Description

Cigarette for improving sensory quality of cigarette, biological cigarette paper and preparation process
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of material processing and cigarette production, relates to a preparation process of cigarette paper, and in particular relates to biological cigarette paper and a preparation process thereof, and a cigarette for improving sensory quality of the cigarette.
Background
The cigarette paper is a sheet paper specially used for wrapping tobacco to make cigarettes. The cigarette paper mainly comprises fibers and inorganic filler, wherein the cellulose accounts for more than 70% of the total weight. Compared with other cigarette auxiliary materials such as tipping paper and forming paper, the main characteristic of the cigarette paper is that the cigarette paper participates in combustion, and in the process of the cigarette paper participating in combustion, the cigarette paper can have important influence on smoke components of cigarettes.
In the cigarette industry, more cigarette paper is used as wood pulp cigarette paper, wood pulp mainly depends on import, the price of the imported wood pulp is greatly influenced by the international market, and the price of the imported wood pulp often fluctuates greatly, so that the stability of the production cost of a cigarette paper manufacturing enterprise is influenced. The main function of the cigarette paper is to wrap tobacco shreds, and a certain amount of woody gas and pungent taste are generated in the combustion process of the cigarette so as to influence the smoking taste of the cigarette smoke, and the cigarette paper has little contribution to the richness of the smoking taste of the cigarette. Part of high-end cigarette brands use the hemp pulp cigarette paper, and the hemp pulp cigarette paper has the advantages of less irritation and miscellaneous gas caused by combustion, but higher cost.
At present, various improved cigarette papers are added with different function improvers, additives and the like. These modifiers, additives are often various synthetic fragrances or extracts, which are costly to prepare. Moreover, the different aromas produced by different additives are not acceptable to all smokers. Thus, these modified cigarette papers, while improved and advantageous in some respects, are not particularly widely used due to the cost of their manufacturing process.
Microorganisms, enzymes, often play an important role in the growth, conditioning, aging, processing and storage of tobacco leaves, improving the quality of tobacco leaves, stems and tobacco flakes, producing flavors and degrading nicotine by microorganisms or enzymes. Chinese patent CN 101775379A discloses an enzyme preparation taking nicotine dehydrogenase as an auxiliary for tobacco processing and a preparation and application method thereof, and the patent utilizes the nicotine dehydrogenase enzyme preparation in the processing process before redrying after fresh tobacco is roasted to degrade nicotine so as to achieve the effect of improving the quality of the tobacco in industrial production. However, no enzyme or microorganism has been added to the cigarette paper to improve the cigarette paper performance.
In recent years, with the improvement of living standard, consumers have pursued higher sensory quality of cigarettes. The cigarette paper is an important part affecting the sensory quality of cigarettes, how to adjust and improve the performance of the cigarette paper, reduce or utilize the smell generated by other substances to cover the wooden gas generated by the combustion of common cigarette paper, improve the sensory quality of cigarettes and reduce the production cost of the cigarette paper, which is the key point of developing and improving the production of the cigarette paper.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a cigarette for improving the sensory quality of the cigarette, biological cigarette paper and a preparation process thereof. By adding a certain proportion of the compound biological enzyme preparation, the sensory quality of the cigarette paper can be improved, the irritation and miscellaneous gases are reduced, the flexibility of smoke is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
In order to solve the above problems, an aspect of the present invention provides a preparation process of biological cigarette paper, the preparation process comprising the steps of: adding 0.1-0.3% of composite biological enzyme preparation into needle pulp fiber slurry and broadleaf pulp fiber slurry respectively, performing biological enzyme fermentation, pulping the needle pulp fiber slurry and the broadleaf pulp fiber slurry respectively, mixing to obtain mixed pulp, and papermaking by using the mixed pulp to obtain biological cigarette paper. In addition, the preparation process can further carry out coating sizing and rewinding slitting treatment on the biological cigarette paper so as to obtain the cigarette paper which can be directly used for wrapping cut tobacco.
The invention also provides biological cigarette paper which is prepared by the preparation method. The biological cigarette paper is composed of, by weight, 10-35 parts of needle pulp fibers, 20-70 parts of broadleaf pulp fibers, 20-40 parts of calcium carbonate and 3-6 parts of water.
In yet another aspect, the invention provides a cigarette for improving the sensory quality of the cigarette, said cigarette comprising a biological cigarette paper and cut filler composition as described in any of the above.
The beneficial effects of the invention include at least one of the following:
1. according to the preparation process of the biological cigarette paper, in the papermaking process of the cigarette paper, the sensory quality of the cigarette paper can be improved, the irritation and miscellaneous gases are reduced, and the flexibility of smoke is improved by adding a certain proportion of the compound biological enzyme preparation;
2. the wood pulp raw material is processed by the biotechnology to prepare the biological cigarette paper, so that the problems of irritation, miscellaneous gases and the like caused by the combustion of the cigarette paper can be effectively reduced after the cigarette is rolled, the sensory quality of the cigarette is improved, and the sensory quality is superior to that of the wood pulp cigarette paper;
3. the biological cigarette paper of the application is used for replacing cigarettes made of wood pulp cigarette paper, so that the sensory quality of the cigarettes can be improved, and the production cost of the cigarettes is greatly reduced.

/>
Table 2 statistical table of chemical composition index of cigarette paper
