Description

Prepuce anastomosis and ring cutting instrument
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a prepuce anastomosis and ring cutting instrument.
Background
Circumcision is one of the most common operations in urinary surgery, and in the prior art, the circumcision is mainly performed by the following two ways: namely, the conventional circumcision operation performed by using a conventional instrument and the circumcision operation performed by using a special instrument, wherein the conventional circumcision operation performed by using the conventional surgical instrument mainly comprises the following steps: the operations of sharp foreskin cutting, hemostasis, suture and the like exist, and the operation mode has the problems of long time consumption, time and labor waste and the like. The circumcision performed by using special instruments generally means that circumcision is completed by simultaneously cutting and anastomosing the inner and outer plates of the foreskin by using a foreskin anastomosis and circumcision instrument, and the operation mode has the characteristics that: short operation time, less bleeding, no need of needle and thread sewing, neat and beautiful appearance and less postoperative scar. Therefore, the use in circumcision is of great advantage.
However, the existing foreskin anastomosis instrument still has the following technical problems:
firstly, the existing foreskin anastomat (such as a merchant ring) is not used for one-time cutting in an operation, a patient needs to carry the anastomat after the operation, and the foreskin incision is sleeved by 'pressurizing' for several days, so that the mode can cause the inconvenience in life of the patient after the operation, and the problems of foreskin edema, incision pain and the like are easily caused.
Secondly, when the foreskin is cut in the operation, the base part of the existing foreskin anastomat can shield part of the penis body and the glans penis, so that a doctor cannot adjust the length of the foreskin or frenulum which needs to be reserved under the direct vision condition and cannot accurately adjust the range of the foreskin excision, and therefore, the problems of insufficient safety and low accuracy of the operation due to the possibility of misoperation caused by excessive or insufficient foreskin excision exist.
Thirdly, the existing foreskin anastomat has the problems that the foreskin is adhered during cutting, can not be completely separated and broken, and needs to be cut repeatedly.
In view of the above, there is a need for an improved circumcision instrument to overcome the problems of the prior art.

As shown in fig. 10, the upper anastomosis structure 10 is sleeved on the penis, and the first combining part 1102 of the upper anastomosis structure 10 is engaged with the lower combining part 210 of the lower anastomosis structure 20, in this state, since the predetermined interval is still formed between the upper structure body 102 and the lower structure body 202, the position of the foreskin 50 can be further adjusted.
As shown in fig. 11, after the position of the sheath 50 is adjusted to the proper position, the upper anastomosis structure 10 may be further pressed, such that the second coupling portion 1104 of the upper anastomosis structure 10 and the lower coupling portion 210 of the lower anastomosis structure 20 are engaged with each other, and in this state, the upper structure body 102 and the lower structure body 202 are abutted against each other, such that the sheath 50 is positioned between the upper structure body 102 and the lower structure body 202. Then, the locking pin 42 may be pulled out to release the fool-proof restriction between the upper operating member 108 and the upper structure body 102, and then, the lower operating member 208 is rotated circumferentially to push the cartridge ring 2043 to move in the direction approaching the cartridge ring 1040 along the axial direction of the lower structure body 202, so that each cartridge 2044 pushes up each staple 2046 stored therein through each staple channel 2042, and each staple holder 1042 provides a supporting force for each pushed staple 2046 and clinches the legs of each staple 2046, thereby performing an anastomosis operation on the foreskin.
After completion of the foreskin anastomosis procedure, the upper operating member 108 may be rotated at least one revolution relative to the upper structural body 102 to cause the upper cutting member 106 to perform a circumcision procedure against the foreskin.
To sum up, the foreskin anastomosis and circular cutting instrument of this application mainly includes following advantage:
firstly, this application is through turning up the foreskin that will treat the cutting and positioning on structure body down to utilize the locking hoop location, make in the operation process, the foreskin frenulum is directly perceived visible, and the adjustment of being convenient for is excised or is kept the length of foreskin, also can avoid haring the penis body, has improved the security of operation.
Moreover, the upper combining part and the lower combining part can be used for adjusting the upper inosculating structure and the lower inosculating structure between a pre-tightening state and a locking state, so that the position of the foreskin can be adjusted and confirmed again, and the safety of the circumcision is further improved.
In addition, this application goes up the operation piece through 360 degrees rotations to realize the annular cutting of foreskin, can avoid the problem of foreskin adhesion, thereby improve the circular cutting effect.
In addition, the foreskin anastomosis operation is executed by circumferentially rotating the lower operating part, so that the anastomosis nail is more stable in formation and more exact in anastomosis effect.
