step 3, when the adhesive tape conveying roll 3 needs to be replaced, firstly bonding the head part of the old adhesive tape 10 with the tail part of the new adhesive tape 10, wherein the bonding part of the adhesive tape 10 is a joint, conveying the joint to the joint butt joint device 5, cutting off the joint by the joint butt joint device 5, butt-jointing and connecting the old adhesive tape 10 and the cut port of the new adhesive tape 10, and conveying and cutting the adhesive tape 10 along the conveying route of the adhesive tape 10;
3.1, when the joint of the adhesive tape 10 moves between the adhesive tape fixing and cutting assemblies 52, the telescopic cylinder 524 of the adhesive tape fixing and cutting assembly 52 is retracted to drive the abutting plate 523 to move towards the mounting plate 521 until abutting and abutting on the mounting plate 521, at the moment, the adhesive tape 10 is ballasted and fixed between the mounting plate 521 and the abutting plate 523, the new adhesive tape 10 and the old adhesive tape 10 are fixed, and then the joint of the adhesive tape 10 is cut;

in step 3.3, when the joint of the adhesive tape 10 connected based on the communication adhesive tape 12 moves between the first leveling roller 72 and the second leveling roller 73, the new adhesive tape 10 and the old adhesive tape 10 are adhered to the magnetic stripe 9, the cutting edge of the tearing knife 74 is flush with the non-adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 10, so that the communication adhesive tape 12 is torn off from the adhesive tape 10, the torn communication adhesive tape 12 is wound on the conducting screw rod 752, and finally the adhesive tape conveying seat 2 is ejected out along with the movement of the conducting screw rod 752.
