the bottom annular array of the adjusting rod is provided with an adjusting groove, a hexagonal column is matched and arranged on the adjusting rod above the adjusting groove, the top of the hexagonal column is fixedly connected with an adjusting column, a lantern ring is matched and sleeved on the hexagonal column, and the lantern ring is matched and arranged with the limiting hole;
