When the latch type positioning system is locked, the locking detection air source air passage 28 is communicated with an air source, air reaches the locking detection air hole 31 through the locking monitoring air hole 29 and the locking detection air chamber 30, the second air escape groove 32 and the locking detection air hole 31 are gradually deviated by the movement of the latch 7 in the locking process, the second air escape groove 32 on the latch 7 is completely staggered with the locking detection air hole 31 after the latch 7 is completely locked, and the locking detection air hole 31 is sealed by the latch 7. By using the gas detection meter to detect the second gas escape groove 32, when the second gas escape groove 32 is detected to have gas leakage, the tongue type positioning system can be judged not to be completely locked, otherwise, the tongue type positioning system is completely locked, so that the locking detection function of the tongue type positioning system is realized.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the tray 3 is positioned and installed, the piston 5 is upwards ejected out by the spring 62 under the action of the elastic force of the spring, the connecting column 91 is upwards ejected out under the driving of the piston 5, the connecting rod 94 rotates on the pivot 92, and then the connecting shaft 93 and the clamping tongue 7 are driven to move, so that the clamping tongue 7 is inserted into the clamping groove 8 of the connecting ring 2, the quick positioning and installation of the connecting ring 2 and the tray 3 are facilitated, and the processing efficiency of products is improved. When the tray 3 is taken down, the unlocking gas source air passage 10 is communicated with a gas source, the gas passes through the unlocking gas passage 12 to enter the first chamber 36, downward acting force is applied to the piston 5, the piston 5 moves downwards along the guide rod, and the connecting rod 94 is driven by the piston 5 to pull the clamping tongue 7 to be separated from the clamping groove 8, so that the tray 3 can be taken down.
