The central analysis module is mainly responsible for data processing, performs data interaction with the data acquisition module and the RFID control module, and is also connected with intelligent terminals of the applicant and the approver. The data acquisition module is a data transfer station, and is used for forwarding the consumable material receiving application of the applicant to the central analysis module and forwarding the approval result to the central analysis module. The consumable receiving application comprises consumable names, consumable quantity, consumable usage and applicant information, and is filled according to actual receiving requirements, namely, the applicant fills in on the intelligent terminal according to the set consumable receiving template. After the template extraction, corresponding approvers are matched according to consumable names and consumable quantity, and personnel approval sequences can be generated according to job level (or leading relation) arrangement. It should be noted that, the approval relationship between the approver and the medical consumable is set in advance, and the approver can be determined generally according to the consumable name.
It should be noted that after the central analysis module obtains the personnel approval sequence, approval information is generated and sent to the approvers simultaneously or in a time-sharing manner, after all personnel approval passes, the approval of the consumable leading application of the applicant is indicated, and after the approval passes, reminding information can be sent to the intelligent terminal of the applicant.
The central analysis module modifies the special label of the applicant according to the approval result, and comprises the following steps: after all the transmitted approval requests pass through approval, extracting consumable names and consumable quantity in a consumable leading application, generating consumable label information and transmitting the consumable label information to an intelligent terminal of an applicant; the intelligent terminal verifies the identity of the applicant, then the applicant verifies the consumable label information, and after verification, the consumable label information is written into the special label of the applicant; wherein, the special label records the non-modifiable identity information.
In order to accurately monitor consumable material receiving, after the consumable material receiving application is approved, the central analysis module extracts the consumable material name and the consumable material quantity in the consumable material receiving application, for example, 10 rolls of medical gauze, and the corresponding consumable material label information is (medical gauze, 10 rolls of medical gauze) and the medical gauze and the quantity can be replaced by labels arranged inside. In order to prevent imposition, the consumable label information is sent to the applicant after being generated, the applicant is required to verify the consumable label information, and after verification, the consumable label information is written into a special label of the applicant through special RFID equipment, and the special label can be stored in a work card or a special RFID card.
The applicant carries the special label to the RFID identification area of the counter, the corresponding RFID control module identifies the information of the special label, the counter door lock is opened when the requirement is met, meanwhile, medical consumables which the applicant receives are monitored, and if the medical consumables are inconsistent with the records of the special label, early warning is timely carried out.
In an alternative embodiment, the hub analysis module stores the collage process in encrypted form, including: extracting a consumable lead application, a personnel approval sequence, an approval result and a lead record, splicing the consumable lead application, the personnel approval sequence, the approval result and the lead record into a consumable lead sequence in a head-tail mode after digital processing, and calculating a hash value of the consumable lead sequence; after the consumable lead sequence is associated with the hash value, the hash value and the consumable lead sequence are stored or only the hash value is stored in the uplink.
The application and the important data of the receiving process of the medical consumable are arranged, part of the data are digitized or labeled as necessary, then the hash value of the consumable receiving sequence is stored in the blockchain, and the corresponding consumable receiving sequence can be stored in the blockchain. And meanwhile, consumable lead sequence backup is required to be stored in the central analysis module so as to read the call.
The central analysis module analyzes the consumption of medical consumables by combining the environmental data, predicts and acquires the consumable supply, and comprises the following steps: respectively establishing an environment change curve and a consumable consumption curve by taking time as an independent variable and taking environment data and the consumption of medical consumables as dependent variables; comparing the environmental change curve with the consumable change curve to determine the associated environmental factors of the medical consumables; and analyzing the current environmental data by combining the associated environmental factors of the medical consumables, and predicting and acquiring the consumable supply.
The method predicts the future consumption of the medical consumable, and mainly considers the influence of environmental changes on the medical consumable. The environmental data mainly comprise temperature, humidity, bad weather, population changes and the like, and the consumption of medical consumables can be influenced by abrupt changes of any environmental data. Analysis shows that the change of the environmental data causes the change of the medical consumable, so that the change trend of the environmental data and the change trend of the environmental data have consistency, the environmental data with higher consistency are marked as the associated environmental factors corresponding to the medical consumable, if heatstroke is caused by high temperature, the consumption of the medical consumable related to heatstroke is increased.
In one embodiment, analyzing current environmental data in combination with associated environmental factors of medical consumables, predicting acquisition of consumable supply amounts includes: marking the associated environmental factor as i, the corresponding weight coefficient as QXi, the corresponding current environmental data as DHi, and the corresponding environmental reference value as HJi; the consumable replenishment rate HBL is calculated by the formula hbl=α× [ QX1× (DH 1-HJ 1) +qx2× (DH 2-HJ 2) + … + QXi × (DHi-HJi) ], and the consumable replenishment amount is hcl=hyl× (hbl+1). The HYL is a preset amount of consumable materials and can be understood as the storage amount in the current warehouse.
In the above embodiments, the medical consumable is a mask, and the corresponding relevant environmental factors are temperature, humidity and population density; each associated environmental factor corresponds to a reference value, and it can be understood that the number of masks reserved in the hospital can meet the requirement under the condition of the reference value. If the temperature, the humidity and the population density are respectively increased by 2 units, 4 units and 4 units relative to the corresponding reference values, the consumable replenishment rate is 10 alpha, and then the consumable replenishment quantity is determined. In addition to the calculation through fitting formulas, the method can also be calculated through an artificial intelligent model, for example [ (QX 1, DH1, HJ 1), (QX 2, DH2, HJ 2), …, (Qxi, DHi, hji) ] is taken as the input of the artificial intelligent model, and the corresponding output is the consumable replenishment rate.
In an alternative embodiment, the weight coefficients associated with the environmental factors are determined by comparing the environmental profile with the consumable profile, comprising: determining a change phase corresponding to the consumable change curve and a matching phase of the matching change phase in an environment change curve corresponding to the associated environment factors; calculating the first derivative mean values of the change stage and the corresponding matching stage, and marking the first derivative mean values as BDJ and PDJ respectively; the weight coefficient QXi of the associated environmental factor i is calculated by the formula QXi =bdj/PDJ.
The weight coefficient of each associated environmental factor is very important for predicting the consumable supply quantity, and the embodiment selects a stage in which the consistency change exists in the environmental change curve and the consumable change curve, namely, the associated environmental factor rises (or falls) for a period of time in the stage, the medical consumable also changes in the same direction (or changes reversely) in the period of time, and the ratio of the first derivative values of the two curves in the period of time is taken as the weight coefficient of the associated environmental factor, so that the acquisition is simple and the practical significance is realized.
