In the present embodiment, the upper anastomosis member 214 and the lower anastomosis member 223 have a first outer diameter, the upper circumcision member 213 and the lower circumcision member 222 have a second inner diameter, and the first outer diameter is smaller than the second inner diameter, so that the upper circumcision member 213 and the lower circumcision member 222 perform circumcision on the outer ring and the upper anastomosis member 214 and the lower anastomosis member 223 perform circumcision on the inner ring at the same time, thereby achieving synchronous performance of the circumcision and the circumcision, and effectively improving the safety of the operation while simplifying the operation steps.
In addition, the anastomotic device 20 of the present application may further include a pre-tightening member, such as a pre-tightening ring 224 (shown in fig. 6 and 8) sleeved on the lower structure body 221 in the drawings of the present embodiment, wherein the inner diameter of the pre-tightening ring 224 is adjustable for providing a pre-tightening fixing effect on the foreskin to be cut. It should be noted that the structural design of the preload element is not limited to the embodiment shown in fig. 6 and 8, and may be implemented in other manners, which are not repeated herein since they are not the technical key points of the present application.
In addition, the upper fitting structure 21 further includes a limiting structure 215, which includes a first limiting member 215A disposed on the first upper structure body 211 and a second limiting member 215B disposed on the second upper structure body 212. In the present embodiment, the first position-limiting portion 215A is, for example, a protrusion 215A disposed on an inner wall of the first upper structure body 211, and the second position-limiting unit 215B is, for example, a groove 215B disposed on an outer wall of the second upper structure body 212 along an axial direction of the second upper structure body 212, so that the first upper structure body 211 can move axially relative to the second upper structure body 212 by sliding the protrusion 215A in the groove 215B. Furthermore, the limiting structure 215 is further defined with a first limiting portion 2151 and a second limiting portion 2152, in this embodiment, the first limiting portion 2151 and the second limiting portion 2152 are respectively located at two ends of the groove 215B, for example, so as to limit the first upper structure body 211 (the bump 215A) to axially move relative to the second upper structure body 212 within a stroke range defined by the first limiting portion 2151 and the second limiting portion 2152. Furthermore, the above-mentioned limiting structure 215 can also realize the circumferential fixation between the first upper structure body 211 and the second upper structure body 212, thereby facilitating the position alignment between the upper anastomosis member 214 and the lower anastomosis member 223.
In the present application, the anastomotic device 20 is switchable between the pre-operative condition and the operative condition following the axial movement of the first upper structural body 211 with respect to the second upper structural body 212. Specifically, when the anastomotic device 20 is in the pre-operation state, the first upper structure body 211 is located at the position of the first limiting portion 2151 relative to the second upper structure body 212 (refer to the state shown in fig. 4), and in this state, the upper anastomosis member 214 and the lower anastomosis member 223 are not acted, and the upper ring cutting member 213 and the lower ring cutting member 222 are not acted, so that the doctor can perform the pre-tightening fixing operation of the foreskin by using the pre-tightening member (such as the pre-tightening ring 224). When the anastomosis device 20 is switched from the pre-operation state to the operation state, the first upper structure body 211 is axially moved from the first position-limiting portion 2151 to the second position-limiting portion 2152 relative to the second upper structure body 212. When the anastomosis device 20 is in an operating state, the first upper structure body 211 is located at the position of the second limiting portion 2152 relative to the second upper structure body 212 (refer to the state shown in fig. 5), in this state, the upper anastomosis member 214 and the lower anastomosis member 223 cooperate with each other to perform an anastomosis operation on the foreskin, and meanwhile, the upper ring cutting member 213 and the lower ring cutting member 222 cooperate with each other to perform a ring cutting operation on the foreskin, so as to perform the foreskin anastomosis and the ring cutting operation in a linkage manner.
The structure of the clamping device 10 is substantially the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, and mainly includes a first clamping member 11, a second clamping member 12, a third clamping member 13, and a pivot member 14 pivotally connected to the first clamping member 11, the second clamping member 12, and the third clamping member 13, respectively. The first clamping member 11 is used for assembling the first upper structure body 211 of the upper anastomosis structure 21. The second clamping member 12 is used for assembling the second upper structure body 212 of the upper anastomosis structure 21, and the second clamping member 12 is detachably assembled to the first clamping member 11 to form the clamping assembly 15. In one embodiment, the clamping device 10 further comprises a combination 16, wherein in this embodiment, the combination 16 comprises a first engaging member 161 disposed on the first clamping member 11 and a second engaging member 162 disposed on the second clamping member 12 (as shown in fig. 5), and the first engaging member 161 and the second engaging member 162 are engaged with each other to provide the second clamping member 12 to be detachably combined with the first clamping member 11. Third clamp 13 is used to assemble lower anastomosis structure 22 of anastomosis device 20.
Referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment, the first clamping member 11 further has a first pivot portion 111, a first clamping portion 112 and a first actuating portion 113; the second clamping member 12 has a second pivot portion 121 and a second clamping portion 122; the third clamping member 13 has a third pivot portion 131, a third clamping portion 132 and a third actuating portion 133; in the embodiment, the first pivot portion 111, the second pivot portion 121, and the third pivot portion 131 are used to provide the first clamping member 11, the second clamping member 12, and the third clamping member 13 to pivot to the pivot member 14, for example, the first pivot portion 111, the second pivot portion 121, and the third pivot portion 131 are pivot holes formed on the first clamping member 11, the second clamping member 12, and the third clamping member 13, and the pivot member 14 is a pivot rod, for example, by passing the first pivot portion 111, the second pivot portion 121, and the third pivot portion 131 through the pivot member 14, the first clamping member 11, the second clamping member 12, and the third clamping member 13 can rotate around the pivot member 14. In addition, the first actuating portion 113 and the third actuating portion 133 are used for providing an applying force, and the first clamping portion 112, the second clamping portion 122, and the third clamping portion 132 are used for providing an assembly of the first upper structural body 211, the second upper structural body 212, and the lower anastomosis structure 22.
In addition, the clamping device 10 of the present application can be implemented in different configurations. In one embodiment, the first pivot portion 111 and the first actuating portion 113 are respectively located at two ends of the first clamping portion 112, the third pivot portion 131 and the third actuating portion 133 are respectively located at two ends of the third clamping portion 132, and the second pivot portion 121 is located at one end of the second clamping member 12, so as to form the structural configuration of the clamping device 10 shown in fig. 1 to 5. However, in another embodiment, the first pivot portion 111 is located between the first clamping portion 112 and the first pivot portion 111, the third pivot portion 131 is located between the third clamping portion 132 and the third pivot portion 131, and the second pivot portion 121 is located at one end of the second clamping member 12, so as to form the structure of the clamping device 10 shown in fig. 9.
In addition, in order to adapt the clamping device 10 of the present application to the anastomotic devices 20 with different calibers, in the present embodiment, the first clamping member 11 further has a first adapting unit 114 detachably assembled on the first clamping portion 112, the second clamping member 12 further has a second adapting unit 124 detachably assembled on the second clamping portion 122, and the third clamping portion 132 further has a third adapting unit 134 detachably assembled on the third clamping portion 132 (as shown in fig. 3), wherein the different first adapting unit 114, the second adapting unit 124, and the third adapting unit 134 may have different inner diameters, so as to provide that the first clamping portion 112, the second clamping portion 122, and the third clamping portion 132 are adapted to assemble the first upper structure body 211, the second upper structure body 212, and the lower anastomotic structure 22 with different diameters (outer diameters).
With continued reference to fig. 3, in the preferred embodiment, the first adapting unit 114 is pivotally connected to the first clamping portion 112, so that the first adapting unit 114 can rotate relative to the first clamping portion 112, so as to provide that the circumferential sections of the upper first upper structure body 211 and the lower anastomosis structure 22 can be always kept parallel when the first clamping member 11 and the third clamping member 13 are relatively pivoted around the pivot member 14 (refer to fig. 2), thereby ensuring that the upper and lower anastomosis members 213, 222, 214 and 223 are uniformly stressed in the circumferential direction when cooperating, and ensuring that the circumcision and anastomosis operations can be smoothly performed.
Furthermore, the above-mentioned holding device 10 may also provide for the circumferential fixation between the upper 21 and lower 22 anastomosis structures of the anastomosis device 20. Specifically, in another embodiment, the circumcision and circumcision instrument 1 further includes an upper coupling assembly 31 and a lower coupling assembly 32, wherein the upper coupling assembly 31 includes a first upper coupling unit 31a (as shown in fig. 1 and 3) disposed on the second clamping member 12 (the second adapting unit 124) and a second upper coupling unit 31b disposed on the second upper structure body 212, and the first upper coupling unit 31a and the second upper coupling unit 31b are engaged with each other to assemble the second upper structure body 212 on the second clamping member 12 and circumferentially fix the two. Here, the lower coupling assembly 32 includes a first lower coupling unit 32a (shown in fig. 1 and 3) disposed on the third clamping member 13 (the third adapting unit 134) and a second lower coupling unit 32b disposed on the lower structure body 221, and the lower structure body 221 is assembled on the third clamping member 13 and circumferentially fixed therebetween by mutually engaging the first lower coupling unit 32a and the second lower coupling unit 32 b. In addition, as described above, since the second upper structural body 212 and the first upper structural body 211 are also circumferentially fixed, the clamping device 10 can provide circumferential fixation between the upper anastomosis structure 21 and the lower anastomosis structure 22 of the anastomosis device 20, thereby ensuring smooth performance of the foreskin anastomosis operation.
In this embodiment, when the second clamping member 12 of the clamping device 10 is assembled to the first clamping member 11 to form the clamping assembly 15, the second upper structure body 212 assembled to the second clamping member 12 and the first upper structure body 211 assembled to the first clamping member 11 can pivot relative to the pivot joint 14, that is, the upper engaging structure 21 is pivoted relative to the pivot joint 14 as a whole, and the first upper structure body 211 is located at the position of the first position-limiting portion 2151 relative to the second upper structure body 212, in this state, the first clamping member 11 is forced or the first clamping member 11 and the third clamping member 13 are forced together, and the clamping assembly 15 and the third clamping member 13 are actuated to pivot relative to each other with the pivot joint 14 as the center, so as to drive the upper engaging structure 21 and the lower engaging structure 22 to move towards each other until the anastomosis device 20 is in a pre-operation state, for example, the second upper structure body 212 and the lower engaging structure 22 of the upper anastomosis structure 21 abut against each other, and the first upper structure body 211 is still located at the position of the first position-limiting portion 2151 (refer to the state shown in fig. 4) relative to the second upper structure body 212. As described above, in this state, there is no interaction between the upper and lower stapling elements 214 and 223, 213, and 222, which allows the surgeon to perform a pre-tightening procedure (e.g., using the pre-tightening ring 224) for the foreskin.
When the anastomosis device 20 is in the pre-operation state, the first clamping member 11 and the third clamping member 13 are continuously stressed, so that the second clamping member 12 and the first clamping member 11 are separated from each other, and the first clamping member 11 is actuated to further pivot relatively around the pivot member 14, so as to drive the first upper structure body 211 to move axially relative to the second upper structure body 212 in a direction approaching the lower anastomosis structure 22 (i.e. the first upper structure body 211 moves relative to the second upper structure body 212 from the first position-limiting portion 2151 in a direction of the second position-limiting portion 2152), until the anastomosis device 20 is switched from the pre-operation state to the operation state, that is, the first upper structure body 211 is located at the position of the second position-limiting portion 2152 relative to the second upper structure body 212 (refer to the state shown in fig. 5). As described above, in this state, the upper and lower anastomosis members 214, 223 cooperate to perform an anastomosis procedure with respect to the foreskin, and the upper and lower ring cutting members 213, 222 also cooperate to perform a ring cutting procedure with respect to the foreskin.
Furthermore, the application also provides a using method of the foreskin anastomosis and circumcision instrument, which mainly comprises the following processing steps:
the assembly of the anastomosis device to the clamping device comprises, in particular, the assembly of the first upper structure body 211 to the first clamping member 11, the assembly of the second upper structure body 212 to the second clamping member 12, and the assembly of the lower anastomosis structure 22 to the third clamping member 13.
The second clamping member 12 of the clamping device is assembled to the first clamping member 11 to form a clamping assembly 15, so that the second upper structure body 212 of the anastomosis device and the first upper structure body 211 form a linkage action relationship.
The penis can respectively pass through the lower through channel and the upper through channel, the lower inosculation structure and the upper inosculation structure are coaxially assembled on the penis, and the glans part of the penis extends out of the upper through channel and is exposed.
By applying a force to the first clamping member 11 or applying a force to the first clamping member 11 and the third clamping member 13 simultaneously, the clamping assembly 15 and the third clamping member 13 are actuated to pivot relatively around the pivot 14, so as to drive the second upper structure body 212 to move along with the first upper structure body 211 in a direction approaching the lower anastomosis structure 22, until the anastomosis device 20 is in the pre-operation state. In this state, a part of the foreskin to be cut is clamped between the second upper structure body 212 and the lower anastomosis structure 22, and the upper anastomosis member 214 and the lower anastomosis member 223, and the upper ring cutting member 213 and the lower ring cutting member 222 are not affected, so that the doctor can perform an adjustment operation on the foreskin to be cut. It should be noted that, in this process, the present application may further include performing a pre-tightening fixing operation on the foreskin to be cut by using the anastomosis device 20, however, since the pre-tightening fixing operation can be implemented by various embodiments and is not directly related to the clamping device 10 of the present application, further description is omitted here to avoid obscuring the technical focus of the present application.
The acting force is continuously applied to the first clamping member 11 and the third clamping member 13, so that the second clamping member 12 and the first clamping member 11 are separated from each other, and the first clamping member 11 and the third clamping member 13 are further pivoted relative to each other with the pivot member 14 as the center, thereby driving the first upper structure body 211 to move axially relative to the second upper structure body 212 in the direction approaching the lower anastomosis structure 22 until the anastomosis device 20 is switched from the pre-operation state to the operation state, i.e. the upper anastomosis member 214 and the lower anastomosis member 223 cooperate to anastomosis the foreskin, and the upper incision member 213 and the lower incision member 222 cooperate to circumcise the foreskin, thereby completing the foreskin anastomosis and the circumcision operations.
In conclusion, the clamping device provided by the application utilizes the sectional type clamping function to control the switching of the anastomosis device between the pre-operation state and the operation state, thereby facilitating the execution of the foreskin anastomosis and the circumcision, realizing the purpose that a doctor can complete the operation by one-man operation, and effectively improving the safety of the operation.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not limited thereto; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (14)

1. A clamping device, comprising: the clamping device comprises a first clamping piece, a second clamping piece, a third clamping piece and a pivoting piece; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the second clamping piece is detachably combined to the first clamping piece to form a clamping assembly, and the pivoting piece is used for pivoting the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the third clamping piece so that the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the third clamping piece can pivot by taking the pivoting piece as a center; and wherein the one or more of the one,
when the second clamping piece is combined on the first clamping piece to form the clamping assembly, the first clamping piece can be stressed or the first clamping piece and the third clamping piece can be stressed, so that the clamping assembly and the third clamping piece pivot relatively by taking the pivot piece as a center until a first included angle is formed between the clamping assembly and the third clamping piece; and
the first clamping piece and the third clamping piece can be continuously stressed, so that the second clamping piece and the first clamping piece are separated from each other, the first included angle is kept between the second clamping piece and the third clamping piece, the first clamping piece is further pivoted by taking the pivot joint piece as a center, and a second included angle smaller than the first included angle is formed between the first clamping piece and the third clamping piece.
2. The clamping device of claim 1, further comprising a combination disposed on each of said first clamping member and said second clamping member for providing a removable coupling of said second clamping member to said first clamping member.
3. The clamping device of claim 1, wherein the first clamping member has a first pivot portion, a first clamping portion, and a first actuating portion, the second clamping member has a second pivot portion and a second clamping portion, and the third clamping member has a third pivot portion, a third clamping portion, and a third actuating portion; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first pivoting part, the second pivoting part and the third pivoting part are used for providing the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the third clamping piece which are respectively pivoted with the pivoting pieces, and the first actuating part and the third actuating part are used for providing an applying acting force; and wherein the one or more of the one,
the first pivoting part and the first actuating part are respectively positioned at two ends of the first clamping part, the third pivoting part and the third actuating part are respectively positioned at two ends of the third clamping part, and the second pivoting part is positioned at one end of the second clamping part; or the first pivoting part is positioned between the first clamping part and the first pivoting part, the third pivoting part is positioned between the third clamping part and the third pivoting part, and the second pivoting part is positioned at one end of the second clamping piece.
4. A foreskin anastomosis and circumcision instrument for anastomosing and circumcising a foreskin on a penis, comprising:
the anastomosis device comprises an upper anastomosis structure and a lower anastomosis structure, the upper anastomosis structure further comprises a first upper structure body and a second upper structure body, the first upper structure body can axially move relative to the second upper structure body, the first upper structure body and the second upper structure body are circumferentially fixed, and the anastomosis device can be switched between a pre-operation state and an operation state along with the axial movement of the first upper structure body relative to the second upper structure body; and
a clamping device having:
a first clamp for assembling the first upper structure body of the upper anastomosis structure;
the second clamping piece is used for assembling the second upper structure body of the upper inosculating structure, and the second clamping piece is detachably combined to the first clamping piece to form a clamping assembly;
a third clamp for assembling the lower anastomosis structure; and
the pivoting piece is used for pivoting the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the third clamping piece so that the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the third clamping piece can pivot by taking the pivoting piece as a center; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
when the second clamping piece is combined on the first clamping piece to form the clamping assembly, the first clamping piece can be stressed or the first clamping piece and the third clamping piece can be stressed, so that the clamping assembly and the third clamping piece are actuated to relatively pivot by taking the pivot joint piece as a center, and the upper anastomosis structure and the lower anastomosis structure are driven to move oppositely until the anastomosis device is in the pre-operation state; and
when the anastomosis device is in the pre-operation state, the first clamping piece and the third clamping piece can be continuously stressed, so that the second clamping piece and the first clamping piece are separated from each other, and the first clamping piece is actuated to further pivot relatively by taking the pivot connection piece as a center, so as to drive the first upper structure body to axially move relative to the second upper structure body towards the direction close to the lower anastomosis structure until the anastomosis device is switched from the pre-operation state to the operation state, so as to anastomose and circumcise the foreskin on the penis.
5. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 4, wherein the clamping means further comprises a combination of the first and second clamping members for providing the second clamping member to be detachably combined to the first clamping member.
6. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 4,
the upper anastomosis structure also comprises an upper penetrating channel, an upper ring cutting piece and an upper anastomosis piece, wherein the upper penetrating channel penetrates through the first upper structure body and the second upper structure body, the upper ring cutting piece is arranged on the first upper structure body and circumferentially surrounds the upper penetrating channel, and the upper anastomosis piece is respectively arranged on the first upper structure body and the second upper structure body and circumferentially surrounds the upper penetrating channel;
the lower anastomosis structure also comprises a lower penetrating channel, a lower structure body, a lower ring cutting piece and a lower anastomosis piece, wherein the lower penetrating channel axially penetrates through the lower structure body, and the lower ring cutting piece and the lower anastomosis piece are respectively arranged on the lower structure body and circumferentially surround the lower penetrating channel; and wherein the one or more of the one,
the upper penetrating channel and the lower penetrating channel are used for providing the upper inosculation structure and the lower inosculation structure to be coaxially assembled on the penis.
7. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 6,
the upper inosculating structure also comprises a limiting structure which is respectively arranged on the first upper structure body and the second upper structure body, and a first limiting part and a second limiting part are defined on the limiting structure so as to limit the first upper structure body to axially move relative to the second upper structure body within a stroke range defined by the first limiting part and the second limiting part; and wherein the one or more of the one,
when the anastomosis device is in the pre-operation state, the first upper structure body is located at the first limiting part relative to the second upper structure body, and in this state, the upper anastomosis member and the lower anastomosis member are not acted, and the upper ring cutting member and the lower ring cutting member are not acted;
when the anastomosis device is switched from the pre-operation state to the operation state, the first upper structure body axially moves from the first limiting part to the second limiting part relative to the second upper structure body;
when the anastomosis device is in the operating state, the first upper structure body is located at the second limit portion relative to the second upper structure body, and in this state, the upper anastomosis member and the lower anastomosis member are cooperatively matched to anastomosis the foreskin, and the upper circumcision member and the lower circumcision member are cooperatively matched to circumcise the foreskin.
8. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 7, wherein the retention structure is further configured to provide circumferential securement between the first and second upper structural bodies.
9. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 8, further comprising an upper coupling assembly for coupling and circumferentially securing the second clamping member to the second upper structural body, and a lower coupling assembly for coupling and circumferentially securing the third clamping member to the lower structural body, to provide circumferential securement between the upper and lower anastomosis structures by means of the clamping device.
10. The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 9,
the upper anastomosis piece comprises a plurality of nail bins circumferentially distributed on the first upper structure body, a plurality of anastomosis nails stored in the nail bins, and a plurality of nail channels circumferentially distributed on the second upper structure body, the lower anastomosis piece comprises a plurality of nail seats circumferentially distributed on the lower structure body, wherein the arrangement positions of the nail seats, the nail channels and the nail bins are in one-to-one correspondence, the nail bins push out the anastomosis nails stored in the nail bins through the nail channels, and the nail seats are used for providing supporting force for the pushed-out anastomosis nails and riveting the nail feet of the anastomosis nails so as to perform anastomosis operation on the foreskin;
the upper ring cutting piece comprises a ring cutting knife arranged on the first upper structure body, and the lower ring cutting piece comprises a knife groove arranged on the lower structure body; and
the upper anastomosis member and the lower anastomosis member are respectively provided with a first outer diameter, the upper ring cutting member and the lower ring cutting member are respectively provided with a second inner diameter, and the first outer diameter is smaller than the second inner diameter.

The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 12, wherein the first adapting unit is pivotally connected to the first clamping portion for keeping the circumferential section of the first upper structure body and the circumferential section of the lower anastomosis structure parallel to each other when the first clamping member and the third clamping member pivot relatively around the pivotal connection member.

The circumcision and circumcision instrument as claimed in claim 11, wherein the first pivot portion and the first actuating portion are located at two ends of the first clamping portion, respectively, the third pivot portion and the third actuating portion are located at two ends of the third clamping portion, respectively, and the second pivot portion is located at one end of the second clamping member; or the first pivoting part is positioned between the first clamping part and the first pivoting part, the third pivoting part is positioned between the third clamping part and the third pivoting part, and the second pivoting part is positioned at one end of the second clamping piece.
