Preferably, a method of preparing a tissue comprising a skin care composition as described above, comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing a skin care composition;
s2, loading the skin care composition on at least one surface of the paper towel carrier.
Preferably, the skin care composition enters a constant temperature state after being heated to a construction temperature by a hot melt adhesive main machine, the output adhesive amount is controlled by a metering gear pump, and the skin care composition is sprayed on at least one surface of a paper towel carrier through a throat which can be heated, constant temperature and high pressure resistance and enters a spray gun.
Preferably, when the tissue support is a double-layered sheet or a multi-layered sheet, the skin care composition is distributed on one surface of each sheet or on the outer surface of the outermost sheet.
As specific examples of the present invention:
example 1
On the premise of not breaking the traditional paper towel production process, a simple procedure is added in the paper towel manufacturing process, so that the produced paper towel has the effects of resisting and inhibiting bacteria and protecting skin, and the specific steps are as follows:
step one, formula blending: the formula can be prepared according to the requirements of customers or the requirements of products;
step two, spraying a formula: after the formula is prepared, the formula of the composition in the step I is sprayed on one surface of the paper towel carrier in a controllable quantity manner immediately before the paper towel is manufactured, namely before the paper towel is rolled or cut;
step three, product spot inspection: and detecting whether each effect of the finished product reaches the standard or not through experiments.
For formula spraying, hot melt adhesive enters a constant temperature state after being heated to a construction temperature by a hot melt adhesive host machine, the output adhesive quantity is controlled by a metering gear pump, and the adhesive enters a spray gun according to construction requirements through a heatable and constant temperature and high pressure resistant throat, so that the composition containing the formula is sprayed on the surface of a paper towel carrier.
Example two formulation 1
The composition comprises the following components: propyl gallate PG1%, sakura essential oil 1.5%, hexylglycerol 1%, hydrogenated castor oil (40) 0.5%, tea oil 0.8%, and distilled water in balance.
