Step five: after the adjustment is completed, upper anastomosis structure 21 (i.e. upper structure body 211) and lower anastomosis structure 22 (i.e. lower structure body 221) are assembled to upper clamp 31 and lower clamp 32 of clamping device 3, respectively, so as to circumferentially secure upper structure body 211 and lower structure body 221 relative to each other, thereby ensuring the positions of upper anastomosis 213 and lower anastomosis 223 are aligned with each other.
Step six: the clamping device 3 applies an acting force to the upper anastomosis structure 21 (i.e. the upper structure body 211) and the lower anastomosis structure 222 (i.e. the lower structure body 221), so that the upper anastomosis structure 21 and the lower anastomosis structure 22 move towards each other, i.e. the upper structure body 211 moves towards the direction approaching to the lower structure body 221 relative to the movable structure 215, so that the upper anastomosis structure 21 is switched from the pre-operation state to the operation state, and the upper anastomosis member 213 and the upper circumcision member 212 respectively abut against the lower anastomosis member 223 and the lower circumcision member 222, so that the upper anastomosis member 213 and the lower anastomosis member 223 cooperate to perform an anastomosis operation on the foreskin, and meanwhile, the upper circumcision member 212 and the lower circumcision member 222 cooperate to perform an circumcision operation on the foreskin, thereby completing the anastomosis circumcision operation of the foreskin.
In summary, the foreskin anastomosis and ring cutting instrument provided by the present application mainly has the following advantages:
1. through coaxial assembly, the upper anastomosis structure and the lower anastomosis structure are assembled, so that the upper penetration channel and the lower penetration channel are combined with each other to form a passage for the penis to penetrate, the prepuce lacing in the operation is visual, the prepuce length for cutting or retaining is convenient to adjust, the penis body is prevented from being damaged, and the operation safety is improved. .
2. The prepuce part to be cut is pre-tightened and fixed by means of the magnetic attraction generated between the upper pre-tightening piece and the lower pre-tightening piece, so that a doctor can perform eversion and adjustment operation on the prepuce of the penis, the length and the range of prepuce retention can be adjusted individually, a good pre-tightening fixing effect can be provided, and the convenience and the controllability of operation are improved.
3. The clamping device is utilized to enable the upper anastomosis structure and the lower anastomosis structure to be cooperated with each other to perform foreskin anastomosis and circumcision in a linkage manner, so that the operation difficulty of the operation can be reduced, and the aim of completing the operation by a single doctor can be achieved.

Claims (10)

1. A prepuce anastomosis and circumcision instrument for anastomosing and circumcising the upper prepuce of a penis, comprising:
an anastomosis device, comprising:
the upper anastomosis structure is provided with an upper structure body, an upper penetrating channel, an upper ring cutting piece, an upper anastomosis piece and an upper preload piece, wherein the upper penetrating channel axially penetrates through the upper structure body, the upper penetrating channel, the upper ring cutting piece, the upper anastomosis piece and the upper preload piece respectively circumferentially surround the upper penetrating channel, and the upper preload piece has first magnetism and can move relative to the upper structure body; and
the lower anastomosis structure is provided with a lower structure body, a lower penetrating channel, a lower annular cutting piece, a lower anastomosis piece and a lower pre-tightening piece, wherein the lower penetrating channel axially penetrates through the lower structure body, the lower penetrating channel, the lower annular cutting piece, the lower anastomosis piece and the lower pre-tightening piece respectively circumferentially surround the lower penetrating channel, and the lower pre-tightening piece has second magnetism opposite to the first magnetism; and
a clamping device which respectively assembles the upper structure body and the lower structure body; the clamping device is used for providing clamping force for the upper structure body and the lower structure body to move in opposite directions so as to enable the upper anastomosis member and the lower anastomosis member to be cooperatively matched to anastomose the foreskin, and the upper circumcision member and the lower circumcision member to be cooperatively matched to circumcise the foreskin.
2. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping means is also used to provide circumferential fixation between the upper and lower structural bodies.
3. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 2, wherein the clamping means comprises an upper clamping member and a lower clamping member, the circumcision and circumcision instrument further comprising an upper coupling assembly for coupling the upper clamping member with the upper structural body and a lower coupling assembly for coupling the lower clamping member with the lower structural body.

The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper anastomosis structure further includes a mobile structure circumferentially surrounding the upper passage, the mobile structure being axially movable relative to the upper structure body and being circumferentially fixed relative thereto.
5. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 4, wherein the upper preload member comprises a plurality of first magnetic units circumferentially disposed on the movable structure, the lower preload member comprises a plurality of second magnetic units circumferentially disposed on the lower structure body, and the first magnetic units and the second magnetic units are disposed in one-to-one correspondence.
6. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a guide portion formed on at least one of the upper or lower preload members for guiding the precise abutment between the upper and lower preload members.
7. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 4, wherein the upper stapling element includes a plurality of staple cartridges and a plurality of staples disposed therein circumferentially on the upper structural body, and a plurality of staple paths disposed circumferentially on the movable structure, and the lower stapling element includes a plurality of staple seats disposed circumferentially on the lower structural body, wherein each staple seat, each staple path, and each staple cartridge are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, each staple cartridge pushes out each staple disposed therein through each staple path, and each staple seat is configured to provide a supporting force to each pushed-out staple and to clinch legs of each staple, thereby performing a stapling operation on the foreskin.
8. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 7, wherein the upper ring cutter includes a ring cutter on the upper structural body and the lower ring cutter is a knife slot on the lower structural body.
9. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 8, wherein the upper anastomosis member and the lower anastomosis member each have a first outer diameter, the upper and lower circumcision members each have a second inner diameter, and the first outer diameter is less than the second inner diameter.
10. A method for using a circumcision and circumcision instrument, applied to a circumcision and circumcision instrument according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following processing steps:
sleeving the lower anastomosis structure on the penis by passing the penis through the lower penetration channel;
performing eversion and adjustment operation on the foreskin of the penis, and positioning the foreskin to be cut by means of the lower pre-tightening piece;
sleeving the upper anastomosis structure on the penis by penetrating the penis through the upper penetration passage, and extending and exposing a glans part of the penis from the upper penetration passage;
the prepuce to be cut on the penis is clamped between the upper pre-tightening piece and the lower pre-tightening piece, the prepuce to be cut is fixed in a pre-tightening mode by utilizing the magnetic attraction between the upper pre-tightening piece with the first magnetism and the lower pre-tightening piece with the second magnetism, and the prepuce to be cut is further adjusted; and
the upper anastomosis structure and the lower anastomosis structure are respectively assembled on the clamping device, acting force is applied to the upper anastomosis structure and the lower anastomosis structure by the clamping device, so that the upper anastomosis structure and the lower anastomosis structure move oppositely, the foreskin is anastomosed by the cooperative fit of the upper anastomosis member and the lower anastomosis member, and the foreskin is circumcised by the cooperative fit of the upper circumcision member and the lower circumcision member.
