5. The composition according to claim 4, wherein the plant component B is a combination of saffron crocus, polygonum aviculare and philippine flemingia root in a mass ratio of (0.1-05): (1-3): (1-3).
6. The composition of claim 1, wherein the pearl is a fresh water nano pearl powder having a particle size of 1000-2000 mesh.
7. The composition of claim 1, wherein the vitamin is selected from one or more of vitamin a, vitamin C, vitamin E.
8. The composition of claim 1, wherein the humectant is selected from one or more of glycerin, 1, 2-pentanediol, sodium hyaluronate, jojoba oil, betaine, 1, 3-butanediol, ceramide acid, propylene glycol, trehalose, xylitol, and levan.
9. A process for the preparation of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: placing the plant component A in an extraction tank according to the parts by weight, adding 10-12 times of water, soaking for 1-2 hours, decocting for 0.5-1 hour, adding the plant component B, decocting for 0.5-1 hour, filtering decoction, concentrating and collecting paste for later use;
s2: adding the rest materials, stirring at 50-70deg.C, and making into composition.
10. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, for eye ointments, eye essences.
