the frame (11) is formed by splicing two fixed beams (111) and two folding beams (112), the folding beams (112) are parallel to each other, and each folding beam comprises a first supporting beam (1121) and a second supporting beam (1122) which are hinged with each other;
the frame overturning mechanism (12) is used for providing power to enable the first support beam (1121) and the second support beam (1122) to be mutually folded or unfolded;
the support leg (13) is hinged with the frame (11), and the support leg rotating mechanism (14) is used for providing power to rotate the support leg (13);
the lifting device (2) is arranged on the folding portal frame (1) and is used for lifting operation.

the movable trolley (21) is slidably arranged in the movable trolley frame (23), and the first translation mechanism (24) is used for providing power to drive the movable trolley (21) to move along the X axis;
the movable trolley frame (23) is slidably arranged in the frame (11), and the second translation mechanism (25) is used for driving the movable trolley frame (23) to move along the Y axis; and the X-axis is perpendicular to the Y-axis.
