Claims (8)
1. The expansion and contraction control equipment for the building wooden structure is characterized by comprising a sealing device, a water injection device, a drying device and a lifting device, wherein the water injection device is arranged on the sealing device, the drying device is arranged at the bottom of the sealing device, and the lifting device is arranged in the sealing device;
lifting device supports wooden structure, and sealing device seals wooden structure, and water injection device carries out the water injection to wooden structure, and drying device dries wooden structure.

The expansion and contraction control device for the building wooden structure according to claim 1, wherein the sealing device comprises a sealing bin (1), a plurality of groups of supporting columns (2), a top plate (3), a first hydraulic cylinder (4), a piston (5), a first electromagnetic valve (6), a pressure sensor (7), a water tank (8), a water inlet valve (9) and a limiting device, wherein the bottom ends of the sealing bin (1) and the plurality of groups of supporting columns (2) are arranged at the top end of the water tank (8), each part of the sealing bin (1) is provided with a cavity, a drain valve (30) is arranged at the bottom of the side end of the sealing bin (1), the top ends of the groups of supporting columns (2) are connected with the bottom end of the top plate (3), the top end of the first hydraulic cylinder (4) is connected with the bottom end of the top plate (3), the first electromagnetic valve (6) is arranged on the piston (5), the pressure sensor (7) is arranged in the sealing bin (1), the limiting device is arranged on the piston (5), and the bottom end of the water tank (8) is arranged at the top end of the water tank (9).

The expansion and contraction control device of the building wooden structure according to claim 2, wherein the water injection device comprises a vacuum pump (10), a connecting hose (11), a one-way valve (12), a water suction pipe (13) and a second electromagnetic valve (14), wherein the bottom end of the vacuum pump (10) is connected with the top end of the top plate (3), the left end of the vacuum pump (10) is provided with an exhaust port, the bottom end of the vacuum pump (10) is provided with an air suction port, the one-way valve (12) is arranged at the bottom of the piston (5), the air suction port of the vacuum pump (10) is connected with the top end of the one-way valve (12) through the connecting hose (11), the bottom end of the water suction pipe (13) extends into the bottom of the water tank (8) from the bottom in the sealing bin (1), and the bottom end of the second electromagnetic valve (14) is connected with the top end of the water suction pipe (13).

A building wooden structure expansion and contraction control device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the drying means comprises a heat insulating housing (15), a plurality of groups of heating elements (16), a baffle (17) and a temperature sensor (18), wherein the heat insulating housing (15) and the plurality of groups of heating elements (16) are connected at the top ends to the bottom end of the sealed cabin (1), and the plurality of groups of heating elements (16) are located inside the heat insulating housing (15), the bottom end of the heat insulating housing (15) is connected with the top end of the water tank (8), the bottom end of the baffle (17) is connected with the bottom end in the sealed cabin (1), and the temperature sensor (18) is mounted on the lifting means.

The expansion and contraction control device of the building wooden structure according to claim 2, wherein the lifting device comprises two groups of supporting seats (19), two groups of driving motors (20), two groups of lead screws (21), a lifting platform (22) and a plurality of groups of clamps, one ends of the two groups of supporting seats (19) are respectively connected with the left end and the rear end in the sealed bin (1), the side ends of the two groups of driving motors (20) are respectively connected with the other ends of the two groups of supporting seats (19), the top ends of the two groups of lead screws (21) are respectively connected with the bottom ends of the two groups of driving motors (20), the bottom ends of the two groups of lead screws (21) are respectively connected with the top ends of the baffle plates (17) in a rotating mode through the lifting platform (22), the surfaces of the two groups of lead screws (21) are respectively connected with the lifting platform (22) in a threaded mode, and the plurality of groups of clamps are respectively fixedly arranged on the top ends of the lifting platform (22).

The expansion and contraction control device of the building wooden structure according to claim 2, wherein the limiting device comprises a plurality of groups of brackets (23), a plurality of groups of sliding sleeves (24) and a plurality of groups of bolts (25), the side ends of the plurality of groups of supporting columns (2) are respectively provided with a plurality of perforations, the plurality of groups of sliding sleeves (24) are respectively and slidably installed on the plurality of groups of supporting columns (2), the bottom ends of the plurality of groups of brackets (23) are respectively connected with the top ends of the pistons (5), the side ends of the plurality of groups of brackets (23) are respectively connected with the side ends of the plurality of groups of sliding sleeves (24), and the plurality of groups of bolts (25) are respectively inserted on the plurality of groups of sliding sleeves (24).

The expansion and contraction control device for the building wooden structure according to claim 5, wherein the clamp comprises a portal frame (26), a second hydraulic cylinder (27) and a limiting frame (28), the surface of the lifting platform (22) is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the portal frame (26) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the lifting platform (22) through a plurality of groups of bolts, the top end of the second hydraulic cylinder (27) is arranged at the top end of the portal frame (26), and the top end of the limiting frame (28) is connected with the bottom end of the second hydraulic cylinder (27).
