The access control unit and the elevator control unit comprise control units, two-dimensional code scanning units, second information transmission modules, networking state judging modules and second decryption modules, and the control units control the access control or the elevator to perform related operations according to control instructions generated by the encryption modules or control instructions received by the second information transmission modules; the two-dimensional code scanning unit scans the two-dimensional code to obtain encrypted information; the second information transmission module is used for receiving the control instruction and sending the encrypted information; the networking state judging module judges whether the equipment is in a networking state or an offline state; the second decryption module decrypts the two-dimensional code by using the secret key to obtain the equipment ID and the floor information.

receiving two-dimensional code request information of a terminal, wherein the two-dimensional code request information comprises address information and user information, generating information to be encrypted according to the address information, the information to be encrypted comprises a device ID (identity) and floor information corresponding to the address information, encrypting the information to be encrypted by using a region secret key of a region to which the device belongs to generate encryption information, converting the encryption information into a two-dimensional code, and sending the two-dimensional code to the terminal;
and after the equipment scans the two-dimensional code, receiving the encrypted information and the equipment ID sent by the slave equipment, decrypting and analyzing the encrypted information, generating a control instruction and sending the control instruction to the corresponding equipment, wherein the control instruction is an entrance guard opening instruction or an elevator opening instruction which is started after the elevator is operated to a specified floor.
