By detecting the second gas escape groove 32 by using the gas detection meter, when detecting that the second gas escape groove 32 has gas leakage, it can be judged that the tongue-shaped positioning system is not completely locked, otherwise, the tongue-shaped positioning system is completely locked, thereby realizing the locking detection function of the tongue-shaped positioning system.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when carrying out location installation to tray 3, spring 62 upwards ejects piston 5 under the effect of self elasticity, and spliced pole 91 upwards ejects under the drive of piston 5 for connecting rod 94 rotates on pivot 92, and then drives the removal of connecting axle 93 and latch 7, makes in the draw-in groove 8 of latch 7 insert go-between 2, helps carrying out quick location installation to go-between 2 and tray 3, promotes the machining efficiency of product. When the tray 3 is taken down, the unlocking air source air channel 10 is connected with an air source, the air passes through the unlocking air channel 12 and enters the first chamber 36, downward acting force is applied to the piston 5, the piston 5 moves downwards along the guide rod, and the connecting rod 94 pulls the clamping tongue 7 to be separated from the clamping groove 8 under the driving of the piston 5, so that the tray 3 can be taken down.

an unlocking air source air passage (10) is arranged in the base plate (1), an unlocking air hole (11) used for communicating the unlocking air source air passage (10) is formed in the outer wall of the positioning device main body (33), and an unlocking air passage (12) used for communicating the first cavity (36) and the unlocking air hole (11) is formed in the positioning device main body (33);
