Then the first compressing end 220 is far away from the conveying device 100, the second compressing end 320 is close to the conveying device 100, the second compressing end 320 can limit the right end of the sofa, the right edge of the upper packaging film is tightly attached to the right edge of the lower packaging film, the transverse pushing component 230 operates, the transverse pushing driving 231 drives the push rod 232 to move to the right, the winding of the upper packaging film can be realized by the winding roller, the upper packaging film is reversely pulled out, the sofa is close to the second compressing end 320, the sealing positions of the left ends of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film are tightly attached to the sofa, the gap between the packaging bag and the left end of the sofa is reduced, the sofa moves to the second compressing end 320, and the gap between the packaging bag and the right end of the sofa can be reduced.
Then the second sewing end 310 can realize the sewing to the right edge of the upper packaging film and the right edge of the lower packaging film, thereby realizing the sealing of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film at the left and right ends, being favorable for improving the packaging efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of workers.
It can be appreciated that referring to fig. 5, the lateral movement driving 231 is an oil cylinder or an air cylinder, and along the front-back direction of the push rod 232, the lateral movement driving 231 is multiple, and the lateral movement driving 231 is all connected with the push rod 232, so that the push rod 232 can push the sofa, the sofa can be made to approach the second compressing end 320, the back suction of the upper packaging film is matched, the left end of the upper packaging film can be made to move upwards, and the connection part of the left end of the upper packaging film and the right packaging film is driven to be clung to the sofa, namely, the gap between the packaging bag and the left end of the sofa is reduced.
Specifically, the push rod 232 is cylindrical, so that the upper packaging film can be pulled upwards from the gap between the push rod 232 and the sofa, and the left ends of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film are attached to the sofa.
It will be appreciated that referring to fig. 6 and 7, the sheathing assembly 400 includes a left-right extending cross beam 410, a movable mechanism, and jaws 430. The left end and the right end of the beam frame 410 are respectively connected with the left moving component and the right moving component, that is, the beam frame 410 is erected above the conveying device 100, and a movable mechanism is connected to the beam frame 410 and can drive the clamping jaw 430 to move up and down and left and right.
Specifically, the beam frame 410 includes a first beam and a second beam, where the first beam and the second beam are both disposed in a left-right extending manner, and the first beam and the second beam are disposed in a front-back interval, and the moving mechanism includes a first motor, a first transmission rod 421, a first transmission belt 422, and a first sliding block 423. The two ends of the first transmission rod 421 are arranged in a front-back extending way, and the first motor is in transmission connection with the first transmission rod 421 to drive the first transmission rod 421 to rotate forward or reversely. The front end and the rear end of the first transmission rod 421 are both connected with a first transmission wheel, the first transmission wheel is rotationally connected with the beam frame 410, the right ends of the first beam and the second beam are both rotationally connected with a second transmission wheel, a first transmission belt 422 is wound between the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel, the front end of the first sliding block 423 is connected with the first transmission belt 422 in front, the rear end of the first sliding block 423 is connected with the first transmission belt 422 in rear, the first motor drives the first transmission rod 421 to rotate, and then the front transmission belt 422 and the rear transmission belt 422 are driven to synchronously rotate, so that the first sliding block 423 slides left and right to realize left and right driving of the clamping jaw 430.
The movable mechanism further comprises a second motor, a second transmission rod 426, a transmission gear 424, racks 425 and a connecting rod 427, wherein two ends of the second transmission rod 426 are arranged in a front-back extending mode, the second motor and the second transmission rod 426 are connected to the first sliding block 423, the second motor is used for driving the second transmission rod 426 to rotate forward or overturn, the front end and the rear end of the second transmission rod 426 are connected with the transmission gear 424, the front end and the rear end of the connecting rod 427 are connected with racks 425 extending upwards, the racks 425 are in one-to-one correspondence with the transmission gears 424 and are in meshed transmission, a plurality of clamping claws 430 are arranged, and the clamping claws 430 are connected to the connecting rod 427 and are arranged at intervals along the connecting rod 427.
When the unreeled packaging film is required to be clamped and stretched, the first motor is operated to drive the first transmission rod 421 to rotate, the first transmission rod 421 rotates through the first transmission wheels at the left end and the right end, and then the first transmission belt 422 wound between the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel is driven to rotate positively or reversely, the front end of the first sliding block 423 is connected with the first transmission belt 422, the rear end of the first sliding block 423 is connected with the second transmission belt, and accordingly the first sliding block 423 can be driven to move rightwards, and after the first sliding block 423 approaches to a right motion assembly. The second motor operates, the second motor can drive the second transmission rod 426 to rotate, the second transmission rod 426 is driven by the meshing transmission of the transmission gears 424 at the left end and the right end and the rack 425, so that the connecting rod 427 can be driven to descend to one side close to the unreeling part 330, the upper packaging film unreeled at the unreeling part 330 can be clamped by the clamping jaw 430, then the connecting rod 427 moves upwards and resets leftwards, the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film can jointly enclose a cavity for the sofa to penetrate, and the left movement assembly and the right movement assembly are matched to realize the packaging of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film on the sofa.
It will be appreciated that, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to improve the packaging efficiency of the sofa, the sofa packaging device further includes a limiting assembly 600, and the limiting assembly 600 is disposed at the left side of the unreeling component 330, where the limiting assembly 600 includes a front upright, a rear upright, a baffle and a second lifting drive, the front upright and the rear upright are respectively disposed in front of and behind the unreeling component 330, the front end and the rear end of the baffle are respectively movably connected with the front upright and the rear upright, the front end and the rear end of the baffle respectively slide along the up-down direction with the front upright and the rear upright, and the second lifting drive is in transmission connection with the baffle to drive the baffle to move up and down.
When the sofa packaging film packaging machine is used, after the clamping jaw 430 of the packaging assembly 400 clamps the unreeled upper packaging film, the upper packaging film can be moved upwards, the upper packaging film can pass through the space between the baffle and the unreeled component 330, the baffle can be driven by the second lifting drive to move upwards along with the upper packaging film synchronously, then the packaging assembly 400 can drive the upper packaging film to move right, under the limiting effect of the baffle, the upper packaging film is arranged in an L shape, so that the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film jointly enclose into a rectangular cavity, the sofa is matched with the operation of the conveying device 100 to penetrate into the rectangular cavity, and the packaging of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film to the sofa can be realized.
If cladding subassembly 400 moves before the sofa is in place, goes up the packaging film and receives self gravity influence and lead to the sagging, and the packaging film of sagging is located the transportation orbit of sofa to influence the transportation of sofa, this sofa packing plant passes through the setting of spacing subassembly 600, through the spacing of baffle to last packaging film, thereby increase the cavity that encloses between last packaging film and the lower packaging film, cooperation conveyor 100's transport effect can make the sofa penetrate between last packaging film and the lower packaging film, thereby can save latency, improve the packing efficiency to the sofa.
If the wrapping assembly 400 is moved after the sofa is in place, the upper wrapping film can be covered above the sofa, but the wrapping time of the whole sofa is inevitably prolonged, which is not beneficial to improving the efficiency of packing the sofa.
It is understood that the second lifting drive may include a driving motor, a belt and a driving wheel, where at least two driving wheels are rotatably connected to the upper end and the lower end of the front upright, the belt is wound between the upper and lower driving wheels, the driving motor may drive the belt to rotate forward or reverse, and the front end of the baffle is connected to the belt, so as to drive the baffle to lift, and provide a supporting point close to the right movement assembly for the upper packaging film, so that the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film together form a cavity into which the sofa can penetrate.
It will be appreciated that, with reference to fig. 3 and 4, considering that the partial sofa has corners, when the wrapping film is applied along the contour of the sofa, the edges of the slit upper wrapping film are not flush, which is detrimental to the next gripping and packaging of the upper wrapping film. For example, when a part of the sofa is L-shaped and the sofa is placed on the conveying device 100, the length direction of the sofa is generally consistent with the conveying direction of the conveying device 100, if the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film are tightened along the outline of the sofa, the sofa can be tightly packaged, but the edges of the cut upper packaging film are not flush, and the wrapping assembly 400 is difficult to clamp the upper packaging film. The sofa packaging assembly therefore also includes a suspension assembly 500. The suspension assembly 500 includes a forward telescoping suspension bar 530, and the abutment of the suspension bar 530 against the upper packaging film compensates for the gap of the sofa to allow the edges of the cut upper packaging film to be more flush.
Specifically, the suspension assembly 500 includes a frame body, a first telescopic driving unit 510, a first lifting driving unit 520 and a suspension rod 530, where the suspension rod 530 extends back and forth, the first telescopic driving unit 510 and the first lifting driving unit 520 are both connected to the frame body, the frame body includes a first upright and a second upright that extend up and down, and the first upright and the second upright are arranged at intervals.
The first elevation drive 520 includes a third motor, a third transmission rod 522, a second transmission chain 521, a first sprocket, and a connection plate 523. The front end and the rear end of the third driving rod 522 are respectively connected with the first upright post and the second upright post in a rotating way, the front end and the rear end of the third driving rod 522 are respectively connected with first chain wheels, the lower ends of the first upright post and the second upright post are respectively connected with first chain wheels in a rotating way, a second driving chain 521 is wound between the upper first chain wheel and the lower first chain wheel, and the front end and the rear end of the connecting plate 523 are respectively connected with the front second driving chain 521 and the rear second driving chain 521. Under the driving action of the third motor, the front and rear second transmission chains 521 can be synchronously rotated, so as to drive the connecting plate 523 to move up and down, and the suspension rod 530 is connected with the connecting plate 523, so as to realize lifting driving of the suspension rod 530.
The first telescopic drive 510 includes a fourth motor, a first drive chain 511, a second sprocket and a second slider 512. The left surface department rotation of connecting plate 523 is connected with two second sprockets, and two second sprockets are front and back interval arrangement, and first drive chain 511 winds between two second sprockets, and the fourth motor is connected with one of them second sprocket transmission to drive first drive chain 511 corotation or reversal, and second sliding block 512 is connected with first drive chain 511, so as to drive second sliding block 512 back and forth movement, and the rear end of cantilever 530 is connected with second sliding block 512, thereby drives cantilever 530 to stretch out and draw back around.
The first lifting drive 520 can be used for driving the suspension rod 530 to move up and down so as to adjust the height position of the suspension rod 530, and the first telescopic drive 510 can be used for driving the suspension rod 530 to move back and forth so that the suspension rod 530 can be arranged between the left moving assembly and the right moving assembly, when the wrapping assembly 400 stretches the unreeled upper packaging film, the suspension rod 530 can compensate the cavity existing at the corner of the sofa, and the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film can form a wrapping cavity with the same front-back volume, so that the edges of the upper packaging film after being cut are more flush, so that the wrapping assembly 400 can continuously clamp and stretch the upper packaging film for multiple times, and the efficiency of sofa packaging can be improved.
As can be appreciated, referring to fig. 1 and 2, to further improve the stability and flatness of the package seal, the first sewing end 210 and the second sewing end 310 each include a forward and backward translation drive, stage, hemming cylinder and sewing machine. The hemming cylinder and the sewing machine are connected to the objective table, the hemming cylinder is located at the rear of the sewing machine, and the front-back translation driving is used for driving the objective table to slide back and forth.

The flanging barrel comprises a barrel body and a first guide piece, a first cavity and a second cavity which are vertically arranged are arranged in the barrel body, the first cavity is longitudinally and longitudinally penetrated, the first cavity is opened towards the left, the edges of an upper packaging film and a lower packaging film can be gradually folded into two so as to facilitate the sealing of a packaging bag under the binding of a sewing machine, compared with the mode of simply superposing two layers of packaging films, the first guide piece is mutually communicated with the right end of the second cavity, and extends from back to front, under the guiding action of the first guide piece, the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film can be folded from the first cavity to the second cavity, and the first cavity is from back to front to left, after the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film penetrate into the second cavity, the edges of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film can be gradually folded, the sealing of the packaging bag can be realized under the binding of the sewing machine, the flanging of the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film can be realized by adopting the flanging barrel in comparison with the mode of simple superposition of the two layers of packaging films, the flanging can be matched with the sealing machine, the sealing effect of the sofa can be more smoothly improved, and the stability of the sofa can be improved, and the stability of the packaging bag can be more improved, and the stability of the sofa can be more sealed by the sealing effect of the sealing of the sofa can be more sealed.
The front-back translation drive comprises a guide rail, a drive motor, a belt and rollers, the belt is wound on the front roller and the rear roller, the drive motor is used for driving the rollers to rotate, the belt is driven to rotate forward or reversely, the two ends of the guide rail are arranged in a front-back extending mode, the rollers are rotationally connected with the guide rail, the objective table is slidingly connected with the guide rail, the lower end of the objective table is connected with the belt, and the objective table can reciprocate in the front-back direction along with the forward rotation or the reverse rotation of the belt.
The second sewing end 310 of the right moving assembly further comprises a cutter, wherein the cutter is connected to the objective table and located at the rear of the hemming cylinder, namely, when the objective table moves backwards, the cutter is abutted with the upper packaging film, so that the upper packaging film is cut.
It will be appreciated that, referring to fig. 2, considering that the width of different sofas varies, the conveying device 100 includes a first conveying end 110 and a second conveying end 120 extending back and forth, the first conveying end 110 and the second conveying end 120 are arranged at a left-right interval, the left moving assembly includes a first fixing frame 240, a first sliding frame 250 and a left-right sliding drive, the left-right sliding drive is used for driving the first sliding frame 250 to slide left and right relative to the first fixing frame 240, and the first conveying end 110, the first sewing end 210, the first pressing end 220 and the lateral pushing member 230 are all connected with the first sliding frame 250.
The first conveying end 110 and the second conveying end 120 are belt conveying mechanisms, the first conveying end 110 and the second conveying end 120 extend front and back, the sofa can be conveyed from back to front under the synchronous conveying effect of the first conveying end 110 and the second conveying end 120, the first conveying end 110 and the second conveying end 120 are arranged at left and right intervals, the first conveying end 110 is connected to the first sliding frame 250, the left and right sliding driving can drive the first sliding frame 250 to slide left and right relative to the first fixing frame 240, and the distance between the first conveying end 110 and the second conveying end 120 is adjusted, so that the sofa packaging device can be suitable for packaging of various sofas.
The first sewing end 210, the first pressing end 220 and the transverse pushing component 230 are all connected with the first sliding frame 250 in an adapting mode, so that the first sewing end 210 can seal the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film, the first pressing end 220 can be used for attaching the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film, and the transverse pushing component 230 can push the sofa to move to the right so as to tighten a gap between the packaging bag and the sofa, and the packaging bag is clung to the surface of the sofa.
Specifically, the left-right sliding driving can be a linear driving mechanism such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, a linear motor and the like.
It will be appreciated that, similarly, the right motion assembly includes a second fixed frame, a second sliding frame, and a left-right sliding drive for driving the second sliding frame to slide left and right relative to the second fixed frame, and the second conveying end 120, the second sewing end 310, the second pressing end 320, and the unreeling component 330 are all connected to the second sliding frame. The left-right sliding driving can drive the second sliding frame to slide left and right relative to the second fixing frame, so that the distance between the first conveying end 110 and the second conveying end 120 is adjusted, and the sofa packaging device can be suitable for packaging various sofas.
It will be appreciated that, referring to fig. 2, to achieve clamping and stretching of the upper packaging film by the wrapping assembly 400, the unreeling component 330 further includes a fixing plate, a clamping plate, and a clamping drive in driving connection with the clamping plate, the wind-up roller can unreel the upper packaging film between the fixing plate and the clamping plate, and the clamping drive is used for driving the clamping plate to approach or depart from the fixing plate.
The wind-up roll can unreel the upper packaging film between the fixed plate and the clamping plate, the clamping drive can drive the clamping plate and the fixed plate to mutually approach to clamp the upper packaging film between the fixed plate and the clamping plate so as to fix the position of the upper packaging film, so that the clamping jaw 430 can realize the clamping of the upper packaging film after moving to the fixed point, the upper packaging film can be ensured to cover the upper part of the sofa, and the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film jointly realize the wrapping of the sofa.
It will be appreciated that, in order to facilitate the clamping of the packaging film by the clamping jaw 430, the front sides of the fixing plate and the clamping plate are provided with notches, the notches are provided with a plurality of notches along the front-rear direction of the fixing plate and the clamping plate, and the clamping jaw 430 faces the fixing plate and is connected to the movable mechanism.
The unreeling component 330 can unreel an upper packaging film between the fixed plate and the clamping plate, the clamping driving drives the clamping plate to be pressed down onto the fixed plate, the upper packaging film is clamped and positioned, the movable mechanism drives the clamping jaw 430 to be close to the upper packaging film clamped between the fixed plate and the clamping plate, the clamping jaw 430 grabs the upper packaging film, then the clamping driving drives the clamping plate to move upwards away from the fixed plate, at the moment, the movable mechanism can drive the clamping jaw 430 to bypass the baffle and reach the upper side of the conveying device 100, the upper packaging film is paved on the top side of the sofa for package protection, and after the upper packaging film is compressed by the first compressing end 220, the clamping jaw 430 returns to reset.
It will be appreciated that a plurality of unreeling members 330 are provided, and a plurality of unreeling members 330 are arranged at intervals in the up-down direction, and different unreeling members 330 may be provided with packaging bags of different widths, so that the present invention is applicable. And the fixed plate, the clamping plate and the clamping drive are used as a group, a plurality of groups of winding rollers are arranged on the second fixing frame where the right motion assembly is arranged along the up-down direction, and the winding rollers are correspondingly unreeled between the plurality of groups of fixed plates and the clamping plate respectively. When the clamping jaw 430 is used for packaging the sofa by selecting the upper packaging film, the sofa can be moved to different unreeling parts 330 for clamping according to the needs, so that the use flexibility is improved.
It will be appreciated that referring to fig. 2, the first compacting end 220 and the second compacting end 320 each include a pressing plate 321, a linkage 322, and a linear drive 323, wherein the pressing plate 321 is rotatably connected to the linkage 322, and the linear drive 323 is configured to drive the linkage 322 to unfold or fold so that the pressing plate 321 approaches or moves away from the conveying surface of the conveying device 100.
When the linear driving 323 can drive the link mechanism 322 to be unfolded, the pressing plate 321 can be made to approach the conveying surface of the conveying device 100, so that the pressing plate 321 can press down the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film, the pressing plate 321 can limit the sofa, the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film can be tightly attached to the sofa, the linear driving 323 can drive the link mechanism 322 to be folded, the baffle is made to be far away from the conveying device 100, and the problem that the baffle blocks the conveying of the sofa is avoided.
Taking the left moving component as an example, the linear driving 323 and the link mechanism 322 are both connected to the first sliding frame 250, and the pressing plate 321 and the linear driving 323 are both connected to the link mechanism 322. The link mechanism 322 at least comprises three links, two links are parallel to each other, one end of each link is rotatably connected to the first fixing frame 240, the other end of each link is rotatably connected to the third link, the pressing plate 321 is connected to the bottom end of the third link, and the linear driving 323 transmits power to any one of the links. The link mechanism 322 can be unfolded and folded for storage, the linear driving 323 drives the link mechanism 322 to be unfolded, at the moment, the pressing plate 321 can be driven to move to the first conveying end 110, the upper packaging film positioned on the upper side of the sofa is pressed down on the lower packaging film positioned on the bottom side of the sofa, when the first sewing end 210 is used for sewing the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film together, the linear driving 323 drives the link mechanism 322 to be folded, at the moment, the pressing plate 321 can be driven to move and retract to the first sliding frame 250.
The second compressing end 320 of the right moving assembly has the same structure as the first compressing end 220, and will not be described herein.
It will be appreciated that, in order to enable the lower packaging film to be tightly attached to the conveying surface of the conveying device 100 and conveyed forward, the coil conveying device further includes a press roller set and a blowing end, the press roller set has an upward discharge hole, the press roller set and the blowing end are both located above the press roller set, and the press roller set and the blowing end can both move up and down.
When compression roller group and blow the material end and move down to the one end that is close to the discharge gate, compression roller group and blow the material end and be located the place ahead and the rear of discharge gate respectively, and blow the gas port that the material was held towards compression roller group setting, under the effect of blowing the material end, make the lower packaging film that sends out from the discharge gate be close to compression roller group, and make the lower packaging film hug closely on compression roller group, under the rotatory effect of compression roller group, thereby can unreel lower packaging film to conveyor 100's transport face on, thereby avoid lower packaging film to fold, the accumulational problem appears on conveyor 100's transport face, be favorable to making lower packaging film keep tiling to carry forward.
The compression roller group comprises a portal frame, a roll feeding lifting drive, a roll feeding lifting frame and a lower compression roller, wherein the portal frame is connected to the top side of the roll feeding group, the roll feeding lifting drive is connected to the portal frame, the roll feeding lifting frame is connected to the roll feeding lifting drive, the roll feeding lifting drive can drive the roll feeding lifting frame to move up and down, and the lower compression roller is rotationally connected to the roll feeding lifting frame by a rotation axis in the left-right direction.
The periphery of lower compression roller is provided with the annular groove, and the annular groove is arranged along controlling the direction and is had a plurality ofly, blows the material end including being connected to the gas blow pipe that send on the roll lifting frame, and the gas blow pipe is arranged along controlling the direction interval and is had a plurality ofly.
In practical application, a plurality of air blowing pipes can be connected with different air supply sources through pipelines, or the same air supply source can be an air pump, an air blowing valve and the like, the plurality of air blowing pipes are respectively right opposite to a plurality of annular grooves, and one end of each air blowing pipe right opposite to each annular groove is an air blowing end. The lower packaging film is continuously sent out at the discharge hole, when the roll feeding lifting drive drives the roll feeding lifting frame to move downwards, the lower packaging film is further leveled and conveyed by the lower pressing roller, and in the conveying process, the lower packaging film at the discharge hole can be blown to one side deviating from the conveying device 100 through the annular groove by the air flow blown out from the blowing end, so that the lower packaging film can be smoothly conveyed to the left conveying end and the right conveying end, and the lower packaging film is prevented from being folded when being moved to the first conveying end 110 and the second conveying end 120.
It can be appreciated that considering that the loading sofa has the problem of misalignment, the sofa packaging device further comprises a loading device, the coil feeding device is located between the loading device and the conveying device 100, the loading device comprises a roller type driving device, a left limiting plate, a right limiting plate and an adjusting translation driving device, the roller type driving device is located below the left limiting plate and the right limiting plate, the conveying direction of the roller type driving device is from back to front, and the adjusting translation driving device is used for driving the left limiting plate and the right limiting plate to be close to or far away from.
