1. the book stack after stacking operation is subjected to first packing treatment of packing paper, the first packing treatment is finished through three conveying sections of the conveying mechanism 200, the book stack after stacking operation is conveyed to the upper side of a paper feeding mechanism (not shown) through a front section conveying mechanism 201, the paper feeding mechanism is positioned below the front section conveying mechanism 201, after detection by a photoelectric detection mechanism, a control system controls a guide plate of the paper feeding mechanism to enable packing paper to enter the first conveying mechanism 202 through a gap between the front section conveying mechanism 201 and the first conveying mechanism 202, the book stack enters the first conveying mechanism 202 through the front section conveying mechanism 201, the packing paper is positioned below the book stack and moves on a conveying belt of the first conveying mechanism 202, at the moment, the tail of the packing paper is longer than the part of the book, the packing paper is conveyed to the upper side of the first conveying mechanism 202 through a gap between the front section conveying mechanism 201, the packing paper is wrapped around the book stack, the gap between the first conveying mechanism 202 and the second conveying mechanism 203 is lowered, the tail part of the packing paper extends out of the packing paper stack along with the gap between the front section conveying mechanism 202 and the first conveying mechanism 202, the tail part of the packing paper stack extends out of the packing paper stack is exposed out of the packing paper stack 1, and the packing paper enters the packing paper stack is exposed out of the gap between the first conveying mechanism 203 and the first conveying mechanism and the packing paper stack is exposed out of the tail part of the packing paper is wrapped by the first paper stack at the front end of the first conveying mechanism and the end of the packing paper is exposed;
2. the second conveying 203 enters the third conveying 204, the book stack processed in the above procedure is conveyed to the position of a packing device 1 of the book stack through the third conveying 204 and stays until the subsequent packing is completed, after the detection of the front paper folding assembly 11 by a photoelectric detection mechanism (not shown), the front ends of the two sides of the packing paper are completely folded by the control system, the working process is that at the moment, the left front pushing plate 113 and the right front pushing plate 113 are at the initial positions, the distance between the left front pushing plate 113 and the right front pushing plate 113 is slightly larger than the transverse width of the book, the book stack conveying mechanism 200 conveys the book stack to the positions of the left front pushing plate 113 and the right front pushing plate 113, the front ends of the packing paper with the two sides exposed out of the book are firstly folded backwards by virtue of inertia, then the left front pushing plate 113 and the right front pushing plate 113 are driven to be clamped towards the positions close to each other by the photoelectric detection mechanism (not shown), the front ends of the packing paper with the folded front ends are completely folded by the control system, then the fifth driving device 112 drives the first moving seat 111 to move backwards, after the book stack is moved to the preset position, and then the left front pushing plate 113 and the left front pushing plate 113 are driven to be far away from each other;
3. the control system continues to control the rear paper folding assembly 12 to fold the rear ends of the two sides of the packaging paper, and the working process is that at the moment, the left and right rear push plates 123 are at the initial position, the distance between the left and right rear push plates 123 is slightly larger than the transverse width of the book at the initial position, the seventh driving device 122 drives the second moving seat 121 to move forwards, the left and right push plates firstly push the rear ends of the packaging paper with the two sides exposed out of the book forwards, then the eighth driving device 124 drives the left and right rear push plates 123 to move towards the positions close to each other to clamp the packaging paper at the two sides of the rear end, the rear ends of the two sides of the packaging paper are folded, then the seventh driving device 122 drives the second moving seat 121 to move backwards, and after the second driving device 124 drives the left and right rear push plates 123 to move towards the positions far away from each other to restore to the initial position;
4. the control system continues to control the lower paper folding assembly 13 to fold the lower ends of the two sides of the packaging paper, and the working process is that the fifth driving cylinder drives the third moving seat 132 to move upwards to a position corresponding to the lower end of the book stack, in the upward moving process, the lower pushing plate 131 pushes and folds the lower ends of the two sides of the packaging paper exposing the books upwards, then the ninth driving cylinder 1343 drives the lower pushing plate 131 to turn towards the position close to the book stack to butt against the lower ends of the two sides of the packaging paper to complete the folding of the lower ends, and at the moment, the lower pushing plate 131 keeps the butt action without restoring the initial position;
5. the upward folding driving device drives the movable roller to swing to a position to be folded at the upper ends of the two sides of the packaging paper, the eighth driving device 124 drives the fourth moving seat to move downwards to drive the roller to fold the upper ends of the two sides of the packaging paper, the packaging film 151a is driven to fix the packaged packaging paper while folding is completed, and after fixing is completed, the seventh driving device 122 drives the cutting tool 152 to cut off the packaging film 151a after fixing is completed.
6. The ninth driving cylinder 1343 drives the lower push plate 131 to turn over and restore to the original position away from the book stack position, and the twelfth driving device drives the eighth moving seat to move upward and restore to the original position.
7. The above working steps are continuously performed, and the two stacks of books which are continuously packaged are sequentially conveyed to the position of the book stack turning and conveying mechanism 4 through the relevant conveying sections of the book stack conveying mechanism 200 to change the direction (the two stacks of books which are packaged are pushed to change the conveying direction of the book stacks, and the vertical conveying is converted into the transverse conveying).
8. The two book stacks which are subjected to reversing through the book stack reversing pushing mechanism 4 are continuously conveyed to the boxing device 2 of the book stacks for boxing through the related conveying sections of the book stack conveying mechanism 200 side by side, and the two book stacks are packaged into one box.
9. When the boxing device 2 of the book stack performs boxing treatment, the adsorption head 251 of the protective paper board conveying mechanism 25 sucks the protective paper board 600 conveyed by the protective paper board conveying mechanism through the adsorption head 251, and then the paper board moving mechanism 253 drives the protective paper board to be placed at the position of the first bearing seat 211;
10. the packaged book stack is conveyed to the first bearing seat 211 of the invention by the book stack input mechanism and is positioned on the protective paperboard;
11. the protective paper board conveying mechanism 25 adsorbs the protective paper board conveyed by the protective paper board conveying mechanism 251 to absorb the protective paper board through the adsorption head 251, and then the paper board moving mechanism 253 drives the protective paper board to be placed on the upper position of the book stack;
12. a fourteenth telescopic cylinder (not shown) drives the fifth moving seat (not shown) to move downwards and simultaneously drives the blocking part 231 to move downwards;
13. after the clamp 223a conveys the carton pile conveying mechanism 500 to the carton clamp of the second bearing seat 221, the carton overturning assembly horizontally overturns the clamp 223a towards the first bearing seat 211 by 180 degrees to reach the upper part of the first bearing seat 211 and align the book pile to be boxed;
14. the fourth driving device 224b of the moving assembly drives the second transmission mechanism to move up and down and drives the first bearing seat 211 to move downwards along the adjusting rod 224a until the paper box is completely inserted into the book stack;
15. and then the carton turning assembly and the book stack turning mechanism 21 turn over simultaneously, the book stack which is completely packed horizontally turns over 180 degrees to reach the second bearing seat 221, and the book stack conveying mechanism 200 waits for the carton sealing mechanism 300 which inputs cartons into the next process outside the carton sealing treatment.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, but rather should be understood to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the following description and drawings or any application directly or indirectly to other related or similar technical fields.
