本发明公开了一种椰壳活性炭面料的制备方法,属于纺织领域。本发明提供的椰壳活性炭面料的制备方法,包括:步骤S1,取椰壳活性炭磨成粉末,得到椰壳活性炭粉末,取固态胶水磨成粉末,得到胶粉;步骤S2,将椰壳活性炭粉末与胶粉按比例混合,均匀撒在底层布料上后,加温至胶粉熔化并包裹椰壳活性炭粉末;步骤S3,降温,待胶水与底层布料粘合在一起后,用面层布料与底层布料叠合以覆盖胶水,加温至胶水熔化并与两布料粘合;步骤S4,降温后成卷,得到椰壳活性炭面料。本发明利用椰壳活性炭与布料的有效合成,得到的成品布料,具有更好的吸附性,同时抗菌、抗异味、防潮湿,并且厚度更薄更柔和,适合制作贴身服饰和家纺,无添加剂,绿色健康。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,具体地说,涉及一种椰壳活性炭面料的制备方法。
背景技术
活性炭布是以粉状活性炭为吸附材料,采用高分子粘结材料将其载附在无纺基体之上制成,具有良好的吸附性能,厚度薄、透气性好。市场上的活性炭一般以竹炭为主,竹炭的活性能力不是太强,所以不容易和其它物质结合,一般不可能均匀的分散在其它物质里面,合成的布料柔软度、厚度等性能受到很大影响,增加其功效的方法多是添加剂,对人体有害无益,故而,针对活性炭布的应用,局限在防化服与口罩领域,不能作为贴身衣物普及。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种椰壳活性炭面料的制备方法,为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种椰壳活性炭面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,取椰壳活性炭磨成粉末,得到椰壳活性炭粉末,取固态胶水磨成粉末,得到胶粉;
步骤S2,将椰壳活性炭粉末与胶粉按比例混合,均匀撒在底层布料上后,加温至胶粉熔化并包裹椰壳活性炭粉末;
步骤S3,降温,待胶水与底层布料粘合在一起后,用面层布料与底层布料叠合以覆盖胶水,加温至胶水熔化并与两布料粘合;
步骤S4,降温后成卷,得到椰壳活性炭面料;
所述步骤S1中椰壳活性炭粉末的粒径为0.03mm~0.1mm,胶粉的粒径为0.1~1mm。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中椰壳活性炭粉末与胶粉的重量比为1:(10~20)。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中加温的温度为60~110℃,步骤S3中加温的温度为90~130℃。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明利用椰壳活性炭与布料的有效合成,得到的成品布料,具有更好的吸附性,同时抗菌、抗异味、防潮湿,并且厚度更薄更柔和,适合制作贴身服饰和家纺,无添加剂,绿色健康,该方法还能保证布料的水洗性,椰壳活性炭不会随着水洗次数而流失,保证性能可靠稳定。
本发明应用的椰壳活性炭活性能力强,吸附能力强,通过胶水的融合粘接,布料具有了较好的吸附能力,而且由于椰壳活性炭的吸湿性,能够吸收皮肤汗液,保证布料具有一定的湿度,对于保持皮肤的湿润有益,由胶水融合,椰壳活性炭的不会吸水饱和,因而不会造成潮湿环境。此外,椰壳活性炭的碱性,能够有效抑制细菌的滋生、繁殖,起到抗菌杀菌的效果,同时,椰壳活性炭的抗红外能力、负离子功效,均能对人体健康起到一定作用,可谓是绿色健康养生布料。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例
一种椰壳活性炭面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,取椰壳活性炭磨成粉末,得到椰壳活性炭粉末,取固态胶水磨成粉末,得到胶粉。椰壳活性炭一般为小块状,固体胶水选用布料热熔胶,可用研磨机研磨,研磨完后椰壳活性炭粉末的粒径控制在0.03mm~0.1mm内,胶粉的粒径控制在0.1~1mm内,避免过大的粒径突兀。
步骤S2,将椰壳活性炭粉末与胶粉按比例混合,椰壳活性炭粉末与胶粉的重量比控制在1:(10~20),本例中为1:20,混合后均匀撒在底层布料上,再将其加温至胶粉熔化,根据胶水的熔点控制温度,一般控制在60~110℃,熔化后胶水会呈流动状,胶水会包裹椰壳活性炭粉末。
步骤S3,降温,待胶水凝固,会与底层布料粘合在一起,用面层布料与底层布料叠合,胶水位于面层布料与底层布料之间,再加温,至胶水熔化,此为二次加温,温度可稍微高点,控制在90~130℃,胶水熔化后会与两布料粘合,即胶水将面层布料与底层布料粘接在一起;
步骤S4,降温后,面层布料与底层布料完好的粘接,将其成卷,得到椰壳活性炭面料。
本发明无任何添加剂,绿色环保,得到的成品面料,可用于制作口罩、防护服、贴身衣饰、家纺用品等,具体功效:
1、去异味:本发明面料有很强的吸附能力,不但能吸附异味还会把一些有害的物质吸附掉,本发明面料制作的衣物、口罩可实现对有害物质的高效吸附。
2、吸湿防潮:本发明面料有很强的吸湿能力,这个特性很适合人体的需要,它会将皮肤表面多余的水分吸附掉,到它吸附至一定量的时候,会将多余的水分一半排放到空气中一半留在皮肤表面,排放掉水分后再迅速将皮肤表面的一半水分吸附掉。当皮肤表面的水分不够时,它会吸附空气中的水分,到它饱和时它会把水分排放到皮肤表面和空气中,这时因皮肤的需要会迅速把水分固定在皮肤表面,使其达到保湿能力,本发明面料制作的衣物可保持人体表皮水分的平衡,利于保护皮肤。
3、抗菌:本发明面料有干爽、和弱碱性环境特性,具有天然的抗菌环境,一般有害细菌是喜欢潮湿和酸性环境,在这样的环境下的繁殖速度非常快,而在干爽和弱碱性环境下是很难繁殖的。现在的人以食肉为主,和现在的生活环境,使得现在人的身体以酸性为主,再加上环境的影响很多人都有很重的湿气,这样的身体一旦碰到有害细菌会很快的繁殖,而本发明面料制作的衣物就可避免细菌的滋生,有效抑菌。
4、远红外:本发明面料具有一定的远红外能力,用本发明面料做成婴儿枕可以活化婴儿后脑勺的毛细血管,这样可以帮助婴儿对食物营养更好的吸收。做成内衣裤也可以帮助人体恢复一些生理功能。
5、负离子:本发明面料有释放负离子的功能,可以给人体减轻一天劳累带来的负担,会中和人一天因为活动产生的大量正电离子,人身体的电离子少了就会感觉轻松舒服,脑子会更清醒。
本发明利用椰壳活性炭与布料的有效合成,得到的成品布料,具有更好的吸附性,同时抗菌、抗异味、防潮湿,并且厚度更薄更柔和,适合制作贴身服饰和家纺,无添加剂,绿色健康,该方法还能保证布料的水洗性,椰壳活性炭不会随着水洗次数而流失,保证性能可靠稳定。

Claims (3)
1.一种椰壳活性炭面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,取椰壳活性炭磨成粉末,得到椰壳活性炭粉末,取固态胶水磨成粉末,得到胶粉;
步骤S2,将所述椰壳活性炭粉末与胶粉按比例混合,均匀撒在底层布料上后,加温至胶粉熔化并包裹椰壳活性炭粉末;
步骤S3,降温,待胶水与底层布料粘合在一起后,用面层布料与底层布料叠合以覆盖胶水,加温至胶水熔化并与两布料粘合;
步骤S4,降温后成卷,得到椰壳活性炭面料;
所述步骤S1中椰壳活性炭粉末的粒径为0.03mm~0.1mm,胶粉的粒径为0.1~1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中椰壳活性炭粉末与胶粉的重量比为1:(10~20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中加温的温度为60~110℃,步骤S3中加温的温度为90~130℃。
