Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. As described in connection with the laundry treating apparatus including only one pulsator washing unit, those skilled in the art may modify the same according to actual situations, such as including one pulsator washing unit and one drum washing unit, etc.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" may include the plural forms as well.
Furthermore, while numerous specific details are set forth in the following description in order to provide a better understanding of the invention, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, the operation principle of the pulsator washing machine, etc., which is well known to those skilled in the art, such as omitting the outer tub, is not described in detail in order to highlight the gist of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 illustrates a structural schematic view of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention in a state where a first door is opened, fig. 2 illustrates a structural schematic view of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention in a state where the first door is closed, and fig. 3 illustrates an internal structural schematic view of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the washing machine 100 includes a cabinet 1 in which an inner tub 2 (a holeless inner tub) is provided, the inner tub 2 being connected with a motor 3 such that the inner tub is rotated by the motor during a washing process. A water receiving tray 4 is arranged below the inner barrel, a water outlet 5 is arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel, and washing water in the inner barrel can be discharged to the water receiving tray through the water outlet (if a drain valve is arranged at the water outlet, the opening/closing of the water outlet is realized by controlling the drain valve). A drain pipe is provided at the bottom of the water receiving tray, and the washing water collected by the water receiving tray can be discharged to the outside through the drain pipe 6. In addition, the bottom of the box body is provided with feet 7, if four corners of the bottom of the washing machine are respectively provided with one foot, the feet are directly contacted with the ground in a placed state.
In the invention, the washing machine realizes the taking and placing of clothes in a side-opening door mode. In one possible embodiment, the first door 11 is provided on the cabinet 1, and the first door 11 is provided with the interaction region 111 and the first light-transmitting region 112. The inner barrel 2 is provided with a second door body 21 at a position corresponding to the first door body, and a second light-transmitting area 22 is arranged on the barrel wall of the inner barrel 2.
Illustratively, the outline of the first door body is approximately circular, and the interactive region 111 and the first light transmission region 112 are arranged in bilateral symmetry and approximately form a circular region. The case is provided with a circular opening 12 at a side portion (front side) close to the operator, and the first door body is disposed at a position of the case corresponding to the opening. A vertical hinge 13 is arranged between the left side of the first door body and the left edge of the box body corresponding to the opening 12, and a handle (such as a hidden handle arranged on the first door body in an embedded manner) is arranged on the first door body. Thus, the operator can easily open and close the first door body relative to the box body by exerting force on the handle.
Illustratively, the second door body 21 includes a first sub-door body 211 and a second sub-door body 212 which are opposite to each other, the first sub-door body and the second sub-door body are both rectangular structures, and the second door body which is common to the first sub-door body and the second sub-door body can be completely covered by the first door body, and more specifically, the total area of the first sub-door body 211 and the second sub-door body 212 is smaller than the area of the first door body.
In one possible embodiment, both the first sub-door body 211 and the second sub-door body 212 may be semi-automatically opened by: when an operator (user) presses the corresponding first/second sub-door bodies, the sub-door bodies can be opened. Since the inner tub needs to secure sealability during washing of laundry, it is necessary to provide a sealing structure for the first/second sub-door bodies so as to secure sealability of the inner tub in the case where the second door body is in a closed state.
It can be seen that, through the cooperation of the first light transmission region and the second light transmission region, the user can observe the laundry processing information such as the laundry state, the foam state, etc. of the space in the tub at any time. The clothes information obtained based on the structure is similar to the drum washing machine which realizes the observation function through the observation window, and the clothes processing information is mainly obtained through a physical observation mode.
In one possible embodiment, the first light transmission region 112 is a semicircular light transmission region located at the right side of the interaction region 111, and accordingly, the inner tub is provided with the second light transmission region 22 at a position corresponding to the first light transmission region 112. As in this example, the second light transmission region 22 is an annular region disposed along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel. In this way, the user can sequentially observe the laundry treatment information such as the laundry winding state, the bubble state, etc. of the space in the tub through the first light-transmitting region 112 and the second light-transmitting region 22.
Obviously, the interaction region and the first light transmission region are two semicircular regions symmetrically arranged on the first door body, and the second light transmission region is an annular structure, which is only an exemplary description, and a person skilled in the art may modify the interaction region and the first light transmission region according to actual situations, for example, the interaction region and the first light transmission region may be: arranging the first light-transmitting area outside the first door body; the interactive area and the first light-transmitting area are changed into other shapes such as a rectangle, and the two can be symmetrical or asymmetrical; the width of the annular area is flexibly adjusted (in this example, the width is approximately the same as the diameter of the first door body, so the diameter is larger than the diameter of the observation area); changing the annular region into one or more arc-like structures; a second light-transmitting area is also arranged on the second door body or the whole second door body is arranged into the second light-transmitting area; and the like.
As for the interactive area, based on the information collecting part configured to the washing machine and the communication connection between the information collecting part and the interactive area, the user can acquire the display information confirmed by the laundry treatment information through the interactive area and can adjust the currently running laundry treatment program and the like based on the display information.
In one possible embodiment, the washing machine is provided with a camera 141 at a position near the middle of the top plate 14 of the cabinet, and after the camera 141 analyzes image (video) data collected as laundry processing information, the image (video) data itself and the analysis result thereof are displayed through the interactive area 111. Such as may be: the state of the laundry in the space in the tub is dynamically displayed by image (video) data, and the analysis results such as "more bubbles" are displayed together in the interactive area. Obviously, a person skilled in the art may adjust the number, the installation position/state, etc. of the cameras according to actual needs (for example, the cameras are rotatably disposed in the middle of the top plate), or may replace the cameras with other information collecting components capable of collecting image data of the clothes, or replace the cameras with information collecting components capable of collecting other forms of clothes treatment information (such as turbidity/water level/temperature of the washing water, weight of the clothes to be washed, etc.), or add the foregoing information collecting components on the basis of the cameras. As in the present embodiment, the information collecting part includes a camera (collecting color, material of laundry), a weight sensor (collecting weight of laundry), and a turbidity sensor (collecting turbidity of washing water, not shown).
Assuming that the user needs to increase the capacity of the inner tub, in the case of including an outer tub, this means that a larger overall size needs to be configured for the washing machine. Since the embodiment of the invention adopts the pulsator washing machine without an outer barrel, under the condition that the outline size of the box body of the pulsator washing machine is fixed, the pulsator washing machine with larger inner barrel capacity is hopeful to be provided for users.
On the basis, the invention can reduce the installation space required by the pulsator washing machine by constructing the front opening structure for the pulsator washing machine without an outer barrel. Specifically, assuming that the installation space of the user is limited, the pulsator washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention has the following advantages: because the pulsator washing machine without the outer barrel is adopted, the outline size of the box body is reduced on the premise that the capacity of the inner barrel reaches the standard; because the pulsator washing machine consisting of the pulsator washing unit is arranged in a front-opening structure, an installation space does not need to be reserved at the top.
In addition, the washing machine of the invention also has obvious water-saving advantage in consideration of the factors that the pulsator washing machine is more water-saving than a roller washing machine and the washing machine without the outer barrel is more water-saving than the washing machine comprising the outer barrel.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the control method mainly includes the following steps:
s401, determining a clothes processing program adopted in the current washing according to the clothes information collected by the camera and the weight sensor.
If the clothes treatment program can be automatically selected and started, or the collected clothes information is displayed in the interaction area, and the user selects the proper clothes treatment program through the information.
And S403, enabling the washing machine to operate according to the determined clothes treatment program, and displaying the video data acquired by the camera in the interactive area in real time during the operation.
According to the actual situation, the display can be continuous or intermittent. Such as displaying a time period (e.g., 1min) every 5 min.
S405, before the clothes treatment program is carried out to the drainage stage of the second rinsing, judging whether the cleaning degree of the clothes reaches the standard or not according to the turbidity of the washing water collected by the turbidity sensor; if yes, continuing to run the current clothes processing program for draining water and turning to S409; if not, the process proceeds to S407.
And S407, adding a third rinsing after the drainage stage of the second rinsing.
It is understood that the person skilled in the art can determine the parameters such as rinsing time, water inflow, motor operation speed, etc. corresponding to the third rinsing according to the actual situation.
And S409, dehydrating and draining until the washing is finished.
If the reminding module is configured on the washing machine, after the washing is finished, the user is informed by emitting sound and/or light information.
Further, during the washing stage and the rinsing stage (non-draining), the user can observe the laundry state and the like of the space in the tub through the first and second light-transmitting regions at any time.
