本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含灭蝇胺的农药组合物在农林害虫、园艺害虫、卫生害虫方面的应用。
背景技术
潜叶蝇是一种寄主作物广泛,繁殖能力强,常以幼虫潜入叶片表皮下取食,在叶面上留下弯曲蛇状蛀道,造成叶片干枯脱落而影响产量,一些常规农药的防治效果很低。
灭蝇胺(cyromazine)是特异性三嗪类昆虫生长调节剂,具有强内吸传导作用,叶面渗透性强,具有非常强的选择性,对双翅目昆虫(如潜蝇、瘿蚊、食蚜蝇、根蛆)的卵幼虫及部分鞘翅目昆虫幼虫的发育有较强的抑制作用。可使幼虫在形态上发生畸变,不能正常化蛹。

在农业生产过程中,各类有害昆虫的控制主要依赖大量农药杀虫剂产品的应用,农药杀虫剂的大量、频繁不合理使用,导致有害昆虫的抗药性不断地增强,对农作物的危害更加严重,防治也越发困难。灭蝇胺是一种昆虫生长调节剂,干扰或抑制害虫生育进程,毒性低,具有良好的渗透和内吸性等优点,但也存在杀虫速度缓慢和价格昂贵的不足。本申请将式(Ⅰ)化合物与灭蝇胺进行复配对潜叶蝇进行药效试验,提高了灭蝇胺速效性和降低了成本,为潜叶蝇的防治打开局面。

本发明的杀虫组合物具有如下优点:
1)本发明的农药组合物在一定配比范围内表现出增效作用,提高了该组合物对害虫的防治效果;
2)本发明的农药组合物中两种活性成分的作用机理不同,有效地延缓害虫抗药性的产生,延长了产品的使用寿命;
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步地说明,实施例中百分比均为重量百分比,但本发明并不局限于此。
本发明的组合物可以制成制剂形式提供。根据需要制成悬浮剂、水分散粒剂等。本发明的组合物中活性组分的含量取决于单独使用时的施用量,也取决于混配比例及增效作用程度。活性组分含量的最佳范围按照组合物的制剂类型而有所不同。
制剂制备实施例:
实施例1:35%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(2:5)
配方:10%式(Ⅰ)化合物、25%灭蝇胺、1%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、2%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、1%聚羧酸钠盐、1%硅酸镁铝、1%羧乙基纤维素、1%山梨酸钠、5%乙二醇、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分式(Ⅰ)化合物、灭蝇胺、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
实施例2:28%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(1:6)
配方:4%式(Ⅰ)化合物、24%灭蝇胺、2.5%十二烷基硫酸钠、1%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.4%羧甲基纤维素、0.2%黄原胶、5%丙二醇、0.02%苯甲酸钾、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例3:24%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(1:5)
配方:4%式(Ⅰ)化合物、20%灭蝇胺、3%木质素磺酸钠、1%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.5%羧甲基纤维素、0.2%黄原胶、5%丙二醇、0.02%苯甲酸钾、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例4:50%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺水分散粒剂(2:3)
配方:20%式(Ⅰ)化合物、30%灭蝇胺、12%木质素磺酸钠、2.5%拉开粉BX、1.5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、高岭土补余;
制备方法:按例配方比例,将有效成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品。
实施例5:40%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺水分散粒剂(1:3)
配方:10%式(Ⅰ)化合物、30%灭蝇胺、8%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2%聚羧酸钠盐、3%元明粉、1%尿素、高岭土补余;
制备方法:同实施例4。
实施例6:49%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺水分散粒剂(1:6)
配方:7%式(Ⅰ)化合物、42%灭蝇胺、3%木质素磺酸钠、8%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%聚羧酸钠盐、3%拉开粉BX、3%硫酸铵、淀粉补余;
制备方法:同实施例4。
室内生物活性测定
式(Ⅰ)化合物与灭蝇胺混配对潜叶蝇的联合毒力
试验方法:盆栽法
供试虫源:敏感种群(2018年田间采集种群,室内饲养F15代以上);田间种群(田间采集幼虫羽化后F1代);供试虫龄为1~2龄幼虫;
仪器设备:普通实验室常规仪器设备、吸虫器、玻璃管、恒温培养箱;
试验材料准备:未使用过任何药剂的大葱,在叶片初见虫道期进行试验;
选择供试虫:同一葱管上处于生长初期的虫道,虫道长0.5-1.0cm的虫道(此时幼虫处于1-2龄),挂牌标记叶片,以后调查均在这些叶片上调查。在每条虫道前端两侧约1.0cm处用油性记号笔标记一条直线。
试验药剂:Flupyroxystrobin、灭蝇胺原药均由海利尔药业集团研发中心提供;
药剂配制:将原药用DMF溶解,分别配制成高浓度的母液,再用0.1%吐温-80的水溶液稀释母液,每个处理设置5个不同的浓度,备用。
药剂处理:将药剂用10ml小喷壶均匀的喷雾到标记的叶片上;每处理不少于4次重复(每处理总共不少于50头潜叶蝇1-2龄幼虫),并设不含药剂(含有溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作为空白对照。
调查:药后处理42h调查试虫死亡情况,记录总虫数和死虫数。死亡判别标准:幼虫体色新鲜、饱满、虫道延长的视为活虫,而虫体干瘪、变色的视为死虫。
数据统计与分析:空白对照死亡率小于5%无需校正;空白对照死亡率5%~10%,需进行校正死亡率;空白对照死亡率10%以上,则需重新进行试验。
计算公式如下:
混剂理论毒力指数TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:PA、PB分别为活性成分A、B在组合物中所占的比例。
共毒系数(CTC):CTC<80为拮抗作用,CTC>120为增效作用,介于80与120之间为相加作用。
采用IBM SPSS Statistics 20统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归线的LC50值及其95%置信限及相关系数R2,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
抗性划分标准(张帅等,2009年全国农业有害生物抗药性监测结果及用药建议,《中国植保导刊》,2010,Vol.30.No.4):
抗性比<3倍的为敏感状态;
3≤抗性比<5倍为敏感下降状态;
5≤抗性比<10倍为低水平抗性;
10≤抗性比<40倍为中水平抗性;
40≤抗性比<160倍为高水平抗性;
抗性比≥160倍为极高水平抗性。
结果显示:
从表1中可以看出,式(Ⅰ)化合物对潜叶蝇具有较好的防治效果,其LC50为4.593mg·L-1,灭蝇胺防治潜叶蝇的LC50为18.248mg·L-1。

从表2中可以看出,式(Ⅰ)化合物对潜叶蝇田间种群具有较好的防治效果,其LC50为5.446mg·L-1,抗性水平为敏感状态;多年来频繁施用灭蝇胺防治潜叶蝇,导致潜叶蝇对灭蝇胺产生了相应的抵御机制,其相应的LC50值增大,灭蝇胺防治潜叶蝇田间种群的LC50为206.108mg·L-1,抗性水平为中水平抗性。

表3结果显示,将式(Ⅰ)化合物与灭蝇胺进行混配,在1:42~25:1范围内表现出增效作用;其中式(Ⅰ)化合物与灭蝇胺在1:30~20:1范围内对潜叶蝇田间种群LC50为9.850mg·L-1,共毒系数为334.064,表现出明显的增效作用。

田间药效实施例
式(Ⅰ)化合物与灭蝇胺混配对潜叶蝇的田间防效
试验作物及靶标:大葱、潜叶蝇Liriomyza chinensis(Kato);
试验地点:山东省青岛市即墨区移风店镇黄戈庄村;
试验时间:2021年7月15日;
试验环境:大葱受害程度一致,所有试验小区的栽培条件均匀一致,采用相同的肥水管理水平。
试验药剂:24%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(1:5)、35%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(2:5)、40%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺水分散粒剂(1:3)、50%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺水分散粒剂(2:3)、10%式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂、360克/升灭蝇胺悬浮剂,10%溴氰虫酰胺可分散油悬浮剂,以上药剂由集团研发中心提供。
试验方法:潜叶蝇1-2龄幼虫发生盛期,施药1次。
小区面积及重复:每小区20m2,每处理重复4次。
试验调查:喷药前调查潜叶蝇基数,施药后3d、10d调查各处理叶面潜叶蝇幼虫存活情况,并分别计算防治效果
调查方法:每小区随机五点取样,每点调查5-6株,每株调查2-3个有新鲜虫道叶片,并悬挂标签,虫口基数调查,记录潜叶蝇幼虫虫道,并用记号笔在前端做好标记;施药后调查,观察已经标记的潜叶蝇幼虫虫道是否有延伸或羽化(羽化算活虫),叶片上是否有新的虫道产生。
计算公式与数据分析:
试验过程中均未见药害发生。

注:以上数据均为4次重复的平均值,数值保留小数点两位。
试验结果表明:24%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(1:5)、35%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(2:5)、40%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺水分散粒剂(1:3)、50%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺水分散粒剂(2:3)对潜叶蝇具有较好的防治效果,药后3d、7d防效各复配药剂均优于单剂10%式(Ⅰ)悬浮剂、360克/升灭蝇胺悬浮剂、10%溴氰虫酰胺可分散油悬浮剂。其中,24%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(1:5)与35%式(Ⅰ)·灭蝇胺悬浮剂(2:5)防效较高,表现出较好的速效性和持效性。
通过室内毒力测定以及田间试验,本发明所述式(Ⅰ)化合物和灭蝇胺进行复配的农药组合物对双翅目害虫表现出较好的防治效果。
本发明复配所得农药组合物或其制剂防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持药性方面优于单剂。并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得农药组合物或制剂的杀虫协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:30~20:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:15~9:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:以所述的杀虫组合物的总质量为100wt%计,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为0.5%~90%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物还包括辅助剂,所述辅助剂包括载体和助剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物可以配制成农药上可接受的制剂剂型,包括固体制剂、液体制剂、种子处理剂、其他制剂;
优选的,所述的制剂剂型为悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂或可分散油悬浮剂;
更优选的,所述的制剂剂型为悬浮剂或水分散粒剂。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的农药组合物在防治农林害虫、园艺害虫或卫生害虫方面的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的农药组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述的农林害虫、园艺害虫、卫生害虫为双翅目害虫。
9.根据权利要求8所述的杀虫组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述的双翅目害虫为潜叶蝇。
10.根据权利要求7所述的杀虫组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物以有效剂量施于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
