Specifically, the transmission assembly 47 mainly includes a pair of first links 49, a slider core shaft 50, and a pair of second links 51, which are symmetrically distributed, wherein each first link 49 is hinged on two sides of the slider core shaft 50, and each second link 51 is hinged on two sides of the top end of the slider core shaft 50.
The hand-held portion 46 is a pair of handles symmetrically distributed on two opposite sides of the clamping body 45, the top end of the hand-held portion is hinged on the clamping body 45, and the middle end of the hand-held portion is hinged with the first connecting rod 49 of the transmission component 47.
The clamping assembly 48 includes an upper clamping unit 481 and a lower clamping unit 482 which are matched with each other, wherein the upper clamping unit 481 includes an upper clamping and positioning unit 25 and an upper parallel moving part 483, and the lower clamping unit 482 includes a lower clamping and positioning unit 26 and a lower parallel moving part 484. The upper clamping and positioning unit 25 and the lower clamping and positioning unit 26 are respectively used for fixedly combining the upper positioning unit 15 of the upper anastomosis assembly 12 and the lower positioning unit 23 of the second lower anastomat 22, the upper parallel movable portion 483 and the lower parallel movable portion 484 are respectively hinged with one of the second connecting rods 51, and parallel sliding grooves 485 and 486 are respectively arranged in the upper parallel movable portion 483 and the lower parallel movable portion 484.
The holding body 45 is a hollow structure, and two opposite sides of the top end of the holding body are respectively provided with a slide block 487 (shown in fig. 2), and each slide block 487 is respectively matched with the slide grooves 485 and 486 in the upper parallel movable portion 483 and the lower parallel movable portion 484. By means of the above structural design, the upper clamping unit 481 and the lower clamping unit 482 of the clamping device 24 of the present application can only be clamped in parallel up and down, so that when the upper anastomosis component 12 and the lower anastomosis component 17 are clamped, the clamping force is always parallel to the axial direction thereof, and the force is uniformly and reliably applied.
When the circumcision instrument 1 of the present application is used to perform the circumcision, the first lower anastomat 18 is firstly sleeved on the penis by the second annular opening 19, the foreskin to be cut is everted and wrapped on the periphery of the first lower anastomat 18, and the length is adjusted to be suitable. Then, the second lower anastomat 22 with the first half ring 40 and the second half ring 42 in the unlocked state is sleeved on the periphery of the first lower anastomat 18, and the first locking unit 41 and the second locking unit 43 are locked, so that the first half ring 40 and the second half ring 42 are fixedly combined with each other to form the second lower anastomat 22 with the fourth annular opening 44 and fixedly sleeved on the periphery of the first lower anastomat 18, so that the foreskin to be cut is fixed between the first lower anastomat 18 and the second lower anastomat 22, and in this state, the second lower anastomat 22 and the first lower anastomat 18 are circumferentially fixed to form the lower anastomosis assembly 17. And in a preferred embodiment, the first locking unit 41 and the second locking unit 43 can be designed to have a sectional locking adjustment function (e.g. a two-stage adjustment function), the surgeon can first set the first locking unit 41 and the second locking unit 43 in a first-stage locking state to leave a fine gap between the second lower stapler 22 and the first lower stapler 18 for further adjustment operation of the surgeon on the foreskin to be cut, and after the adjustment is completed, set the first locking unit 41 and the second locking unit 43 in a second-stage locking state, that is, the first locking unit 41 and the second locking unit 43 are in a fully locked state to tightly fit the second lower stapler 22 and the first lower stapler 18 together. Next, the upper positioning unit 15 of the upper anastomosis assembly 12 is fixedly combined with the upper clamping positioning unit 25 of the clamping device 24 (it should be noted that, in practical applications, this step may be performed before the first lower anastomat 18 is placed on the penis). Then, the upper anastomosis member 12 is sleeved on the penis by the first annular opening 13, so that the first annular opening 13 and the first lower anastomosis device 18 are combined with each other to form a passage through which the penis can pass, and then the lower positioning unit 23 of the lower anastomosis member 17 is fixedly combined with the lower clamping positioning unit 26 of the clamping device 24, so that the positions of the nail channels 27 on the first upper anastomosis device 29, the positions of the nail bins 36 on the second upper anastomosis device 32 and the positions of the nail seats 20 on the first lower anastomosis device 18 are correspondingly matched one by one, and simultaneously, the annular cutter 16 on the second upper anastomosis device 32 is correspondingly matched with the position of the cutter slot 21 on the first lower anastomosis device 18. Then, a force is applied to the clamping device 24 to move the upper anastomosis component 12 and the lower anastomosis component 17 towards each other under the clamping force provided by the clamping device 24, so that the annular cutter 16 is matched with the knife slot 21 to cut the foreskin, and simultaneously, the staple cartridges 36 on the second upper anastomat 32 push out the staples 37 stored therein through the staple channels 27 on the first upper anastomat 29, so that the legs of the staples 37 are riveted by the supporting force provided by the staple holders 20 on the first lower anastomat 18 to perform an anastomosis operation on the foreskin.
