With the improvement of the living standard of people, the washing machine has become an important household appliance in daily life of people. When a user uses a washing machine to wash clothes, the user often forgets to remove impurities (e.g., paper towels, keys, purses, etc.) in the clothes pocket, and the impurities are also washed along with the washing of the clothes. Some impurities (such as paper towels) which are easy to wash out are easy to wind on the surface of clothes, and the impurities are difficult to treat after the clothes are washed out.
Based on the above, the application provides a sundry removing method of a washing product and a washing machine, wherein the sundry determining method of the washing product can determine whether the image of the washed clothes to be washed shows newly increased spots by comparing the images of the clothes to be washed before and after washing, and when the newly increased spots appear, the sundry in the clothes to be washed placed in the washing cylinder is determined.
The method for removing impurities from the washing product is applied to a washing machine 10 shown in fig. 1. The washing machine 10 (the control device 15 in the washing machine) can collect a plurality of images in the washing tub 11 through the image collection device 12 provided on the washing machine 10 in response to a start instruction of a washing program. And then executing a washing program to wash the clothes to be washed, comparing the images of the clothes to be washed before and after the washing program is executed, and if a new spot image appears in the images after the washing program, determining that sundries exist in the clothes to be washed placed in the washing cylinder 11. And then controls the spraying device 13 and the drainage device 14 in the washing machine 10 to clean and remove sundries.
Therefore, the method provided by the application can solve the problem that sundries are difficult to treat after washing, improve the effect of washing clothes by the washing machine and improve the experience of a user using the washing machine.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for removing impurities from a washing product, which is applied to a washing machine 10 shown in fig. 1, wherein the washing machine 10 includes an image acquisition device 12, a washing drum 11, a spraying device 13 and a drainage device 14, and the method for removing impurities from a washing product includes:
s210, responding to a starting instruction of a washing program, and acquiring a plurality of first images of the clothes to be washed in the washing cylinder through the image acquisition device.
After the washing machine responds to the starting instruction of the washing program, the image acquisition device is controlled to start to acquire a plurality of first images of the clothes to be washed in the washing cylinder.
Optionally, the washing machine 10 acquires the image of the laundry by the image acquisition device 12 in response to the start instruction of the washing program, and performs N times of the following acquisition operations: the washing drum 11 is rotated at a second preset speed, and an image of the laundry to be washed is acquired by the image acquisition device 12 after the washing drum 11 is stopped, N being an integer greater than or equal to 1.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a user inputs a start command of the washing program through a control panel of the washing machine 10, the start command of the washing program is used to instruct the washing tub 11 to rotate according to a preset rotation stop ratio, and the image capturing device 12 starts capturing a first image of laundry in the washing tub 11. When the washing tub 11 starts rotating at a preset rotation stop ratio and stops rotating at different cut-off times, the control device 15 controls the image capturing device 12 to capture a plurality of first images of laundry placed in the washing tub 11. At this time, the washing drum 11 is not immersed in water, the foreign matters placed in the laundry are not washed out, and the plurality of first images are all taken when the laundry is not washed.
Alternatively, when the laundry is tumbled in the washing drum 11, the image capturing device 12 may capture an image of the laundry, and the control device 15 may capture a video image to obtain a plurality of first images.
Preferably, the clothing to be washed is photographed or imaged by using a three-dimensional imaging technology, so that the obtained picture or image has more abundant information, and the clothing to be washed can be represented by competing for the picture or the image as few as possible.
When the image capturing is used to capture the laundry, the laundry is usually in a motion state, and then a plurality of pictures are taken from the video, and the basic information (such as laundry color, pattern, texture, material, etc.) of the laundry is confirmed by integrating the plurality of pictures.
In this embodiment, it is preferable to collect a plurality of first images of the laundry placed in the washing drum 11 when the washing drum 11 stops rotating, and the obtained plurality of first images are clearer than the first images obtained in the photographing process, so that the comparison between the first images and the second images mentioned below is more convenient, and the comparison result is more accurate.
S220, executing the washing program to wash the clothes to be washed.
The washing machine 10 controls related devices to wash laundry placed in the washing tub 11. The type of washing program is selected by a user through the control panel 16 of the washing machine 10.
The washing method (for example, shuffling and washing of knitted clothes), washing time, water temperature during washing, types of detergents, washing times and/or rinsing times, etc. of the washing program may be set according to actual needs, and the present application is not limited thereto.
S230, when the execution of the washing program is completed, a plurality of second images of the clothes to be washed are acquired by the image acquisition device.
When the washing process is completed, the washing tub 11 is in a stationary state, and a plurality of second images of laundry placed in the washing tub 11 are acquired by the image acquisition device 12.
Alternatively, after the washing procedure is performed, the washing drum 11 may be controlled to rotate at a certain rotation-stop ratio, and the image acquisition device 12 may be controlled to acquire a plurality of second images of the laundry placed in the washing drum 11.
S240, comparing the plurality of first images with the plurality of second images, and determining that sundries exist in the clothes to be washed when spot images appear in any one of the second images.
As shown in fig. 4, the washing machine 10 compares the plurality of second images with the plurality of first images, and determines that there are foreign materials, such as paper dust, in the laundry when a spot image as shown on the right side of fig. 4 appears in any one of the second images.
Alternatively, the first image having the abnormal data may be deleted from the plurality of first images, and the pixel luminance value of the partial region in the first image having the abnormal data may be greater than or equal to the preset pixel luminance value. And comparing the remaining first images with the plurality of second images, and determining that sundries exist in the clothes to be washed when any one of the second images has a spot image.
The higher the pixel brightness value, the stronger the reflection degree of the image is proved, and if the laundry is the laundry, the lighter the color of the laundry is, correspondingly, the stronger the luminous intensity of the laundry is compared with the dark laundry when the laundry is in the washing drum 11, and the higher the pixel brightness value of the laundry is.
In this embodiment, whether the paper dust exists in the laundry is mainly checked, and the lighter the color of the laundry to be washed, the more the paper dust exists in the laundry (for example, the laundry to be washed is white). Therefore, in order to improve the recognition accuracy of whether or not paper dust is present in the laundry, the first image may be removed from the plurality of first images acquired at the beginning when the first image has abnormal data (the pixel luminance value of the partial region in the first image is greater than or equal to the preset pixel luminance value).
When the first image and the second image are compared, the first image and the second image are sufficiently cleaned when necessary, otherwise, the first image and the second image cannot be used for comparison. Alternatively, the image may be set for comparison only when the sharpness of the image exceeds a preset sharpness. Correspondingly, when the washing machine 10 has the repeated image in the first images or the second images acquired by the image acquisition device 12, only the clearest one of the repeated images is reserved and stored.
S250, controlling the washing cylinder to rotate at a first preset speed, and simultaneously controlling the spraying device and the drainage device to be opened.
When the existence of sundries in the clothes to be washed is determined, a sundry removing program is required to be started to remove the sundries. At this time, the washing machine 10 controls the washing drum 11 to rotate, and simultaneously controls the spraying device 13 to wash the laundry so that the foreign matters float on the water surface. The drain device 14 is controlled to drain the impurities out of the washing tub 11 and the washing machine 10.
The spraying amount and the spraying duration of the spraying device 13 can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the application is not limited. Alternatively, the control device 15 may control the water draining device 14 to drain water after detecting that the water level reaches a preset level by a water level sensor in the washing machine 10.
Optionally, after the duration of the opening of the spraying device 13 and the draining device 14 reaches the preset cleaning duration, the image collecting device 12 is controlled to collect a plurality of third images after the laundry is cleaned. And comparing the third images with the first images, and when any one of the third images has a spot image, controlling the washing drum to rotate at a first preset speed again, and simultaneously controlling the spraying device 13 and the drainage device 14 to be started until no spot image exists in the images of the clothes to be washed, which are acquired by the image acquisition device 12. The preset cleaning time period is, for example, 15 minutes.
The washing machine 10 controls the image acquisition device 12 to acquire the image of the washed clothes to be washed, the image can be acquired when the spraying device 13 and the drainage device 14 are in a working state, or a user controls the spraying device 13 and the drainage device 14 to stop working, and then the image acquisition device 12 acquires the image of the washed clothes to be washed.
The method for cleaning impurities in a washing product provided in this embodiment is applied to the washing machine 10, and the method can firstly determine whether impurities exist in the clothes to be washed through image comparison before and after the clothes to be washed are washed, and if impurities exist in the clothes to be washed, the impurities are washed.
