拉伐尔喷嘴(100)及其制造方法,其中拉伐尔喷嘴(100)包括:外壳(160);第一冷却液体通道(110),其设置于第一容纳空间中并具有冷却液入口(110a);第二冷却液通道(120),其设置于第一容纳空间中并具有冷却液出口(120a),第一冷却液体通道(110)和第二冷却液通道(120)联通并具有循环流动的冷却液体;第一氧气通道(130),其容纳并输送氧气至拉伐尔喷嘴(100)的出气口;氧腔(180);扩散壁(170),其设置于拉伐尔喷嘴(100)底部并横向延伸至外壳(160),第二氧气通道(140),第二氧气通道(140)的底部开口向四周横向延伸至外壳(160)以形成一个隔离壁(150),隔离壁(150)和扩散壁(170)之间具有一个第二容纳空间,使得氧气从所述第一氧气通道(130)输送至第二氧气通道(140)并在第二容纳空间中通过扩散壁(170)的多个气孔扩散,从而提高了拉伐尔喷嘴(100)的冷却效率和使用寿命。
