Abstract
一种显示基板和显示面板,该显示基板包括分别设置在显示区域(AA)的彼此相对的第一侧和第二侧的第一栅驱动电路(G1)和第二栅驱动电路(G2);第一栅扫描驱动电路(G1)包括沿第一方向排布的多个第一移位寄存器单元(G11),每个第一移位寄存器单元(G11)包括第一薄膜晶体管(T1),第一薄膜晶体管(T1)包括第一有源层(T11),第一有源层(T11)包括金属氧化物半导体材料;第二栅扫描驱动电路(G2)包括沿第一方向排布的多个第二移位寄存器单元(G21),每个第二移位寄存器单元(G21)包括与第一薄膜晶体管(T1)具有相同功能的第二薄膜晶体管(T2),第二薄膜晶体管(T2)包括第二有源层(T21),第二有源层(T21)包括金属氧化物半导体材料;至少一个第一薄膜晶体管(T1)的平均开启电流为Ion1,至少一个第二薄膜晶体管(T2)的平均开启电流为Ion2,Ion1>Ion2。该显示基板的制备过程更简单,同时具有较好的显示效果。
