Abstract
The invention discloses a device for sticking a reflecting strip on a solar cell glass plate, which comprises two conveyors, a heating device and a sticking device, wherein the two conveyors are sequentially provided with the conveyors, the heating device, the sticking device and the conveyors; the invention has ingenious design, remarkably improves the production efficiency and quality, has low equipment manufacturing cost and simple structure, can realize automatic pasting and automatic cutting, and greatly improves the efficiency; in addition, through the setting of four sets of locating component, restrict the glass board in same position department, guaranteed the quality of production, reduced the defective rate greatly.

Technical Field

Background

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. The invention relates to a device for sticking a reflecting strip on a solar cell glass plate, which is shown in figure 1, and comprises a conveyor 1, a heating device 2 and a sticking device 3, wherein the conveyor 1 is provided with two, and the conveyor 1, the heating device 2, the sticking device 3 and the conveyor 1 are sequentially arranged; the production process is that the glass plate is conveyed into a heating device 2 through a conveyor 1, is heated to a specified temperature, is conveyed into a pasting device 3 for pasting reflective strips, is conveyed into another conveyor 1, and is conveyed into the subsequent step through the conveyor 1.
Wherein the application device 3 comprises an application stand 31, a conveyor 33, a slide rail 34, a first stand 35, a second stand 36, an actuating assembly (not shown) and an application mechanism 37, the conveyor 33 being mounted on the application stand 31, the conveyor 33 may be a roller conveyor for moving the position of the glass sheet; that is, the glass sheet fed into the laminating apparatus 3 is moved into the laminating apparatus 3, and the glass sheet after the lamination is also fed out of the laminating apparatus 3. The slide rails 34 are installed around the attaching bracket, two adjacent slide rails 34 are perpendicular to each other, the first bracket 35 and the second bracket 36 are slidably installed on the slide rails 34, the moving directions of the first bracket 35 and the second bracket 36 are perpendicular to each other, the actuating assembly is provided with two groups, which respectively drive the first bracket 35 and the second bracket 36 to move, in order to achieve that the first bracket 35 and the second bracket 36 can be perpendicular to each other, it is conceivable that only a frame 38 needs to be provided on the first bracket 35 or the second bracket 36, and the frame 38 allows the second bracket 36 or the first bracket 35 to pass through. The attaching mechanism 37 is provided on the first bracket 35 and the second bracket 36; the number of the light reflecting strips is set according to the requirement of pasting the light reflecting strips on the glass plate, and the number of the pasting mechanisms 37 is the same as the number of the light reflecting strips to be pasted.
As shown in fig. 2, the attaching mechanism 37 includes a discharge wheel 371, a support plate 372, a first cylinder 373, a second cylinder 374, a guide wheel 375 and an attaching wheel 376, where the guide wheel 375 and the attaching wheel 376 are rotatably disposed on the support plate 372, so that the attaching mechanism 37 is mounted on the first bracket 35, the first cylinder 373 and the discharge wheel 371 are fixed on the first bracket 35, the reflective strip roll is mounted on the discharge wheel 371, the support plate 372 is mounted on the first cylinder 373, and drives the support plate 372 to move vertically, so that the attaching wheel 376 contacts with the surface of the glass plate, the second cylinder 374 is fixed on the support plate 372, and after one reflective strip is attached, the second cylinder 374 abuts against the attaching wheel 376, so that the reflective strip is straight and is convenient to cut off. The third air cylinder 377 and the knife rest 378 are also installed on the supporting plate 372, the third air cylinder 377 is fixed on the supporting plate 372, the knife rest 378 is rotatably installed on the supporting plate 372 and connected with the third air cylinder 377, the knife blade is installed on the knife rest 378, the knife blade is driven to rotate through the third air cylinder 377, and the knife blade moves towards the reflecting strips. The principle of mounting the attaching mechanism 37 on the second bracket 36 is the same as that of mounting the attaching mechanism on the first bracket 35, and will not be described again.
In order to make the reflective tapes attached to the glass plates attached to the same position each time, it is necessary to make each glass plate at the same position, and a positioning assembly 39 is disposed on the inner side of the periphery of the attaching bracket 31, as shown in fig. 3, the positioning assembly 39 includes a positioning rod 391, a fourth cylinder 392 and a fifth cylinder 393, the positioning rod 391 is mounted on the fourth cylinder 392, the fourth cylinder 392 drives the positioning rod 391 to move vertically, and the fifth cylinder 393 drives the fourth cylinder 392 to move horizontally. The positioning rod 391 is moved upwards by the fourth air cylinder 392, then the positioning rod 391 is driven to move towards the glass plate by the fifth air cylinder 393, and the four groups of positioning components 39 are mutually matched to set the area formed by the four groups of positioning rods 391, so that the glass plate is positioned at the same position every time, and the attaching quality of the reflective strips is ensured.
The actuating assembly comprises an actuator and a horizontal moving mechanism, the horizontal moving mechanism is arranged on the overlaying support 31, the horizontal moving mechanism can be a screw rod, the actuator can be a servo motor, and the servo motor drives the screw rod to rotate so as to drive the first support 35 and the second support 36 to move along the sliding rail 34; it can be understood that the actuating assemblies are two groups, and drive the first bracket 35 and the second bracket 36 respectively, so that it is conceivable that the screw rod driving the first bracket 35 is parallel to the moving direction of the first bracket 35, that is, parallel to the guiding direction of the slide rail 34; the screw driving the second bracket 36 is parallel to the moving direction of the second bracket 36, i.e., parallel to the guiding direction of the slide rail 34.
In one embodiment, the conveyor 1 is a roller conveyor.
When the invention is used, as shown in fig. 1-3, a glass plate is conveyed into a heating device 2 through a conveyor 1, preheated, heated to a specified temperature, conveyed to a position of a pasting device 3, adjusted to a specified position through a conveying device 33 on the pasting device 3, then moved upwards through a fourth air cylinder 392, driven to move towards the glass plate through a fifth air cylinder 393, four groups of positioning components 93 at the periphery are simultaneously close to the glass plate, the glass plate is limited in a specified area, then a first bracket 35 starts to move, a first air cylinder 373 drives a supporting plate 372 to move downwards, so that a pasting wheel 376 is in contact with the glass plate, a reflective strip is positioned between the pasting wheel 376 and the glass plate, the first bracket 35 moves, the reflective strip is extruded through the pasting wheel 376, and is pasted with the glass plate at a high temperature, so that the reflective strip is pulled out, after pasting of the reflective strip is completed, a second air cylinder 374 supports the pasting wheel 376, so that the reflective strip is kept fixed, the first bracket 35 moves, the first bracket 35 drives the supporting plate 372 moves downwards, and the reflective strip is convenient to rotate, and the reflective strip is reset, and the reflective strip 377 is convenient to rotate, and the reflective strip is contacted with the first bracket 377; after completion, the second support 36 moves, and at this time, the first support 35 is located in the frame 38 of the second support 36, and the attaching process of the second support 36 is the same as that of the first support 35. When the application is completed, the positioning assembly 39 is reset and the conveyor 33 drives the glass sheet out of the application device 3, after which the conveyor 1 conveys the glass sheet to the next process.
