step three: drying the selenium-enriched corn flour weighed in the second step for 5 hours at 50 ℃ to ensure that the moisture content of the selenium-enriched corn flour is less than 4wt%;
step four: uniformly mixing the dietary fiber, the elderberry powder and the blueberry powder weighed in the second step to obtain mixed powder;
step five: uniformly mixing the anhydrous glucose weighed in the second step, the selenium-enriched corn flour in the third step and the mixed powder in the fourth step, weighing 0.1kg of lactobacillus paracasei according to parts by mass, and adding 2X 10 viable bacteria 8 CFU/g, mixing for 15min by using a three-dimensional motion mixer to obtain the selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage.

step one: respectively crushing selenium-enriched corn flour, sweetener, dietary fiber, fruit powder and the elderberry powder in the example 1, and then respectively sieving the crushed selenium-enriched corn flour, sweetener, dietary fiber, fruit powder and the elderberry powder by a 70-mesh sieve;
step two: weighing 60kg of selenium-enriched corn flour, 40kg of anhydrous glucose, 3kg of dietary fiber, 4kg of elderberry powder and 4kg of blueberry powder according to the mass parts;
step three: drying the selenium-enriched corn flour weighed in the second step for 2.5 hours at the temperature of 7 ℃ to ensure that the moisture content of the selenium-enriched corn flour is less than 4wt%;
step four: uniformly mixing the dietary fiber, the elderberry powder and the blueberry powder weighed in the second step to obtain mixed powder;
step five: uniformly mixing the anhydrous glucose weighed in the second step, the selenium-enriched corn flour in the third step and the mixed powder in the fourth step, weighing 0.5kg of lactobacillus paracasei according to parts by mass, and adding 2X 10 viable bacteria 8 CFU/g, mixing for 20min by using a three-dimensional motion mixer to obtain the selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage.

Preparing selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage, which comprises the following steps:
step one: respectively crushing selenium-enriched corn flour, sweetener, dietary fiber, fruit powder and the elderberry powder in the example 1, and respectively sieving the crushed selenium-enriched corn flour, sweetener, dietary fiber, fruit powder and the elderberry powder with a 80-mesh sieve;
step two: weighing 90kg of selenium-enriched corn flour, 70kg of anhydrous glucose, 10kg of dietary fiber, 8kg of elderberry powder and 8kg of blueberry powder according to the mass parts;
step three: drying the selenium-enriched corn flour weighed in the second step for 0.5h at 90 ℃ to ensure that the moisture content of the selenium-enriched corn flour is less than 4wt%;
step four: uniformly mixing the dietary fiber, the elderberry powder and the blueberry powder weighed in the second step to obtain mixed powder;
step five: uniformly mixing the anhydrous glucose weighed in the second step, the selenium-enriched corn flour in the third step and the mixed powder in the fourth step, weighing 1kg of lactobacillus paracasei according to parts by mass, adding the mixture into the mixture, and activatingThe number of added bacteria is 2×10 8 CFU/g, mixing for 30min by using a three-dimensional motion mixer to obtain the selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage.

Claims (5)
1. The selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass:
40-90 parts of selenium-enriched corn flour, 20-70 parts of sweetener, 0.2-10 parts of dietary fiber, 1-8 parts of elderberry powder, 0.1-8 parts of fruit powder and 0.1-1 part of probiotics;
the elder raspberry powder is prepared by the following steps:
step one: pulverizing selenium-rich corn flour, sweetener, dietary fiber, herba Saussureae Involueratae powder and fruit powder respectively, and sieving with 60-80 mesh sieve respectively;
step two: drying selenium-enriched corn flour at 50-90deg.C for 0.5-5 hr;
step three: uniformly mixing dietary fiber, elderberry powder and fruit powder to obtain mixed powder;
step four: uniformly mixing the sweetener, the selenium-enriched corn flour in the second step and the mixed powder in the third step, and then adding probiotics and mixing for 15-30min by a three-dimensional motion mixer to obtain the selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage.
2. The selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage of claim 1, wherein the moisture content of the selenium-enriched corn flour after oven-drying in step two is less than 4wt%.
3. The selenium-enriched elder raspberry solid beverage of claim 1, wherein the probiotic is lactobacillus paracasei.
4. The selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage of claim 1, wherein the fruit powder is blueberry powder.
5. The selenium-enriched elderberry solid beverage of claim 1, wherein the sweetener is anhydrous dextrose.
