本发明涉及一种用于对水状介质进行消毒的器具。
背景技术
带有病毒、细菌或寄生物的污染的水在世界范围内提出一个严重的问题。通常没有在较大的器具中用过滤、加氯或臭氧消毒供给处理好的饮用水的。近来也采用过紫外线辐射进行消毒,在此优选使用254nm波长的UV-C光谱。由石英玻璃制成的防水辐射单元是公知的,辐射单元作为浸入单元使用。但是这通常涉及中型乃至大型消毒器具,其中一部分消毒器具还要以流动为基础。例如由DE-U-94 20 752已知一种带有固定设置UV灯以及进水口和出水口的器具。由DE-C-25 27009已知一种在钟形浸入器里带有固定的UV射线源的容器。对于这些处理最终要选择能耗甚大的煮沸,煮沸必需进行约10分钟,以保证足够的无毒性。在PCT-WO97/06108中公开了一种可携带的过滤筒,该过滤筒具有电源和为电源而专门设计的携带箱。
发明概述
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于对水状介质进行消毒的器具,该器具能够以非常低的能耗驱动,该器具可以特别灵活地使用且容易携带,并且能够在较短时间内提供少量消毒水,其中考虑到良好的操作安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于对水状介质进行消毒,尤其是制备饮用水的器具,具有一容器,水状介质在所述容器中受到紫外线射线的辐射,而这个辐射由一个管状的、防水的UV辐射器发出,该UV辐射器固定地设置在所述容器的底板上,其横截面为圆形或椭圆形,并在所述容器上设置一个用于控制UV辐射器的电子控制单元,且该电子控制单元设有供电用接口,设有一用于电子控制单元的闭路器以及一定时器,所述电子控制单元在确定的时间间隔过后给器具断电,该器具还具有一用于所述容器的盖子,所述容器设有一手柄以便能够倾斜打开所述容器,并且,所述UV辐射器基本上沿着容器的竖向中心轴线设置。
按照本发明提供一种用于对水状介质进行消毒,尤其是制备饮用水的器具,其中水状介质受到紫外线射线的辐射而这个辐射由一个管状的、防水的UV辐射器发出,其特征在于,辐射器固定地设置在容器里面,并在容器上设置一个用于控制辐射器的电子控制单元,且该电子控制单元设有供电用接口。
优选电子控制单元和辐射器通过约12伏(10.5V至14.5V)直流电压操控,其中可以借助于变压器从电网电压得到这一电流,但是按照优选的实施例以太阳能电流供给。然而重要的还是要能使控制单元这样设计:使该器具能够用电网操控。
容器最好具有底板并且将电子控制单元设置在底板下面的壳体里面。通过插入插头或借助于闭路器接通该器具。最好具有用于电子控制单元的闭路器且电子控制单元具有定时器,定时器在确定的时间间隔过后给器具断电。当然也可以用断路器代替这个定时器。容器最好具有盖子并在打开容器时触发断开辐射器。
按照本发明的一个优选实施例,该器具的横截面基本上是圆形或椭圆形的,在此与传统的热水器相似,辐射器基本上沿着器具的中心轴线设置在底板上并通过底板与控制单元连接。
器具可以设有对水状介质进行加热的装置。
按照本发明的一个优选实施例,器具设计成带有供电和太阳能模块的套件。

实施例说明
图1示出的按照本发明的器具1具有容器2、可打开的盖子3、底板5’和与底板分开的壳体5。该器具1以公知的方法具有手柄8和壶嘴4。在底板5’下面的壳体5里面设置电子控制单元6,该控制单元与供电11的电接口10连接,供电连接在太阳能模块12上并以12V直流电对电子控制单元供电。电子控制单元6控制UV辐射器7,该辐射器垂直竖立地设置在容器2里面的底板5’上。器具1具有闭路器9,通过该闭路器可以接通UV辐射器。
图2通过电路图表示出电子控制单元6的其它特征,该控制单元由公知的元件,如晶体管T、集成电路IC、二极管D、电容C、电阻R等器件构成并布置在电路板上。电路具有12V直流电压的输入端13。通过闭路器15接通器具。在一个确定的时间间隔(如2-6分钟)过后通过由闭路器激活的定时器16实现断开,时间间隔要适合于保证足够的无毒性。但是如果在这段时间间隔过程中打开盖子3,则通过盖子开关14实现自动断开,以保护使用者的眼睛。控制单元6对UV辐射器7供电并进行控制,辐射器功率例如为4瓦。

Claims (6)

1.用于对水状介质进行消毒,尤其是制备饮用水的器具,具有一容器,水状介质在所述容器中受到紫外线射线的辐射,而这个辐射由一个管状的、防水的UV辐射器发出,该UV辐射器(7)固定地设置在所述容器(2)的底板上,其横截面为圆形或椭圆形,并在所述容器(2)上设置一个用于控制UV辐射器(7)的电子控制单元(6),且该电子控制单元设有供电用接口(10),设有一用于电子控制单元(6)的闭路器以及一定时器(16),所述电子控制单元(6)在确定的时间间隔过后给器具(1)断电,该器具还具有一用于所述容器(2)的盖子(3),所述容器设有一手柄(8)以便能够倾斜打开所述容器,并且,所述UV辐射器(7)基本上沿着容器(2)的竖向中心轴线设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的器具,其特征在于,所述电子控制单元(6)和UV辐射器(7)由12伏直流电压操控。
3.如权利要求1所述的器具,其特征在于,所述电子控制单元(6)装在容器(2)底板下面的一壳体(5)里面。
4.如权利要求1所述的器具,其特征在于,所述电子控制单元(6)具有与所述盖子相联的开关电路,由此,打开容器(2)时触发断开UV辐射器(7)。
5.如权利要求1所述的器具,其特征在于,所述容器(2)配有对水状介质进行加热的装置。
6.如权利要求2所述的器具,其特征在于,所述器具带有供电和太阳能模块(12)。
