The authorized access information comprises user basic information, visited company information and an authorization success prompt; the visited company information includes an electronic path map of the visited company within the building.
The opening identification code is a two-dimensional code, a small program code, a bar code or nfc; the opening identification code is an effective identification code in a preset time period.
In this embodiment, the video call request includes the identification card information of the current visitor. And the visited company terminal confirms the call according to the video call request sent by the server and carries out video call with the current visitor. And the visited company terminal sends the authorized access information to the server after carrying out the video call. It is understood that, after the visitor is authorized to access, the returned visited company information includes an electronic path map, i.e., a map, of the visited company within the building so that the user can intuitively and quickly find the position of the target unit.
It should be noted that, after the user enters the public number of the visitor, the option of the two-dimensional code for opening the brake can be found in the corresponding menu bar, and the two-dimensional code for opening the brake is the valid two-dimensional code only after being authorized. That is, the enterprise can authorize the time efficiency of the two-dimensional code for opening the door of the visitor, and the two-dimensional code can be used for single access, or can be used for validity on the same day, or can be used for validity in a week or one month, and the like.
And receiving the visitor terminal machine scanning and sending the switching-off identification code provided by the user, analyzing and verifying the switching-off identification code, and sending a switching-off instruction to the visitor terminal machine after the switching-off identification code is successfully verified. So that the visitor terminal machine controls the gate to be opened according to the opening command.
The visitor management device provided by the embodiment receives an enterprise employee authentication application sent by an enterprise management terminal, and marks a corresponding enterprise employee as an authenticated employee; receiving an authorization request sent by the enterprise management terminal according to the authenticated employee information, and marking the authenticated employee as an authorized employee when detecting that the number of authorized employees of the enterprise is smaller than an authorized number threshold value according to the authorization request; analyzing and verifying an opening identification code provided by a visitor terminal scanning user; and when the user corresponding to the opening identification code is verified to be an authorized person, sending an opening instruction to the visitor terminal machine so that the visitor terminal machine controls the gate to be opened according to the opening instruction. The visitor experience feeling can be improved on the basis of ensuring the accuracy of visitor information and visiting unit information, and the visitor visiting is simpler and more efficient.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium includes a stored computer program, where the apparatus where the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute the above-mentioned guest management method when the computer program runs.
The foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it is understood that various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, and it is intended that such changes and modifications be considered as within the scope of the invention.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
Claims (7)
1. A visitor management method, comprising the steps of:
receiving an enterprise employee authentication application sent by an enterprise management terminal, feeding back a verification passing result to a corresponding enterprise employee terminal according to the enterprise employee authentication application, and marking the corresponding enterprise employee as an authenticated employee;
receiving an authorization request sent by the enterprise management terminal according to the authenticated employee information, feeding back authorization success information to the enterprise management terminal and the enterprise employee terminal when detecting that the number of authorized persons of the enterprise is smaller than an authorized person number threshold value according to the authorization request, and marking the authenticated employee as an authorized employee;
scanning an opening identification code provided by a user at a visitor terminal, sending the opening identification code to a server, and then analyzing and verifying the opening identification code; the opening identification code is a two-dimensional code, a small program code, a bar code or nfc;
when the user corresponding to the opening identification code is verified to be an authorized person, a closing instruction is sent to the visitor terminal machine, so that the visitor terminal machine controls the opening of the gate according to the closing instruction;
when the user corresponding to the opening identification code is verified to be an unauthorized worker or an unauthenticated worker, sending verification failure feedback to the visitor terminal so that the visitor terminal prompts the user verification failure and the reason of the verification failure according to the verification failure feedback; the verification failure reason comprises that the opening identification code is invalid or the current user is an unauthorized employee;
receiving information of a visited company sent by an unauthorized employee or an unauthorized employee after scanning a two-dimensional code on a visitor terminal through a user terminal to enter a public number, and sending an identity card reading request to the visitor terminal;
prompting a user to place an identity card according to the identity card reading request at the visitor terminal, reading user identity card information, receiving the user identity card information sent by the visitor terminal, generating a video call request according to the user identity card information and the visited company information, and sending the video call request to an enterprise management terminal of a visited company;
receiving authorized access information sent by an enterprise management terminal of a visited company after responding to the video call request, and forwarding the authorized access information to the visitor terminal so that the visitor terminal prompts a user to open a gate by using a gate opening identification code on a public number according to the authorized access information;
and receiving the visitor terminal machine, scanning and sending the opening identification code provided by the user, analyzing and verifying the opening identification code, and sending an opening instruction to the visitor terminal machine after the opening identification code is successfully verified, so that the visitor terminal machine controls the opening of the gate according to the opening instruction.
2. The guest management method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a first registration request sent by an enterprise terminal, generating verification information according to the first registration request, and sending the verification information to a building terminal;
and receiving an administrator qualification authentication application sent by the building terminal according to the checking information, and setting the enterprise terminal as an enterprise management terminal according to the administrator qualification authentication application.
3. The visitor management method according to claim 1, wherein the employee authentication application includes information registered by the employee terminal of the enterprise by itself or information registered by the enterprise management terminal of the enterprise.
4. The visitor management method according to claim 1, wherein the opening identification code is an identification code valid for a preset period of time.
5. A visitor management apparatus, comprising:
the enterprise employee authentication application unit is used for receiving an enterprise employee authentication application sent by the enterprise management terminal, feeding back an approval result to the corresponding enterprise employee terminal according to the enterprise employee authentication application, and marking the corresponding enterprise employee as an authenticated employee;
the authorization request unit is used for receiving an authorization request sent by the enterprise management terminal according to the authenticated employee information, feeding back successful authorization information to the enterprise management terminal and the enterprise employee terminal when detecting that the number of authorized employees of the enterprise is smaller than the threshold value of the number of authorized employees according to the authorization request, and marking the authenticated employees as authorized employees;
the verification unit is used for scanning the switching-off identification code provided by the user at the visitor terminal, sending the switching-off identification code to the server, and then analyzing and verifying the switching-off identification code; the opening identification code is a two-dimensional code, a small program code, a bar code or nfc;
the brake opening control unit is used for sending a brake opening instruction to the visitor terminal machine when the user corresponding to the brake opening identification code is verified to be an authorized person, so that the visitor terminal machine controls the opening of the gate according to the brake opening instruction;
the switching-off control unit is also used for sending verification failure feedback to the visitor terminal when the user corresponding to the switching-off identification code is verified to be an unauthorized worker or an unauthorized worker, so that the visitor terminal prompts the user verification failure and the reason of the verification failure according to the verification failure feedback; the verification failure reason comprises that the opening identification code is invalid or the current user is an unauthorized employee; the opening identification code is an effective identification code in a preset time period; receiving the information of the visited company sent by an unauthorized employee or an unauthorized employee after scanning the two-dimensional code on the visitor terminal through the user terminal to enter the public number, and sending an identity card reading request to the visitor terminal; prompting a user to place an identity card according to the identity card reading request at the visitor terminal, reading user identity card information, receiving the user identity card information sent by the visitor terminal, generating a video call request according to the user identity card information and the visited company information, and sending the video call request to an enterprise management terminal of a visited company; receiving authorized access information sent by an enterprise management terminal of a visited company after responding to the video call request, and forwarding the authorized access information to the visitor terminal so that the visitor terminal prompts a user to open a gate by using a gate opening identification code on a public number according to the authorized access information; and receiving the visitor terminal machine, scanning and sending the opening identification code provided by the user, analyzing and verifying the opening identification code, and sending an opening instruction to the visitor terminal machine after the opening identification code is successfully verified, so that the visitor terminal machine controls the opening of the gate according to the opening instruction.
6. The visitor management apparatus of claim 5 further comprising:
the system comprises a registration request receiving unit, a building terminal and a verification unit, wherein the registration request receiving unit is used for receiving a registration request sent by an enterprise terminal, generating verification information according to the registration request and sending the verification information to the building terminal;
and the administrator qualification authentication application unit is used for receiving the administrator qualification authentication application sent by the building terminal according to the checking information and setting the enterprise terminal as an enterprise management terminal according to the administrator qualification authentication application.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed, controls an apparatus in which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform the guest management method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
