Stirring, heating and standing are performed by adopting a heating tank assembly; the heating tank assembly includes: the device comprises a heating tank, a stirring assembly, a first electric heater, a delivery pump, a discharge pump, a crushing structure, a storage bin and a second electric heater; a stirring assembly and a first electric heater are arranged in the heating pipe; the heating tank is communicated with a storage bin pipeline; a pipeline for communicating the heating tank with the storage bin is provided with a crushing structure and a conveying pump; a second electric heater is arranged in the storage bin; a discharge pump is arranged at the discharge end of the storage bin; the preheating pipe section is arranged on the discharge end of the discharge pump.
The preheating pipe section comprises: the heat exchange tube comprises a tube body and a heat exchange coil which is arranged on the outer side wall of the tube body in a coating mode. The heat preservation heating of the materials in the preheating pipe section can be realized by arranging the heat exchange coil, the temperature of the heated materials is maintained at 56 ℃, and the temperature reduction is avoided.
The crushing structure includes: the pipe body, the first mounting ring, the second mounting ring, the horn pipe and the mounting cylinder; the first mounting ring is welded on the inner side wall of the pipe body; the second mounting ring is arranged on the periphery of the first end of the horn tube and is connected with the first mounting ring; the second end of the horn tube is connected with one end of the mounting cylinder, and the other end of the horn tube is mounted on the inner side wall of the tube body; the inner diameter of the first end of the horn tube is larger than that of the second end; the side wall of the horn tube is provided with a plurality of pressurizing and crushing holes; the first end of the horn tube is open, the second end of the horn tube is provided with a crushing net, and the crushing net is provided with a plurality of pressurizing crushing holes; the extending end of the mounting cylinder is provided with an opening or a supporting filter plate; the inner diameter of the pressurized crushing hole is 2.5mm.
Example 2
The difference from example 1 is that: heating to 45 ℃ while stirring; filling a bottle body with the capacity of 60 ml; the flow rate of the mixture in the conveying pipe is 1m/s; the soaking time in the soaking tank is 7 hours; the inner diameter of the pressurized crushing hole is 1mm.

The difference from example 1 is that: heating to 42 ℃ while stirring; filling a bottle body with the capacity of 200 ml; the flow rate of the mixture in the conveying pipe is 4m/s; the soaking time in the soaking tank is 8 hours; the inner diameter of the pressurized crushing hole is 3mm.
Comparative example 1
The difference from example 1 is that: the conveying pipe is not provided with an inserted crushing structure.
Comparative example 2
The difference from example 1 is that: no preheating pipe section is provided.
Comparative example 3
The difference from example 1 is that: the volume of the pouring bottle body is 500ml.
The products obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were stored at room temperature under an environmental humidity of 50 to 60% for 3 months, and the presence or absence of delamination of the products in the bottles was observed under a lamp inspection environment, and the results are shown in Table 1. pumping the mixed beverage into a preheating pipe section after extracting, preheating to 56 ℃, and filling into a bottle body with a filling capacity of 60-200 ml;
the flow velocity of the mixed beverage in the conveying pipe is 1-4 m/s;
install broken structure in conveyer pipe, broken structure includes: the crushing net is arranged on the side wall and the second end face of the horn pipe body, and the mixed material flows through the crushing net in the conveying pipe and is crushed into particles with the average diameter of 1-3 cm;
