Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is, for example, wood processing used when coloring wood treated with a solvent vapor of a chlorinated organic solvent and water vapor accompanying it with a dye, or when processing such as incombustible processing with a chemical solution for incombustible processing. The present invention relates to a processing apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When coloring or non-combusting the wood, the wood is rapidly dried using methylene chloride as proposed in, for example, JP-A-6-137757 and JP-A-7-32315. The rapidly dried wood is subjected to a color processing treatment with a dye to a desired color or a non-flammable processing treatment with a chemical solution for non-combustion treatment.
In these coloring processing and non-combustible processing, after putting wood into a processing container fixed in the processing place and evacuating it, this processing container is filled with dyes or chemicals for non-combustible treatment, and wood is added to these chemicals. Immersion is performed to increase the pressure in the processing vessel and impregnate.
After that, after discharging the chemical solution from the processing container, the wood is taken out and dried.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional wood processing, since the processing container is installed substantially horizontally in the processing plant, it takes a considerable time to discharge the chemical solution after finishing the processing of the wood from the processing container. For this reason, there is a problem that productivity is greatly reduced.
In order to deal with these problems, it is conceivable that the processing container is inclined in advance so that the discharge port side is lowered, but in this case, not only is it difficult to line up the timber, but part of the timber is exposed from the chemical solution. There is also a problem that unevenness occurs in the processing of wood.
Further, if a discharge gradient is provided on the bottom surface of the processing container, the amount of the chemical solution increases and it becomes uneconomical.
[0004]
In addition, since the processed wood is taken out of the processing container and dried, it takes time to take out the wood, and the wood to be taken out is moist with a chemical solution, and the risk of the chemical solution adhering to the worker There is also a problem that it is likely to cause a decrease in work environment.
Furthermore, when removing wood from a wood processing container, if the wood or chemicals are heated to a high temperature, you must wait while the temperature drops to a workable temperature. There was a problem that decreased.
Therefore, the present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a processing apparatus that is safe and has high processing efficiency without taking time and effort.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a wood processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises a pressure-resistant processing container for storing wood, and a swinging means for swinging the processing container. The processing container has an opening and a bottom part for storing the wood. A container main body provided with a processing liquid outlet and provided with a heating means, and a lid for closing the opening in an airtight manner, and the swinging means includes a support part that supports the container main body so as to be swingable. And a drive unit that drives the container body to swing between a horizontal processing posture and a processing liquid discharge posture in which the processing liquid outlet is positioned at a low position, with the support portion as a rotation center. .
Another feature is that a measuring means for measuring the weight of the processing container is provided.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 is a front view showing an outline of a wood processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof, FIG. 3 is a side view, and FIG. 4 is a central longitudinal side view.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a wood processing apparatus as a whole. The wood processing apparatus 1 includes a processing container 3 for storing wood 2 and a swinging means 4 for swinging the processing container 3. Become.
[0007]
The processing container 3 includes a container main body 6 formed in a rectangular box shape whose upper end is opened as an opening 5 into which the wood 2 is placed, and a lid 7 that closes the opening 5 in an airtight manner. 7 is swingable by a hinge 8 provided on one long side.
The container body 6 is formed with a treatment liquid outlet 11 having a filter 9 and a drain cock 10 provided at the bottom 3a, and a heating means 12 is provided in the vicinity of the bottom 3a.
This heating means 12 has a plurality of heater tubes 13, 13, 13... Laid side by side in the vicinity of the bottom 3 a, and a plurality of heater tubes 13, 13, 13. Connected to the supply source.
As a heating method, in addition to direct heating by a heater tube, there is indirect heating in which a medium such as water is put in the portion of the heating means 12.
[0008]
An air supply port 15 provided with an on-off valve 14 is formed on one side wall portion 6a of the container body 6, and an air exhaust port 17 provided with an on-off valve 16 is formed on the other side wall portion 6b.
The swinging means 4 pivotally supports a lower surface 6c of a substantially central portion of the container body 6 on a frame-type frame (supporting portion) 19 erected from an installation base 18 via a metal 20 so as to be swingable. A hydraulic cylinder (driving unit) 22 to which pressure oil is supplied from the hydraulic unit 21 is provided on one side of the mold frame 19 in a state where the lower surface 6c of the container body 6 and the installation base 18 are connected to each other. On the other side, a lock device 23 for fixing the posture of the container body 6 is provided.
[0009]
The locking device 23 includes a support frame 24 erected from the installation base 18 and a locking bracket 25 suspended from the lower surface 6 c of the container body 6 facing the support frame 24. The bracket 25 is formed with a horizontal lock hole 26 for keeping the container main body 6 in a horizontal posture and an inclination lock hole 23 for keeping the container main body 6 in an inclined posture for discharging the processing liquid.
On the other hand, the support frame 24 is configured with a cylinder 28 that engages and locks both lock holes 26 and 27 in a hook shape.
[0010]
The installation base 18 is provided with load cells (measuring means) 29 at the four corners of the installation base 18 in order to detect the total weight of the wood processing apparatus 1, and the load cell 29 detects the total weight. By doing so, the degree of drying of the wood 2, the amount of extraction of the chemical solution, and the like are detected.
The load cell 29 can be replaced with another weight scale, or can be provided in the frame-type frame 19 portion that supports the container body 6 in place of the installation base 18.
[0011]
Next, a case where the wood 2 is non-combustible using the wood processing apparatus 6 formed as described above will be described below.
First, as shown in the solid line diagram of FIG. 1, the container body 6 is set in a horizontal posture, and this posture is fixed by the lock device 23.
Next, the lid body 7 is opened, and a predetermined amount of wood 2 dried by a drying apparatus described in JP-A-6-137757 is filled into the container body 6 from the opening 5. The body 7 is closed and sealed, and the container body 6 and the wood 2 are heated by the heater tubes 13, 13, 13.
Then, after the inside of the container body 6 is evacuated, an incombustible chemical liquid heated to a predetermined temperature is injected, and the chemical liquid is heated to the wood 2 while being heated by the heater tubes 13, 13, 13,. Promotes impregnation.
[0012]
When the chemical solution to the wood 2 is sufficiently impregnated, the air intake port (not shown) is opened in the horizontal state, the drain cock 10 is opened and most of the chemical solution is discharged, and then the container body 6 is virtually illustrated from the solid line diagram of FIG. The inclined posture for discharging the processing liquid in the diagram is fixed, and this posture is fixed by the lock device 23. Then, the drain cock 10 of the processing liquid outlet 11 is opened, and the chemical in the container body 6 is discharged from the processing liquid outlet 11. To do. Here, compressed air may be used for air intake.
At this time, when the container main body 6 is in the inclined posture, the chemical liquid in the container main body 6 flows out quickly, the time required for the chemical liquid to flow out can be shortened, and the residual chemical liquid can be reduced.
After the chemical liquid in the container body 6 is sufficiently discharged, the on-off valve 14 of the air supply port 15 and the on-off valve 16 of the air discharge port 17 are opened, and hot air or cold air is blown from the air supply port 15 to supply the inside of the container body 6. When the wood is dried, the incombustible processing of the wood is finished.
[0013]
In the above embodiment, the wood 2 is described as being incombustible. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and it can be used for dyeing and antiseptic processing for coloring. There is nothing.
Further, in the above embodiment, the processing container is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. However, the processing container is not limited to this, and may be a cylindrical shape, and the opening is not limited to the one opened upward. Of course, the part may be opened.
Further, in the above embodiment, the dried wood 2 is subjected to non-combustible processing, but the drying described in the above-mentioned publication can also be performed using the wood processing apparatus 6 of the present invention. In such a case, there is an advantage that the processing can be continuously performed after the drying of the wood, and the work efficiency can be further improved.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the wood processing apparatus according to the present invention, the processing container is made substantially horizontal, and after the wood is stored in the processing container, the chemical solution is added to process the wood.
After that, the chemical solution can flow out by swinging the processing container with the swinging means so that the processing solution outlet is at a low position, so that the time for extracting the chemical solution can be greatly shortened, and the productivity is increased accordingly. There is an advantage that can be improved.
[0015]
However, since the chemical solution can be extracted from the processing container and then dried continuously, there is no need to take out the wood from the processing container and waiting for the temperature to drop as in the conventional case, which can improve productivity. it can.
[0016]
In addition, since it is not necessary to take out the wood from the processing container, there is also an advantage that the working environment can be improved without the risk of the chemical solution from handling the wood wet with the chemical solution adhering to the worker.
[0017]
Further, in the case where a measuring means for measuring the weight of the processing container is provided, there is an advantage that the discharge state of the chemical solution and the dry degree of the wood can be easily detected from the outside by measuring the weight of the processing container. .
