The preparation method of the matte artificial grass filaments comprises the following steps:
(1) Granulating; preparing raw materials according to the composition and the proportion of the matte master batch, extruding and granulating by using a double-screw extruder, setting the temperature to 200 ℃, and preparing the matte master batch after blending extrusion, water cutting and drying;
(2) And (3) wiredrawing: raw materials are prepared according to the components and the proportions of the artificial grass filaments, the temperature is set to 240 ℃, the draft ratio is 6 times, and the matte artificial grass filaments are prepared through blending extrusion, traction, drafting, shaping, winding and twisting.
Comparative example 1
An artificial grass filament comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of low-density polyethylene particles, 6 parts of color master batch (chromium oxide green), 2 parts of slipping agent (PPA processing aid) and 2 parts of anti-aging agent.
The anti-aging agent is antioxidantAO-B225 antioxidant, tokyo Digang auxiliary Co., ltd.) and light stabilizer (YK)>HS-944 light stabilizer, beijing Tiangang assistant Co., ltd.) in a weight ratio of 1:2.
A method for preparing artificial grass filaments, comprising the steps of:
the raw materials are prepared according to the components and the proportion of the artificial grass yarn, the temperature is set at 235 ℃, the draft ratio is 5.5 times, and the artificial grass yarn is prepared through blending extrusion, traction, drafting, shaping, winding and twisting.
Comparative example 2
An artificial grass filament comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of matte composite, 50 parts of low-density polyethylene particles, 6 parts of color master batch (chromium oxide green), 2 parts of slipping agent (PPA processing aid) and 2 parts of anti-aging agent.
The anti-aging agent is antioxidantAO-B225 antioxidant, tokyo Digang auxiliary Co., ltd.) and light stabilizer (YK)>HS-944 light stabilizer, beijing Tiangang assistant Co., ltd.) in a weight ratio of 1:2.
The matte composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of solid glass beads (particle size 1800 mesh), 58 parts of low-density polyethylene (comprising 40 parts of particles and 18 parts of powder), 2 parts of dispersant (EBS dispersant) and 2 parts of age resistor (ultraviolet absorber)Guangzhou Zhi chemical Co., ltd.).
A method for preparing artificial grass filaments: the raw materials are prepared and mixed according to the above composition and proportion, the temperature is set at 235 ℃, the draft ratio is 5.5 times, and the artificial grass filaments are prepared through blending extrusion, traction, drafting, shaping, winding and twisting.
Performance testing
Turf was produced from the artificial grass filaments and base fabric described in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2, and then glued by a gum setting machine to produce an artificial turf.
The artificial grass filaments used were diamond monofilaments with a gauge of 50mm grass height, 5/8 inch row spacing, and 15 needles/cm needle density.
(1) High temperature resistance test and matte effect
Examples 1-3 and comparative example 1 were placed in an oven at 95 c for 5 minutes and visually inspected to determine if the tip of the artificial grass strands had bent and had a matte effect, and photographs taken at two angles for each example and comparative example were left.
Test results:
the artificial grass filaments of examples 1-3 all achieve a matte effect with substantially no bends at the tips, and since the photographs of examples 1-3 are highly similar, the drawings show only the photograph of example 2, i.e., as shown in fig. 1;
the artificial grass filaments of comparative example 1 were highly reflective and had essentially all of the tips bent, as shown in fig. 2.
(2) Wear test
The test was carried out according to GB/T20394-2019 national Standard for Artificial grass for sports, the results of which are given in the following Table.
The "retention of breaking force of grass yarn" data in the table is measured after the grass yarn has been subjected to the aging test.
Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains from the foregoing description and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention. In addition, although specific terms are used in the present specification, these terms are for convenience of description only and do not limit the present invention in any way.
Claims (10)
1. The matte master batch is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of solid glass beads, 45-70 parts of low-density polyethylene, 0.5-3.5 parts of dispersing agent and 0.5-3.5 parts of anti-aging agent.
2. The matte master batch of claim 1 wherein the low density polyethylene comprises 40-50 parts low density polyethylene particles and 15-20 parts low density polyethylene powder.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the solid glass beads have a particle size of 600-3000 mesh.
4. The matte master batch according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the anti-aging agent is an ultraviolet absorber; the dispersant is a polyethylene wax or EBS dispersant.
5. The matte artificial grass yarn is characterized by comprising more than 0 weight percent and less than or equal to 40 weight percent of solid glass beads.
6. The matte artificial grass yarn of claim 5 wherein when the matte artificial grass yarn is profiled grass, the weight percentage of the solid glass beads is 1-5%, and the solid glass beads have a particle size of 1000-3000 mesh.
7. The matte artificial grass yarn of claim 5 comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of the matte master batch of any of claims 1 to 4, 40-60 parts of low-density polyethylene particles, 4-8 parts of color master batch, 1-3 parts of slipping agent and 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent.
8. The matte artificial grass strand of claim 7 wherein the slip agent is PPA processing aid or erucamide; the anti-aging agent is an antioxidant and/or a light stabilizer.
9. The preparation method of the matte artificial grass filaments is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Granulating; the matte master batch preparation raw material according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the raw material is extruded and granulated by a double-screw extruder, the temperature is set to 190-200 ℃, and the matte master batch is prepared after blending extrusion, water cutting and drying;
(2) And (3) wiredrawing: the artificial grass filaments according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the artificial grass filaments are prepared by blending extrusion, traction, drafting, shaping, winding and twisting at a temperature of 230-240 ℃ and a draft ratio of 5-6 times.
10. A matte artificial turf comprising a matte artificial grass yarn according to any of claims 5 to 8.
