Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a composition with functions of soothing nerves, strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach and a preparation method of granules of the composition.
Background
Sub-health is a critical state between health and disease, most of which is similar to neurasthenia, and although the symptoms are not organically damaged, the symptoms have symptoms of easy mental fatigue, light sleep, dreaminess, limb lassitude and the like, seriously affect the normal work and rest of the patient, and interfere the normal life of the patient. Modern life is continuously developed, working pressure and irregular work and rest diet cause insomnia and dreaminess, inappetence, constipation, incoordination between intestines and stomach and reduction of immunity of organisms, and more people are troubled by sub-health, wherein teenagers are not lacked. Improving palpitation and calming the nerves are important for people of different ages, and the spleen and the stomach can be further damaged due to poor sleep.
At present, chinese and western medicines are generally adopted for treating insomnia by calming and hypnotizing and treating anxiety and depression and nutritional cranial nerves, although western medicines are quick in effect, the treatment effect of the western medicines is obviously limited and high in price, and some medicines also have side effects. With the continuous and deep research of the traditional Chinese medicine, the symptom groups can be brought into the categories of insomnia, depression syndrome and the like according to the symptoms, the theory of the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the symptoms are caused by the reasons of heart and spleen, the spleen and the stomach are the foundation of the acquired days and the source of the digestion of the food, the food essence can be slightly transported upwards to clear orifices, if the excessive thinking can damage the transportation and transformation functions of the spleen, the food cannot be nourished on the head and the face, the symptoms can appear, the qi and the spleen can be tonified, and therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine Sijunzi decoction is adopted to treat patients with heart-spleen deficiency type neurasthenia by adding and subtracting the traditional Chinese medicine Sijunzi decoction, and the good effect can be achieved.
In the prior art, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine formulas for soothing the nerves and strengthening the spleen and stomach are disclosed: the Chinese invention patent CN113017084A discloses a composition for calming heart, soothing nerves, tonifying spleen and kidney, health preserving powder, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components: spina date seed, lily, lotus seed, tuckahoe, longan aril, black sesame and walnut kernel. The composition has reasonable components, has obvious effects of calming nerves, relieving restlessness and depression and improving sleep quality, protects the functions of the spleen and the stomach to the maximum extent while calming the heart and soothing the nerves, has no side effect, and is prepared into health-care powder for daily administration. The Chinese invention patent CN105327238A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach, and a preparation method and application thereof. The composition is prepared into the traditional Chinese medicine beverage containing alcohol, which has the function of obviously improving sleep, but the traditional Chinese medicine beverage containing alcohol is only suitable for drinking by a small number of people and is not suitable for teenagers, old people, patients or other people who are not suitable for drinking. The Chinese herbal medicine has special smell, the taste is difficult to change when the Chinese herbal medicine is decocted for drinking, and the taste and smell are difficult to control when a plurality of medicines are used together. In the prior art, when the product of the traditional Chinese medicine formula is popularized, the traditional Chinese medicine formula not only has good efficacy, but also has the taste and smell and is convenient to transport and carry, and the problems need to be solved emphatically.
In order to research and obtain a composition which is suitable for most people to eat and has good effects of calming nerves, tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach, the invention researches the development trend of functional raw and auxiliary materials of traditional Chinese medicines and deeply researches the functional characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicines, researches the mutual synergistic collocation of the traditional Chinese medicines and the addition of the auxiliary materials and chemical additives, and develops a composition.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a composition with the functions of soothing the nerves, strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach and granules thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
firstly, the invention provides a composition with the functions of soothing nerves, strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-8 parts of radix pseudostellariae, 2-10 parts of fingered citron, 1-5 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 1-5 parts of fried malt, 5-15 parts of longan aril, 10-30 parts of Chinese yam, 10-30 parts of erythritol, 20-80 parts of dextrin, 3-20 parts of honey, 1-5 parts of citric acid, 2-8 parts of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and 0.5-5 parts of sodium bicarbonate.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of radix pseudostellariae, 5-8 parts of fingered citron, 2-4 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 1-3 parts of fried malt, 6-10 parts of longan pulp, 15-22 parts of Chinese yam, 15-25 parts of erythritol, 30-60 parts of dextrin, 5-15 parts of honey, 1-3 parts of citric acid, 3-5 parts of polyethylene glycol and 1-3 parts of sodium bicarbonate.
Further preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of radix pseudostellariae, 5 parts of fingered citron, 3 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 2 parts of fried malt, 8 parts of longan pulp, 18 parts of Chinese yam, 20 parts of erythritol, 50 parts of dextrin, 10 parts of honey, 2 parts of citric acid, 3.75 parts of polyethylene glycol and 1.5 parts of sodium bicarbonate.
Preferably, the dextrin is selected from at least one of corn dextrin, resistant dextrin, white dextrin, yellow dextrin, cyclodextrin and maltodextrin.
Further preferably, the dextrin is selected from at least one of corn dextrin, resistant dextrin and white dextrin.
Preferably, the polyethylene glycol is PEG-6000, and in the present application, the polyethylene glycol functions as a wrapping material for wrapping sodium bicarbonate, thereby achieving a sustained release effect.
Then, the invention provides granules with the functions of soothing nerves, strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach, which are prepared from the composition.
Finally, the present invention provides a method for preparing the above granules, comprising the steps of:
(1) Soaking radix Pseudostellariae, fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, parched Atractylodis rhizoma, parched fructus Hordei Germinatus, and arillus longan in water, boiling, and filtering to obtain filtrate 1 and residue;
(2) Adding water into the Chinese yam and the filter residue obtained in the step (1) continuously, boiling, and filtering to obtain a filtrate 2;
(3) Mixing the filtrate 1 and the filtrate 2 to obtain a total filtrate, and concentrating the total filtrate to obtain an extract;
(4) Mixing the extract with erythritol, dextrin and honey to obtain dry extract;
(5) Dividing the dry extract into two parts, mixing one part with citric acid, and mixing with ethanol to obtain soft acidic material; mixing the other part with mixture of sodium bicarbonate and polyethylene glycol, and mixing with ethanol to obtain soft alkaline material;
(6) Granulating the acid soft material and the alkali soft material, drying, and mixing to obtain the granule.
Preferably, in the step (1), the mixture is soaked in water, the solid-to-liquid ratio is 1:2-15, and the soaking time is 20-90min.
Preferably, in step (1), the boiling is: boiling with strong fire, boiling with slow fire for 0.5-2 hr, and filtering while hot.
Preferably, in the step (2), the water is added for boiling, specifically: the solid-liquid ratio is 1:2-15, after boiling with strong fire, the mixture is boiled with slow fire for 0.5-1.5h, and then the hot mixture is filtered.
Preferably, in the step (3), the concentration is that the water decoction is concentrated and settled, and the total filtrate is primarily filtered by adopting a reduced pressure filtration method to reduce the precipitation; and then carrying out reduced pressure distillation, concentrating until the extract is not hung on the wall, centrifuging at the low temperature of 0-10 ℃ to obtain supernatant, and continuously concentrating by using an evaporating dish to obtain the extract.
Preferably, in the step (3), the solid content of the extract is 0.5-8g/mL.
Further preferably, the solid content of the extract is 3-5g/mL.
Preferably, in the step (4), the erythritol and the dextrin are dried at a low temperature and then screened for use.
Preferably, in the step (4), the mass ratio of the extract to the dextrin to the erythritol is 1:1-3:1-3.
Preferably, in the step (5), the soft acid material is prepared by: mixing the dry extract and citric acid uniformly by equivalent incremental method, and mixing with adhesive anhydrous ethanol to obtain soft acid material; the preparation of the alkali soft material is specifically as follows: mixing the dry extract with a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and polyethylene glycol, and mixing with anhydrous ethanol as binder to obtain an alkali soft material; the acid soft material and the alkali soft material are prepared by being held by hand to form a cluster and being scattered by light pressing.
Further preferably, in the step (5), the mixture of sodium bicarbonate and polyethylene glycol refers to sodium bicarbonate coated with polyethylene glycol: heating polyethylene glycol at 60-80 deg.C to molten state, mixing with sodium bicarbonate, pulverizing, and sieving; the mass ratio of the polyethylene glycol to the sodium bicarbonate is 1-3:1; the citric acid needs to be sieved for use; the mass ratio of the citric acid to the sodium bicarbonate is 1.
Preferably, in the step (6), the drying specifically is to dry the granulated particles at 30-50 ℃ for 60-120min, wherein the water content is controlled to be lower than 2% every 30min of turnover; and (3) drying and sieving, wherein a No. 1 sieve and a No. 5 sieve are used, and the total amount of particles with the particle size larger than that of the No. 1 sieve and smaller than that of the No. 5 sieve is not more than 15%.
Preferably, in the step (6), the mixing is to mix the dried acid soft material particles and the dried alkali soft material particles uniformly according to a mass ratio of 1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the composition comprising the components of radix pseudostellariae, fingered citron, stir-fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, stir-fried malt, dried longan pulp and Chinese yam is applied to the preparation of the granules with the functions of soothing the nerves, strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach, and auxiliary materials of erythritol, honey, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate and polyethylene glycol are added, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is good in flavor and suitable for most people including the old and the teenagers to eat;
2. the Chinese yam component in the composition has the effects of strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach, the arillus longan is beneficial to strengthening spleen and soothing nerves of the fried bighead atractylodes rhizome and the fried malt, the components are synergistic, and the effects of soothing nerves, strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach are obviously improved;
3. the sweetening agent in the composition is mainly erythritol, so that the composition is not fermented in colon, and gastrointestinal discomfort can be avoided, so that the stomach nourishing effect is enhanced;
4. in the preparation process of the granule, the water decoction concentration and sedimentation technology is adopted, and the proportion of dextrin and erythritol is reasonably matched, so that the content of precipitates in the granule preparation is reduced.

The following non-limiting examples will provide those of ordinary skill in the art with a more complete understanding of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. The following is merely an exemplary illustration of the scope of the claims of the present application and various changes and modifications of the invention of the present application may be made by those skilled in the art based on the disclosure, which should also fall within the scope of the claims of the present application.
The present invention will be further described below by way of specific examples. The various chemicals used in the examples of the present invention were obtained by conventional commercial routes unless otherwise specified.
Radix pseudostellariae: sweet, slightly bitter and mild in nature and taste. The radix pseudostellariae has the effects of improving the central nervous function of a human body, conditioning palpitation and insomnia and tranquilizing and allaying excitement.
Fingered citron: is dried fruit of Rutaceae plant fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, white in flesh, and has no seeds; the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits of the fingered citron can be used as medicines, the fruits are pungent, bitter and warm in taste, enter the liver and spleen, have the effects of soothing the liver, regulating the flow of qi, harmonizing the stomach and eliminating phlegm, and are mainly used for treating hypochondriac pain, chest distress, disharmony between the liver and the stomach, abdominal distending pain, eructation, nausea and the like caused by qi stagnation of the spleen and the stomach.
Longan pulp: sweet in nature and warm in nature, and has the effects of tonifying heart and spleen, nourishing blood and tranquilization; has certain therapeutic effect on asthenia, insomnia and amnesia.
White atractylodes rhizome: bitter, sweet and warm in nature. It enters spleen and stomach meridians. Is a deficiency-tonifying medicine and is used for treating spleen deficiency, anorexia, abdominal distention, diarrhea, phlegm retention, dizziness, palpitation, edema, spontaneous perspiration and threatened abortion; but Bighead Atractylodes rhizome, rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, with bitter and dry taste, damaging yin, consolidating body fluid, causing thirst, and being contraindicated for patients with yin deficiency and internal heat.
Malt: recorded in the original source of medicine, mai ya tonifies deficiency of spleen and stomach, widens intestines and stomach, smashes finely, fries to be yellow, and takes out the powder for use. The raw malt has the main effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, soothing the liver and promoting the circulation of qi, and is mainly used for treating the symptoms of insufficient appetite due to spleen deficiency, milk insufficiency caused by stagnation of liver qi and the like; the roasted malt is produced by stir-frying raw malt, has the main effects of promoting digestion, promoting qi circulation and restoring milk, and is mainly used for indigestion and women weaning.
Chinese yam: sweet, warm, mild and nontoxic. Is a good product for entering lung, strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney. In the application of the invention, the yam component has the effects of strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach.
Erythritol: as a sugar, the molecular weight is very small, most of the sugar can be quickly absorbed in cerebellum, and the sugar cannot be metabolized and decomposed and is discharged out of the body along with urine; erythritol has a lower average glycemic index and a lower average insulin index than xylitol, and therefore has less effect on blood glucose and is suitable for diabetic patients.
In the examples described below, the erythritol is available from Shanghai Michelin Biochemical technology, inc. under the designation SJ-E808834; dextrin is purchased from Shanghai Michelin Biochemical technology Limited, and has a product number of SJ-D806744; polyethylene glycol was purchased from Tanshino Chemicals, inc.
Examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 4
The formulations of the components of the compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 are shown in Table 1 in parts by weight, and the preparation method of the granules is identical.

In examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 of the present invention, a method for preparing granules, comprising the steps of:
(1) Soaking radix Pseudostellariae, fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, parched Atractylodis rhizoma, parched fructus Hordei Germinatus, and arillus longan in 5 times of water for 50min, boiling with strong fire, boiling with slow fire for 50min, and filtering under reduced pressure to obtain filtrate 1 and residue.
(2) And (2) continuously adding 5 times of water into the Chinese yam and the filter residue in the step (1), boiling with strong fire, then slightly boiling with soft fire for 50min, and filtering under reduced pressure when the mixture is hot to obtain a filtrate 2.
(3) Combining the filtrate 1 and the filtrate 2 to obtain a total filtrate, and primarily filtering the total filtrate by adopting a reduced pressure filtration method to reduce precipitation; and then carrying out reduced pressure distillation, concentrating until the precipitate is not hung on the wall, centrifuging at the low temperature of 4 ℃ to obtain supernatant, and continuously concentrating by using an evaporating dish to obtain extract with the solid content of 4 g/mL.
(4) Drying erythritol and dextrin at-20 deg.C, sieving with No. 5 sieve, mixing with the extract and Mel, and stirring to obtain dry extract.
(5) Dividing the dry extract into two equal parts, and respectively preparing an acid soft material and an alkali soft material: preparing an acid soft material: mixing one part of the dry extract with citric acid by equivalent incremental method, and mixing with adhesive anhydrous ethanol to obtain soft acid material; preparing an alkali soft material: heating PEG-6000 at 60-80 deg.C to molten state, mixing with sodium bicarbonate, pulverizing, sieving with No. 5 sieve, mixing with one part of dry extract, and mixing with anhydrous ethanol as binder to obtain soft alkali material; the acid soft material and the alkali soft material are prepared by being held into a ball by hand and being scattered by light pressing. (6) Granulating the acid soft material and the alkali soft material, drying at 40 deg.C for 90min, turning over every 30min, and controlling water content to be lower than 2%; and (2) drying and then sieving, wherein a No. 1 sieve and a No. 5 sieve are used, the total amount of particles with the particle size larger than that of the No. 1 sieve and the particle size smaller than that of the No. 5 sieve is not more than 15%, and the dried acid soft material particles and the dried alkali soft material particles are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1.5-2 to obtain the final composition granule product.
Comparative example 5
In contrast to example 1, the granules of comparative example 5 were prepared in a different manner:
(1) Soaking radix Pseudostellariae, fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, atractylodis rhizoma, fructus Hordei Germinatus preparata, arillus longan and rhizoma Dioscoreae in 5 times of water for 50min, boiling with strong fire, boiling with slow fire for 90min, and filtering under reduced pressure to obtain filtrate.
(2) The filtrate is preliminarily filtered by adopting a reduced pressure filtration method, so that the precipitation is reduced; and then carrying out reduced pressure distillation, concentrating until the precipitate is not hung on the wall, centrifuging at the low temperature of 4 ℃ to obtain supernatant, and continuously concentrating by using an evaporating dish to obtain extract with the solid content of 4 g/mL.
(3) Drying erythritol and dextrin at-20 deg.C, sieving with No. 5 sieve, mixing with the extract and Mel, and stirring to obtain dry extract.
(4) Dividing the dry extract into two equal parts, and respectively preparing an acid soft material and an alkali soft material: preparing an acid soft material: mixing one part of the dry extract with citric acid by equivalent incremental method, and mixing with adhesive anhydrous ethanol to obtain soft acid material; preparing an alkali soft material: heating PEG-6000 at 60 deg.C to molten state, mixing with sodium bicarbonate, pulverizing, sieving with No. 5 sieve, mixing with one part of dry extract, and mixing with adhesive anhydrous ethanol to obtain alkali soft material; the acid soft material and the alkali soft material are prepared into the standard that the acid soft material and the alkali soft material are held by hands to form a mass and are scattered by light pressing.
(5) Granulating the acid soft material and the alkali soft material, drying at 40 deg.C for 90min, turning over every 30min, and controlling water content to be lower than 2%; and (2) drying and sieving, wherein a No. 1 sieve and a No. 5 sieve are used, the total amount of the particles with the particle size larger than that of the No. 1 sieve and smaller than that of the No. 5 sieve is not more than 15%, and the dried acid soft material particles and the dried alkali soft material particles are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:3 to obtain the final composition granule product.
Test 1 sensory evaluation of flavor
Sensory evaluation of odor, color and mouthfeel was performed on the granules prepared from the compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5.
Evaluation of the population: 20 healthy people of 18-60 years old; wherein, 10 male, 10 female, non-pregnant woman and lactating mother; no other metabolic diseases, digestive system diseases, endocrine system diseases, mental diseases and the like; no history of allergy and intolerance to the food to be tested; nutrient supplements affecting glucose tolerance, oral contraceptives, acetylsalicylic acid, steroids, protease inhibitors and antipsychotics were not taken for nearly 3 months. And (5) uniformly carrying out professional sensory evaluation training. After each drink is drunk by the evaluation population, a large amount of water is drunk for gargling, and the drinking interval time of the two drinks is more than 6 hours.
Taking 10g of the granular preparation, adding 150mL of hot water at 80 ℃, stirring for 2min until the granular preparation is dissolved and drinking, and evaluating by evaluation people. The evaluation criteria are shown in Table 2, and the evaluation results are shown in Table 3. The numbers in table 3 represent: of the 20 evaluators, the number of evaluators indicated that the flavor, color and taste of the granule preparation after dissolution and drinking were classified into category 1, category 2, category 3 or category 4.

Test 2 dissolution testing
The granules prepared from the compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 were tested for dissolution, which was determined by checking soluble granules according to the pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China, 2020 edition, and 10g of granule sample was taken, added with 200ml of hot water at 80 ℃ and stirred for observation. All particles were completely dissolved and a slight haze was allowed to pass. The granule formulations were examined for 0 day, 7 days and 14 days of standing, respectively. The results are shown in Table 4.

Test samples: granules prepared from the compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5.
Test animals: 120 SPF-class mice, each half of male and female, weighing 18 + -2 g, were randomly divided into 10 groups of 12 mice each, which were a blank control group, a model group, and an experimental group (examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5).

The Blank (BC) group was gavaged daily with 0.2ml of normal saline for 15 days.
Except the blank group, the rest groups adopt the diet irregular (diet for daytime), exercise and qi consumption (swimming for 30 min), and the senna leaf for feeding is 0.4g/d (for bitter and cold purgation, qi consumption and qi breaking), and the sleep is intervened for a week. Before daily feeding, the medicine is administrated according to the body weight, the medicine is swim after the medicine is administrated, the medicine is administrated for a fixed time every day, and the stomach is continuously infused for 29 days to prepare the spleen-stomach qi deficiency functional dyspepsia mouse model.
The test method comprises the following steps:
1. detection of pepsinogen content (mu g/L) in serum
Detection using an ELISA kit, ultraviolet spectrophotometer (shanghai chromatography instruments ltd); SPSS data analysis (one-way anova).
2. Detection of Gastrin, motilin and somatostatin contents
The detection was carried out using an ELISA kit and an ultraviolet spectrophotometer (Shanghai Yuan analysis instruments Co., ltd.).
The results are shown in Table 5.

Claims (10)
1. The composition with the functions of soothing nerves, strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 2-8 parts of radix pseudostellariae, 2-10 parts of fingered citron, 1-5 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 1-5 parts of fried malt, 5-15 parts of longan pulp, 10-30 parts of Chinese yam, 10-30 parts of erythritol, 20-80 parts of dextrin, 3-20 parts of honey, 1-5 parts of citric acid, 2-8 parts of polyethylene glycol and 0.5-5 parts of sodium bicarbonate.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, which comprises, in parts by weight, the following components: 3-6 parts of radix pseudostellariae, 5-8 parts of fingered citron, 2-4 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 1-3 parts of fried malt, 6-10 parts of longan pulp, 15-22 parts of Chinese yam, 15-25 parts of erythritol, 30-60 parts of dextrin, 5-15 parts of honey, 1-3 parts of citric acid, 3-5 parts of polyethylene glycol and 1-3 parts of sodium bicarbonate.
3. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of radix pseudostellariae, 5 parts of fingered citron, 3 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 2 parts of fried malt, 8 parts of longan pulp, 18 parts of Chinese yam, 20 parts of erythritol, 50 parts of dextrin, 10 parts of honey, 2 parts of citric acid, 3.75 parts of polyethylene glycol and 1.5 parts of sodium bicarbonate.
4. A process for the preparation of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
(1) Soaking radix Pseudostellariae, fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, parched Atractylodis rhizoma, parched fructus Hordei Germinatus, and arillus longan in water, boiling, and filtering to obtain filtrate 1 and residue;
(2) Adding water into the Chinese yam and the filter residue obtained in the step (1) continuously, boiling, and filtering to obtain a filtrate 2;
(3) Mixing the filtrate 1 and the filtrate 2 to obtain a total filtrate, and concentrating the total filtrate to obtain an extract;
(4) Mixing the extract with erythritol, dextrin and honey to obtain dry extract;
(5) Dividing the dry extract into two parts, mixing one part with citric acid, and mixing with ethanol to obtain soft acid material; mixing the other part with mixture of sodium bicarbonate and polyethylene glycol, and mixing with ethanol to obtain soft alkaline material;
(6) Granulating the acid soft material and the alkali soft material, drying, and mixing to obtain the granule.
5. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the steps (1) to (2), the water is added for soaking, the solid-to-liquid ratio is 1:2-15, and the soaking is carried out for 20-90min; the boiling is as follows: boiling with strong fire, boiling with slow fire for 0.5-2 hr, and filtering.

The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (3), the concentration is carried out by concentrating and settling the water decoction, and the total filtrate is primarily filtered by a reduced pressure filtration method to reduce the precipitation; and then carrying out reduced pressure distillation, concentrating until the extract is not hung on the wall, centrifuging at the low temperature of 0-10 ℃ to obtain supernatant, and continuously concentrating by using an evaporating dish to obtain the extract.
7. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the solid content of the extract is 0.5-8g/mL.
8. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (4), the erythritol and the dextrin are dried at a low temperature and then screened; the mass ratio of the extract to the dextrin to the erythritol is 1:1-3:1-3.

The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (5), the soft acid material is prepared by: mixing the dry extract and citric acid uniformly by equivalent incremental method, and mixing with adhesive anhydrous ethanol to obtain soft acid material; the preparation of the alkali soft material is specifically as follows: mixing the dry extract with a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and polyethylene glycol, and mixing with anhydrous ethanol as binder to obtain an alkali soft material; the acid soft material and the alkali soft material are prepared by being held into a ball by hand and being scattered by light pressing; the mixture of sodium bicarbonate and polyethylene glycol is sodium bicarbonate coated by polyethylene glycol: heating polyethylene glycol at 60-80 deg.C to molten state, mixing with sodium bicarbonate, pulverizing, and sieving; the mass ratio of the polyethylene glycol to the sodium bicarbonate is 1-3:1; the mass ratio of the citric acid to the sodium bicarbonate is 1.
10. A granule having the effects of soothing nerves, strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach, which is prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 4 to 9.
