(1) uniformly dispersing the nano white carbon black into an ethanol solution to obtain a nano white carbon black dispersion liquid;

(2) adding a silane coupling agent into the nano white carbon black dispersion liquid, and stirring at the rotating speed of 500r/min for 40min to obtain a modified dispersion liquid;
(3) uniformly dispersing diatomite into a sodium maleate solution to obtain a diatomite dispersion solution, then mixing the diatomite dispersion solution and a modified dispersion solution, adding the mixture into a vacuum impregnation reaction kettle, adding magnesium hydroxycarbonate, uniformly stirring at a high speed, then carrying out vacuum impregnation treatment for 2 hours, and then discharging to obtain a mixture;
(4) and carrying out suction filtration, washing and drying on the mixture to obtain the nano white carbon black composite diatomite.
