Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticide compositions, in particular to a high-efficiency weeding composition containing fenpyrad, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, the state advocates a soybean-corn ribbon composite planting technology, which is innovatively developed on the basis of traditional intercropping, adopts intercropping of 2-4 rows of small plant spacing closely planted corn ribbons and 2-6 rows of soybean ribbons for intercropping for annual intercropping alternately rotation, and adapts to a one-season double harvest planting mode of mechanized operation and harmonious symbiosis among crops. Soybeans belong to dicotyledonous plants, corn belongs to monocotyledonous plants, corn is damaged by a little careless herbicide when the soybeans are sprayed with the herbicide, and the herbicides used for the soybeans and the corn are different. In order to solve the problem of 'difficult pesticide spraying', on the one hand, agricultural and technical staff are organized in the agricultural and rural departments to guide growers to make directional weeding treatment in advance in the early stage of soybean and corn emergence.
Nowadays, with the advent of water dispersible granules, the water dispersible granules have been increasingly used in recent years because of their good preparation process, storage property, good flowability and safety in use. The prior art (CN 201510311795.2) provides a weeding composition taking perhexiline and metribuzin as active ingredients, and the drug effect of the weeding composition is effectively improved through the combination of the perhexiline and metribuzin. Can be used for improving the compound planting condition of soybean and corn. However, the corresponding technical proposal does not further consider the storage stability and use physical properties of the whole composition.
Therefore, in order to solve the problems, the application provides a high-efficiency weeding composition containing haloxyfop-R-methyl, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the first aspect of the invention provides a high-efficiency weeding composition containing haloxyfop-methyl, which at least comprises 10-90% of a mixture of haloxyfop-methyl and a synergistic agent in percentage by mass; the synergistic active agent is at least one of metribuzin, 2, 4-d acid, 2, 4-d isooctyl ester, flumetsulam and isoxaflutole.
As a preferred embodiment, the composition comprises at least 50-90% of a mixture of metazachlor and a synergistic agent; the synergistic active agent is metribuzin.
As a preferred embodiment, the composition comprises at least 80% of a mixture of topramezone and metribuzin;
as a preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the fenpyrad to the synergistic active agent is 1-50:1-50.
As a preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the fenpyrad to the synergistic active agent is 1-5:1-5.
As a preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the fenpyrad to the synergistic active agent is 1:1.
As a preferable scheme, the weeding composition further comprises a compound auxiliary agent, wherein the compound auxiliary agent is at least one of a disintegrating agent, a coupling agent, a filling agent, a diluting agent, a biological growth regulator, a monosaccharide/disaccharide, a surfactant, a protective agent, a safener, an organic acid and a dispersing agent.
As a preferable embodiment, the filler is at least one of trehalose, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, and potassium chloride.
As a preferred scheme, the biological growth regulator is at least one of brassinolide, uniconazole and gibberellin.
As a preferable scheme, the disintegrating agent is at least one of sodium carboxymethyl starch, sodium carboxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium and sodium tripolyphosphate; the surfactant is at least one of nonionic surfactant, zwitterionic surfactant, cationic surfactant and anionic surfactant.
As a preferable scheme, the surfactant at least comprises secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, coco betaine and citric acid, wherein the mass ratio of the secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, the coco betaine and the citric acid is 10-12: 4 to 6:6 to 8.
As a preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, the cocobetaine and the citric acid is 11:5:7.
the addition of the surfactant can greatly improve the stability and dispersion performance of the composition and avoid deterioration and inactivation of the composition. The applicant speculates that: when the weight ratio of the citric acid to the secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ether to the betaine is 11:5:7, the mixture of the composition is slightly acidic as a whole in the preparation process, and the betaine has cationic property in the cleaning agent and is easy to carry out electric neutralization reaction with the citric acid anionic active agent; the secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ether serving as the nonionic surfactant can effectively wrap the betaine active agent with small addition amount independently, block anions and cations in the cleaning agent, avoid electric neutralization, and maintain the system stability of the cleaning agent, thereby improving the dispersibility and simultaneously giving consideration to the stability.
As a preferable scheme, the diluent is at least one of urea, starch, diatomite, kaolin and talcum powder; the dispersing agent is a mixture of sodium alginate and polycarboxylic acid, and the average mesh number of the sodium alginate is 400-1200 meshes; the mass ratio of the sodium alginate to the polycarboxylic acid is 1-3: 1 to 2.
As a preferable scheme, the diluent is a mixture of starch and diatomite, and the mass ratio is 1:1.
As a preferable scheme, the average mesh number of the sodium alginate is 600-800 meshes; the mass ratio of the sodium alginate to the polycarboxylic acid is 2:1.5.
in the application, the sodium alginate with specific mesh number and the polycarboxylic acid are added and specifically compounded, so that the uniformity of the system is effectively improved, and the composition has longer-acting and stable storage performance. The applicant speculates that: when the sodium alginate is excessively added, the hydration rate is reduced during dilution and use, the dissolution effect is reduced, and the average mesh number of the sodium alginate is 600-800 meshes; the mass ratio of the sodium alginate to the polycarboxylic acid is 2:1.5, the dispersibility of the system is better, and the system is favorable for promoting the growth of plants, and the formed particles with moderate size are favorable for hydration and dissolution; in addition, sodium alginate is also beneficial to be adsorbed on the surface of plant cells, and the growth of plant bodies is promoted; when the system polycarboxylic acid is excessively added, the hydrophilicity of the sodium alginate is reduced, the molecular chain is contracted, and when the weight ratio of the sodium alginate to the polycarboxylic acid is controlled to be 2:1.5, the sodium alginate and the polycarboxylic acid are mutually cooperated, so that the overall dispersibility is in a more ideal state.
As a preferred scheme, the starch is a mixture of amylopectin and amylose, and the mass ratio of the amylopectin to the amylose is 0.5-1.5:2-3.
As a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of amylopectin to amylose is 1:2.5.
In the application, when the mass ratio of the amylopectin to the amylose is 1:2.5, the stability of the active ingredients and the effect of promoting plant growth are obviously improved. The applicant speculates that: this is probably because polycarboxylic acid and sodium alginate are liable to react with amylose having a spiral type of crimp and amylopectin having shorter branches, so that the spirally opened carbon chain and the branched structure of the crimp form a more stable space network structure in the system, which is advantageous for improving the dispersion effect, so that the system uniformity is improved, and thus the effect is more remarkable.
As a preferable scheme, the safener is at least one of bisbenzoxazole acid, cyclopropanesulfonamide, clomazone, pyraclostrobin and cloquintocet-mexyl.
As a preferable scheme, the dosage form of the weeding composition is any one of suspending agent, oil suspending agent, microcapsule suspending agent, suspending emulsion, aqueous emulsion, microemulsion, wettable powder, water dispersible granule, water aqua, soluble powder, soluble tablet, soluble granule, soluble liquid, microparticle, powder, wettable granule and seed coating.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the high-efficiency weeding composition containing the haloxyfop-methyl, which comprises the following steps: (1) Adding the pyraclostrobin and the required compound auxiliary agent into a stirring kettle for mixing, controlling the rotating speed of the stirring kettle to be 400-600 rpm, stirring at 40-60 ℃ for 0.5-2 hours, stirring, carrying out jet milling after stirring is finished, and obtaining a first mixture after milling is finished; (2) Adding the synergistic active agent and the required compound auxiliary agent into a stirring kettle for mixing, controlling the rotating speed of the stirring kettle to be 400-600 rpm, stirring at 40-60 ℃ for 0.5-2 hours, stirring, carrying out jet milling after stirring, and obtaining a second mixture after milling is finished; (3) After the first mixture and the second mixture and the compatilizer are added into the stirred tank to spray the surface modifier on the surface, stirring and mixing to obtain raw material powder, and finally, putting the raw material powder into a kneader for kneading, extruding and granulating to obtain the finished product.
