The following description will be given by taking example 1 as an example.
A preparation method of a feed additive for improving intestinal health and reducing diarrhea of weaned piglets comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing montmorillonite, adding copper sulfate, adding water to prepare magma with mass concentration of 10%, mixing uniformly, and carrying out ion interaction reaction for 8 hours at 65 ℃, wherein the stirring is carried out continuously during the reaction;
(2) Filtering to remove water, and washing with clear water again to obtain wet copper-loaded montmorillonite; adding the filtered filtrate into a mixed solution of copper sulfate and montmorillonite, and continuously carrying out mixing reaction;
(3) Adding 5500g of clear water, adding superfine pulverized herba Taraxaci, galla chinensis, fructus Piperis Longi, campsis grandiflora, glycyrrhrizae radix and radix astragali, extracting at 85 deg.C for 2.5 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate and residue, concentrating the filtrate, evaporating to dryness, drying the residue at about 70 deg.C, and mixing the two dry substances to obtain the copper-loaded montmorillonite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive.

Example 4:
the main differences from example 1 are: the copper-loaded montmorillonite prepared in step (2) was pretreated with an acid solution under the same preparation conditions as in example 1.
The steps of pretreating the copper-loaded montmorillonite are as follows: the pretreated copper-loaded montmorillonite was obtained by dispersing 15g of copper-loaded montmorillonite in 50g of phosphoric acid and magnetically stirring at 20 ℃ for 2 hours.
Example 5:
the main differences from example 2 are: the copper-loaded montmorillonite prepared in step (2) was pretreated with an acid solution under the same conditions as in example 2.
The steps of pretreating the copper-loaded montmorillonite are as follows: the pretreated copper-loaded montmorillonite was obtained by dispersing 18g of copper-loaded montmorillonite in 55g of phosphoric acid and magnetically stirring at 20 ℃ for 2 hours.
Example 6:
the main differences from example 3 are: the copper-loaded montmorillonite prepared in step (2) was pretreated with an acid solution under the same preparation conditions as in example 3.
The steps of pretreating the copper-loaded montmorillonite are as follows: the pretreated copper-loaded montmorillonite was obtained by dispersing 20g of copper-loaded montmorillonite in 60g of phosphoric acid and magnetically stirring at 20 ℃ for 2 hours.
Example 7:
the main differences from example 2 are: the preparation conditions are different, and after the materials are uniformly mixed in the step (1), ion interaction reaction is carried out for 7 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃; in step (3), extraction is carried out at 80 ℃ for 3 hours.
Example 8:
the main differences from example 5 are: the preparation conditions are different, and after the mixture is uniformly mixed in the step (1), ion interaction is carried out for 7 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃; in step (3), extraction is carried out at 80 ℃ for 3 hours.
And (3) performance detection:
the feed additives prepared in examples 1 to 8 were used as samples, and ordinary montmorillonite was used as a comparative example, and the bacteriostatic rates of Salmonella typhimurium (CMCC 50115), escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 25923) were examined.

According to the bacteriostatic rates of the common montmorillonite of the examples 1 to 8 and the control sample, the bacteriostatic rates of the feed additives prepared in the examples 1 to 8 are higher than that of the common montmorillonite of the control sample, which means that the feed additives are mixed with copper sulfate and montmorillonite, and then are comprehensively compatible with dandelion, gallnut, long pepper, trumpet creeper, liquorice and astragalus root for synergistic effect, so that the sterilizing and bacteriostatic capacities of the product are improved.
The combination of examples 1-3 and 4-5 shows that the sterilization rate of examples 4-5 is better than that of examples 1-3, which indicates that the sterilization and bacteriostasis capability of the feed additive is enhanced after the pretreatment of montmorillonite.
Combining the example 7 and the example 8, it can be seen that the sterilization rate of the example 8 is better than that of the example 7, which shows that the sterilization and bacteriostasis capability of the feed additive is enhanced after the montmorillonite is pretreated.
Application example:
application example 1:
180 Du's growing healthy weaned piglets which are 24 days old and have the weight of about 6.9kg are selected, randomly divided into 3 groups, each group has 6 repetitions, each repetition has 10 pigs, and divided into a positive control group, a negative control group and a test group, and the positive control group (containing zinc oxide), the negative control group (removing zinc oxide) and the test group (removing zinc oxide +2.5kg/t of copper-loaded montmorillonite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive) are respectively fed.
Wherein the positive care is a mixture of a zinc oxide additive and a common pig feed; the negative control material is common pig feed; the test feed was a mixture of plain pig feed and the feed additive prepared in example 2.
During the experiment, the patient can take food and drink water freely, and the experiment period is 14 days. No antibiotic anti-diarrhea drugs are additionally added in the experimental process, and diarrhea, feed consumption and initial weight and final weight of the pigs are recorded. The result shows that the cupronite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive increases the daily gain of piglets by 15.25%, reduces the feed conversion ratio by 10.36% and reduces the diarrhea rate by 8.68%.
Application example 2:
180 Du grown healthy weaned piglets which are 24 days old and have the weight of about 6.9kg are selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, each group has 6 repetitions, each 10 pigs are repeated, and the piglets are divided into a positive control group, a negative control group and a test group, and are respectively fed with a positive control (containing sulfur zinc oxide), a negative control (removing zinc oxide) and a test material (removing zinc oxide +2.5kg/t of copper-loaded montmorillonite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive).
Wherein the positive care is a mixture of a zinc oxide additive and a common feed; the negative control material is common feed; the test material was a mixture of ordinary feed and the feed additive prepared in example 5.
During the experiment, the patient can take food and drink water freely, and the experiment period is 14 days. In the experimental process, antibiotic anti-diarrhea drugs are not added additionally, and diarrhea, feed consumption and initial weight and final weight of pigs are recorded. The result shows that the cupronite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive improves the daily gain of piglets by 16.78%, reduces the feed conversion ratio by 16.42% and reduces the diarrhea rate by 14.53%.
Application example 3:
90 Du-growing healthy weaned piglets of 21 days old and with the weight of about 6.3kg are selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, each group has 6 repetitions, each 5 pigs are divided into a positive control group, a negative control group and a test group, and the positive control group (containing zinc oxide), the negative control group (removing zinc oxide) and the test group (removing zinc oxide +2.5kg/t of copper-loaded montmorillonite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive) are respectively fed.
Wherein the positive control is a mixture of a zinc oxide additive and a common feed; the negative control material is common feed; the test material was a mixture of ordinary feed and the feed additive prepared in example 7.

The result shows that the cupronite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive improves the daily gain of piglets by 9.83%, reduces the feed conversion ratio by 7.86% and reduces the diarrhea rate by 8.32%.
Application example 4:
90 young and healthy piglets of 21 days old and about 6.3kg in body weight are selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, each group has 6 repetitions, each repetition has 5 pigs, and the piglets are divided into a positive control group, a negative control group and a test group, and are respectively fed with a positive control (containing zinc oxide), a negative control (removing zinc oxide) and a test (removing zinc oxide +2.5kg/t of copper-loaded montmorillonite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive).

According to the application examples 1-4, the daily gain of piglets is improved, the feed conversion ratio is reduced, and the diarrhea rate is reduced by taking the copper-loaded montmorillonite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive, which shows that the copper-loaded montmorillonite-traditional Chinese medicine composite additive prepared by the application is comprehensively compatible with dandelion, gallnut, long pepper, campsis grandiflora, liquorice and astragalus mongholicus after mixing copper sulfate and montmorillonite, so that the synergistic effect is enhanced, the use effect is enhanced, the intestinal health state of piglets is effectively improved, and the diarrhea of weaned piglets is reduced.
The effect of application example 2 is better than that of application example 1, and the effect of application example 4 is better than that of application example 3, which shows that the intestinal health state of piglets is effectively improved by pretreating montmorillonite, so that diarrhea of weaned piglets is reduced.

Claims (10)
1. The feed additive for improving intestinal health and reducing diarrhea of weaned piglets is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-55 parts of montmorillonite, 1-6 parts of copper sulfate, 8-15 parts of dandelion, 8-12 parts of gallnut, 10-16 parts of long pepper, 5-9 parts of trumpet creeper, 3-8 parts of liquorice and 5-10 parts of astragalus membranaceus.
2. The feed additive according to claim 2, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 45-50 parts of montmorillonite, 2-5 parts of copper sulfate, 9-12 parts of dandelion, 9-11 parts of gallnut, 12-14 parts of long pepper, 6-8 parts of trumpet creeper, 5-7 parts of liquorice and 6-8 parts of astragalus membranaceus.
3. A preparation method of a feed additive for improving intestinal health and reducing diarrhea of weaned piglets is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Weighing the raw materials of the feed additive according to the proportion;
(2) Mixing copper sulfate and montmorillonite, adding water to obtain rock slurry with mass concentration of 5-10%, mixing, performing ion exchange reaction, and filtering to obtain copper-loaded montmorillonite;
(3) Adding water, mixing, adding herba Taraxaci, galla chinensis, fructus Piperis Longi, flos Campsis, glycyrrhrizae radix, and radix astragali, mixing, leaching, filtering, drying filtrate and residue, and mixing to obtain feed additive.
4. The production method according to claim 3, characterized in that: the temperature of the ion exchange reaction in the step (2) is 40-100 ℃; the reaction time is 6-8 hours.
5. The production method according to claim 3, characterized in that: the water added in the step (3) is 5-15 times of the mass of the montmorillonite in the step (2).

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of pretreating comprises: dispersing the copper-loaded montmorillonite in phosphoric acid, and performing magnetic stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain the pretreated copper-loaded montmorillonite.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein: the addition amount of copper-carrying montmorillonite is 15-20 parts by mass, and the addition amount of phosphoric acid is 50-60 parts by mass.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein: the temperature of magnetic stirring is 20-30 ℃.
