In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of starch to trehalose is (0.3-0.7): 1; more preferably, the weight ratio of starch to trehalose is 0.5: 1.
the applicant finds that the effect of promoting plant growth can be better brought by adding active components such as Harpin protein and s-abscisic acid in the system, but the effect of the obtained composition in various adverse environments such as high temperature and frost damage is weakened, and the effect of promoting plant growth can be more obvious and lasting by adding trehalose in the system. The trehalose can form a unique protective film under severe environmental conditions of high temperature, high cold, high osmotic pressure, drying and dehydration and the like, and has nonspecific protective action on biomacromolecules and organisms, so that active components are ensured to effectively break through relevant factors for plant growth and development, crop growth and fertilization can be obviously regulated and increased, and crop yield is greatly improved; the active ingredients in the prepared composition are easy to volatilize when the composition is diluted and placed at room temperature for a long time, the viscosity of the system can be increased when starch is added into the system, the diffusion and loss speed of small molecules can be slowed down, the storage time of the diluent is prolonged, and the trehalose carrying the active ingredients can quickly permeate into the inner layer of the plant, so that the composition can better act on plant cells and promote the growth and development of the plant. In addition, when the starch is excessively added, the growth promoting effect is weakened, and when the weight ratio of the starch to the trehalose is controlled to be (0.3-0.7): 1, the effect of promoting plant growth can be effectively improved, probably because when the starch is added too much, the viscosity of the system is easily increased, the uniformity of the system is reduced, and when the starch acts on the plant, the effective components are slowly released, so that the action effect is not ideal.
In a more preferred embodiment, the starch comprises amylose and amylopectin; the weight ratio of the amylose to the amylopectin is 1: (0.3 to 0.5); the weight ratio of the amylose to the amylopectin is 1: 0.4.
in a more preferred embodiment, the dispersing agent comprises a polycarboxylic acid and sodium alginate.
In a more preferred embodiment, the mesh number of the sodium alginate is 160-200; more preferably, the mesh number of the sodium alginate is 180.
In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the polycarboxylic acid to the sodium alginate is (1.1-1.3): 1; more preferably, the weight ratio of the polycarboxylic acid to the sodium alginate is 1.2: 1.
in a more preferred embodiment, the wetting agent is sodium lauryl sulfate.
The amylose and amylopectin of the present invention are purchased from Shanghai monogroup biology, Inc.; the trehalose is purchased from Shanghai Merlin Biotech, Inc.; the polycarboxylic acid is purchased from Japan bamboo oil and fat Co., Ltd, and the mark is YUS-WG 5; the sodium alginate was purchased from bio-technology development ltd of the forest of Qingdao sea.
The applicant finds that the added polycarboxylic acid and sodium alginate can improve the uniformity of a system, and particularly, the weight ratio of the polycarboxylic acid to the sodium alginate is 1: the amylose and the amylopectin of (0.3-0.5) can obviously improve the stability of effective components and the effect of promoting plant growth, probably because the polycarboxylic acid and the sodium alginate are easy to react with the coiled amylose and the branched amylopectin with shorter branches, so that the coiled spiral open carbon chain and the branched structure form a more stable space network structure in a system, the improvement of the dispersion effect is facilitated, the uniformity of the system is improved, and the effect is more obvious.
The applicant finds that when the sodium alginate is added excessively, the hydration rate is reduced and the dissolution effect is reduced when the sodium alginate is diluted for use, and when the mesh number of the sodium alginate is controlled to be 160-200 and the weight ratio of the polycarboxylic acid to the sodium alginate is controlled to be (1.1-1.3): 1, the dispersion of the system is better, and the plant growth is promoted. The reason is probably that after the sodium alginate with the mesh number of 160-200 becomes wet with water, particles with proper size are formed, and hydration and dissolution are facilitated; in addition, sodium alginate is also favorably adsorbed on the surface of plant cells to promote the growth of plant bodies; when the polycarboxylic acid is added too much, the hydrophilicity of the sodium alginate is reduced, the molecular chain is contracted, and when the weight ratio of the polycarboxylic acid to the sodium alginate is controlled to be (1.1-1.3): 1, they cooperate with each other to achieve an ideal overall dispersibility.
