receiving an invited confirmation request corresponding to the offer message sent by the visitor terminal; wherein the invited confirmation request includes an offer token and invitee information;
judging whether an offer token in the offer confirmation request meets a preset offer condition, if so, binding the offer information in the offer confirmation request with the offer token, sending offer confirmation success information to the visitor terminal, and then entering the next step; if not, sending the invited confirmation failure information to the visitor terminal;
receiving a visitor two-dimensional code application request sent by the visitor terminal; the visitor two-dimensional code application request comprises invitee information;
inquiring an offer token bound with the invitee information in the visitor two-dimensional code application request, and verifying the validity of the offer token according to the offer validity period; if the offer token is valid, generating a visitor authorization two-dimensional code corresponding to the offer address information bound with the offer token, and then sending the visitor authorization two-dimensional code to the visitor terminal so as to output a door opening instruction according to the visitor authorization two-dimensional code;
after receiving the offer token generation request sent by the resident terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the resident information is bound with a plurality of address information or not; if yes, outputting an address selection request, wherein the address selection request comprises a plurality of address information bound with the resident information, and then entering the next step; if not, setting the address information bound with the resident information as an offer address, and generating an offer token according to the offer token generation request and the offer address; wherein, the resident information is at least bound with one address information;
receiving address information which is transmitted by the resident terminal and is bound with the resident information, setting the received address information as an offer address, and generating an offer token according to the offer address; the visitor authorization two-dimensional code corresponding to the offer token is valid in the access control management area corresponding to the offer address.

The two-dimensional code-based visitor invitation access right management method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the offer token generation request includes an offer duration; after receiving the offer token generation request sent by the resident terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the request for generating the offer token comprises the offer time or not; if yes, entering the next step; if not, setting the current time as the offer time, and then entering the next step;
generating an offer token according to the offer time and an offer duration taking the offer time as a starting time; the visitor authorization two-dimensional code corresponding to the offer token is valid in an offer duration taking the offer time as the starting time.
