after determining that the commodity items are correct, a worker can take out the commodities with the matched quantity according to the quantity requirement of the commodity items, place the commodities on the conveyor 4 as commodities to be checked, and the camera 5 shoots the commodities to be checked carried on the conveyor 4 and performs counting check by visual software;
the qualified commodity is transported to the annular sorting machine 6 by the conveyor 4, and the annular sorting machine 6 performs boxing operation; it can be seen that in the whole sorting, rechecking, boxing and packing processes, manual operation is basically concentrated on the zero removal and sorting operation and the packing operation, so that the workload of workers is greatly reduced, and only the workers are required to be arranged at two positions of the workbench 8 and the slideway 62.

Therefore, in order to avoid the occurrence of the above-described problem, it is necessary to identify a specific review area on the conveying surface of the conveyor 4 to define the position and size of the placement area of the article to be reviewed.
However, the conveying surface of the conveyor 4 is usually composed of the surface of a roller or a belt, and assuming that the checking area is a square frame, it is obviously not meaningful to draw a square frame or attach a square frame on the surface of the roller or the belt, so that a checking area is marked on the conveyor 4 by adopting a lamplight projection mode, and the position and the size of the projected checking area are fixed no matter how the roller or the belt moves.
