背景技术
韭菜迟眼蕈蚊俗称“韭蛆”,属双翅目,眼蕈蚊科,迟眼蕈蚊属,是为害严重的蔬菜地下害虫,对蔬菜特别是葱属蔬菜造成巨大的经济损失,其中以韭菜受害最为严重。韭菜迟眼蕈蚊主要以幼虫积聚于韭菜地下部分为害,钻食假茎和鳞茎,轻者造成韭菜地上部分枯黄或萎蔫,重者鳞茎腐烂,成片死亡。

在农业生产过程中,各类有害昆虫的控制主要依赖大量农药杀虫剂产品的应用,农药杀虫剂的大量、频繁地不合理使用,导致有害昆虫的抗药性不断地增强,对农作物的危害更加严重,防治也越发困难。几丁质合成抑制剂虱螨脲、氟啶脲对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫表现出较高的致毒作用,但是高剂量对部分作物具有抑制生长的现象,通过将虱螨脲、氟啶脲与Flupyroxystrobin进行混配,能够减少农药用药量,缓解害虫抗药性的产生,对韭菜安全、环境友好。
发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种具有协同增效作用、降低抗性、使用成本低的含Flupyroxystrobin的杀虫组合物。

本发明的杀虫组合物具有如下优点:
1)本发明的杀虫组合物在一定配比范围内表现出增效作用,提高了该组合物对害虫的防治效果;
2)本发明的杀虫组合物中两种活性成分的作用机理不同,有效地延缓害虫抗药性的产生,延长了产品的使用寿命;
3)能够明显降低用药量,对作物安全,对环境友好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步地说明,实施例中百分比均为重量百分比,但本发明并不局限于此。
本发明的组合物可以制成制剂形式提供。根据需要制成水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、乳油等。本发明的组合物中活性组分的含量取决于单独使用时的施用量,也取决于混配比例及增效作用程度。活性组分含量的最佳范围按照组合物的制剂类型而有所不同。
制剂制备实施例
实施例1
42%flupyroxystrobin·虱螨脲水分散粒剂(6:1)
制剂配方:36%flupyroxystrobin、6%虱螨脲、10%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、6%木质素磺酸盐、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、4%白砂糖、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按例配方比例,将有效成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加适当的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品。
实施例2
15%flupyroxystrobin·虱螨脲悬浮剂(13:2)
制剂配方:13%flupyroxystrobin、2%虱螨脲、2%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、1%聚羧酸钠盐、4%苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、1%硅酸镁铝、0.2%黄原胶、0.05%山梨酸钠、5%丙二醇、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
实施例3
4.5%flupyroxystrobin·虱螨脲微乳剂(8:1)
制剂配方:4%flupyroxystrobin、0.5%氟啶脲、20%环己酮、15%苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、2%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、2%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按照配方设计,将表面活性剂和水混合成水相,然后将有效成分用溶剂溶解后在搅拌下加入到水相中,搅拌均匀后,继续剪切10min,制成微乳剂。
实施例4
25%flupyroxystrobin·氟啶脲悬浮剂(4:1)
制剂配方:20%flupyroxystrobin、5%氟啶脲、2%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、1%聚羧酸钠盐、4%烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯、1%硅酸镁铝、0.2%黄原胶、0.1%甲基异噻唑啉酮、5%乙二醇、0.5%有机硅消泡剂、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
实施例5
12%flupyroxystrobin·氟啶脲乳油(5:1)
制剂配方:10%flupyroxystrobin、2%虱螨脲、10%N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、15%环己酮、12%苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、溶剂油补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分按照一定比例溶解在有机溶剂中,再加入一定量的乳化剂和其他助剂,搅拌混合配制成乳油产品。
室内生物活性测定
Flupyroxystrobin与虱螨脲、氟啶脲混配对韭蛆的联合毒力
试验方法:双滤纸法;
试验药剂:虱螨脲原药、氟啶脲原药、flupyroxystrobin原药,以上药剂均由集团研发中心提供。
供试虫:健康、生长发育一致的3龄初幼虫;
药剂配制:将试验药剂用丙酮溶解,用0.1%的吐温80水溶液配置成5个系列浓度。
处理后试虫置于23±l℃恒温培养箱中,每天补充水分和饲料并检查活虫数。每处理重复4次,对照组用0.1%的吐温80水溶液处理。
调查方法:待对照和药剂处理的幼虫全部化蛹后,在处理后192h(8d)检查存活幼虫正常化蛹数量和畸形蛹数量,畸形蛹亦作为死亡处理。
数据统计与分析:空白对照死亡率小于5%无需校正;空白对照死亡率5%~10%,需进行校正死亡率;空白对照死亡率10%以上,则需重新进行试验。
计算公式如下:
混剂理论毒力指数TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:PA、PB分别为活性成分A、B在组合物中所占的比例。
共毒系数(CTC):CTC<80为拮抗作用,CTC>120为增效作用,介于80与120之间为相加作用。
采用IBM SPSS Statistics 20统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归线的LC50值及其95%置信限及相关系数R2,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
结果显示:
表1结果显示,将Flupyroxystrobin与氟啶脲进行混配,在1:35~60:1范围内表现出相加或增效作用;其中Flupyroxystrobin与氟啶脲在1:16~60:1范围内表现出增效范围,质量比为4:1时LC50为0.949mg·L-1,共毒系数为203.860,表现出明显的增效作用。

表2结果显示,将Flupyroxystrobin与虱螨脲进行混配,在1:42~25:1范围内表现出相加或增效作用;其中Flupyroxystrobin与氟啶脲在1:42~20:1范围内表现出增效范围,质量比为2:5时LC50为0.649mg·L-1,共毒系数为241.374,表现出明显的增效作用。

实施例7
安全性测定
试验作物及品种:韭菜(平韭2号、大金沟、独根红);
试验地点:研发中心实验室温室大棚内;
按照《杀菌、杀虫剂对作物安全性室内试验准则》NY/T 1965.1-2010,测定药剂对韭菜安全性,参照药剂田间用药的最高剂量,设置4倍剂量。
试验方法:采用根部喷淋法,试验前ld从地上lcm处割除韭菜地上部分,以每667m2用水量200kg将药剂稀释,用喷雾器将药液滴灌于韭菜根部。
供试药剂试验设计:

每个处理重复4次,以清水处理为对照。药后3d检查叶片受害情况,药后21d检查韭菜生长情况,测量株高和称取鲜重,计算生长抑制率。
生长速率抑制率:
生长速率=植株新生高度(cm)或鲜重(g)/时间天(d);
生长速率抑制率(%)=(空白对照生长速率-药剂处理生长速率)/空白对照生长速率×100;试验结果:

实施例8
田间药效实施例
不同药剂处理防治韭菜韭蛆田间药效试验
试验参考标准:GB/T 17980.67-2004《农药田间药效试验准则(二)第67部分:杀虫剂防治韭菜韭蛆、根蛆》
试验时间及地点:2021年5月山东省青岛市城阳夏庄镇韭菜种植基地;
供试作物:韭菜(Allium tuberosum Rottler),品种:大金沟;
防治对象:韭菜迟眼蕈蚊(韭蛆);
所有试验小区的栽培条件均匀一致;
施药时期:试验于前茬韭菜收割后14d进行,田间试虫处于发生初期,用药1次,;
施药处理:

试验设置:试验采用随机区组排列,试验每小区20m2,每个处理重复4次。根部喷淋法。
调查方法:
1)受害株率调查:以小区中心2行各10穴(墩),统计健株数与受害株数(以叶尖黄、软、倒伏为准)。
2)存活虫口调查:最后一次调查在小区中心区刨出5穴(墩)韭菜,统计鳞茎内外活蛆数。
调查时间和次数:于施药前及药后7d、14d,共调查3次;
药效及生长速率抑制率计算方法:

注:表中数据为4次重复平均值,数值保留小数点两位,字母表示差异显著性(0.05/DMRT法)
田间药效试验表明,Flupyroxystrobin与虱螨脲或氟啶脲混配对韭菜韭蛆具有良好的保苗效果与防治效果,持效期长。
本发明复配所得杀虫组合物或其制剂防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持药性方面优于单剂。并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得杀虫组合物或制剂的杀虫协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含flupyroxystrobin的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:包括活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为flupyroxystrobin,所述的活性成分B为苯甲酰脲类化合物,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:60~60:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的苯甲酰脲类化合物选自除虫脲、多氟脲、伏虫隆、氟虫脲、氟啶脲、氟铃脲、氟酰脲、杀铃脲、虱螨脲、双三氟虫脲、高氯氟啶脲、氟幼脲、氟苯脲。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的苯甲酰脲类化合物选自氟啶脲或虱螨脲。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:24~60:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:16~25:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:以所述的杀虫组合物的总质量为100wt%计,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为0.5%~90%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物还包括辅助剂,所述辅助剂包括载体和助剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物可以配制成农药上可接受的制剂剂型,所述的剂型包括水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、乳油。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的杀虫组合物在防治农林害虫、园艺害虫或卫生害虫方面的应用;
优选的,所述的农林害虫、园艺害虫、卫生害虫为双翅目害虫。
10.根据权利要求9所述的杀虫组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述的杀虫组合物以有效剂量施于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
