal corresponding to the enterprise and a user terminal corresponding to the authentication employee;
the management terminal is used for reporting the user identification and the first contact number of the authentication employee to the data center;
the user terminal is used for reporting the second contact number and the first biological information of the authentication employee to the data center through the attendance management applet;
The data center is used for receiving and caching the user identification and the first contact number reported by the management terminal, and when the first contact number reported by the user terminal is matched with the second contact number, the user identification, the second contact number and the first biological information of the authentication staff are stored in an associated mode.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising: a management terminal;
the management terminal is also used for reporting the access control authority owned by the authentication employee to the data center;
and the data center is used for sending the user identification and the first biological information of the authentication employee to the access control terminal corresponding to the access control authority.
5. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising: a management terminal;
and the data center is also used for synchronizing the attendance record of the authentication staff to the management terminal.
6. An attendance management method is applied to a data center, and comprises the following steps:
receiving first biological information of an authentication employee, which is reported by a user terminal through an attendance management small program; a host program and an attendance management small program run in the user terminal, wherein the attendance management small program is a program running depending on the host program;
Issuing the first biological information of the authentication employee to an access control terminal;
receiving an entrance guard access record of a target user reported by the entrance guard terminal; the entrance guard entrance and exit record is generated after the entrance guard terminal controls the gate machine to remove the entrance guard restriction when the second biological information of the target user is matched with the first biological information;
and generating an attendance record of the target user according to the entrance guard entrance and exit record.
7. An attendance management method is characterized in that the method is applied to an entrance guard terminal, and comprises the following steps:
receiving first biological information of an authentication employee, which is sent by a data center;
collecting second biological information of the target user;
when the second biological information is matched with the first biological information, controlling a gate machine to remove access control limitation, and generating an access control access record of the target user;
and reporting the entrance guard access record of the target user to the data center, wherein the entrance guard access record is used for the data center to generate the attendance record of the target user.
8. An attendance management method is applied to a user terminal running a host program and an attendance management applet, and the user terminal comprises:
After the attendance management small program is triggered, displaying an information entry interface provided by the attendance management small program;
receiving a user identification and a first contact number which are input by an authentication employee on the information input interface;
displaying a biological information acquisition interface, wherein the biological information acquisition interface is used for guiding the authentication staff to input biological information;
collecting first biological information of the authentication employee;
reporting the user identifier, the first contact number and the first biological information of the authentication staff to a data center corresponding to the attendance management applet, so that the data center can store the user identifier, the second contact number and the first biological information as the user information of the authentication staff in an associated manner when the first contact number reported by the user terminal is matched with the second contact number reported by the management terminal.
9. An attendance management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises: the device comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a generating module;
the receiving module is used for receiving first biological information of the authentication employee, which is reported by the user terminal through the attendance management small program; a host program and the attendance management small program run in the user terminal, wherein the attendance management small program is a program running depending on the host program;
The sending module is used for sending first biological information of the authentication staff to the access control terminal;
the receiving module is used for receiving the entrance guard access record of the target user reported by the entrance guard terminal; the entrance guard entrance and exit record is generated after the entrance guard terminal controls the gate machine to remove the entrance guard restriction when the second biological information of the target user is matched with the first biological information;
and the generation module is used for generating the attendance record of the target user according to the entrance guard access record.
10. An attendance management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises: the device comprises a receiving module, an acquisition module, a control module and a reporting module;
the receiving module is used for receiving first biological information of the authentication employee, which is sent by the data center;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring second biological information of the target user;
the control module is used for controlling a gate machine to remove the access control limitation when the second biological information is matched with the first biological information, and generating an access control access record of the target user;
the reporting module is used for reporting the entrance guard access record of the target user to the data center, and the entrance guard access record is used for the data center to generate the attendance record of the target user.
11. An attendance management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises: the device comprises a display module, an interaction module, an acquisition module and a reporting module;
the display module is used for displaying an information input interface provided by the attendance management applet after the attendance management applet is triggered;
the interaction module is used for receiving a user identifier and a first contact number which are input by an authentication employee on the information input interface;

the acquisition module is used for acquiring first biological information of the authentication employee;
the reporting module is configured to report the user identifier of the authentication employee, the first contact number, and the first biological information to a data center corresponding to the attendance management applet, so that the data center is favorable for storing the user identifier, the second contact number, and the first biological information as the user information of the authentication employee in an associated manner when the first contact number reported by the user terminal matches the second contact number reported by the management terminal.

A data center, characterized in that the data center comprises: a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, the at least one instruction, the at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions being loaded and executed by the processor to implement the steps of:
receiving first biological information of an authentication employee, which is reported by a user terminal through an attendance management small program; receiving first biological information of an authentication employee, which is reported by a user terminal through an attendance management small program; a host program and the attendance management small program run in the user terminal, wherein the attendance management small program is a program running depending on the host program;
issuing the first biological information of the authentication employee to an access control terminal;
receiving an entrance guard access record of a target user reported by the entrance guard terminal; the entrance guard entrance and exit record is generated after the entrance guard terminal controls the gate machine to remove the entrance guard restriction when the second biological information of the target user is matched with the first biological information;
and generating an attendance record of the target user according to the entrance guard entrance and exit record.

when the second biological information is matched with the first biological information, controlling the gate machine to remove the access control limitation, and generating an access control access record of the target user;
and reporting the entrance guard access record of the target user to the data center, wherein the entrance guard access record is used for the data center to generate the attendance record of the target user.

A user terminal, characterized in that the user terminal comprises: the system comprises a processor and a memory, wherein a host program and an attendance management small program are stored in the memory, the attendance management small program is a program which runs by depending on the host program, and the attendance management small program is loaded and executed by the processor to realize the following steps:
Displaying an information input interface provided by the attendance management applet;
receiving a user identification and a first contact number of an authentication employee which are input in the information input interface;
displaying a biological information acquisition interface, wherein the biological information acquisition interface is used for guiding the input of biological information;
collecting first biological information of the authentication employee;
and reporting the user identification, the first contact number and the first biological information of the authenticated employee to a data center corresponding to the attendance management applet.
15. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that said storage medium stores at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions that is loaded and executed by said processor to implement the method according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
