Description

Composition with functions of soothing nerves, tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach and preparation method of granules of composition
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a composition with functions of soothing nerves, strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach and a preparation method of granules of the composition.
Background
Sub-health is a critical state between health and disease, most of which is similar to neurasthenia, and although the symptoms are not organically damaged, the symptoms have symptoms of easy mental fatigue, light sleep, dreaminess, limb lassitude and the like, seriously affect the normal work and rest of the patient, and interfere the normal life of the patient. Modern life is continuously developed, working pressure and irregular work and rest diet cause insomnia and dreaminess, inappetence, constipation, incoordination between intestines and stomach and reduction of immunity of organisms, and more people are troubled by sub-health, wherein teenagers are not lacked. Improving palpitation and calming the nerves are important for people of different ages, and the spleen and the stomach can be further damaged due to poor sleep.
At present, chinese and western medicines are generally adopted for treating insomnia by calming and hypnotizing and treating anxiety and depression and nutritional cranial nerves, although western medicines are quick in effect, the treatment effect of the western medicines is obviously limited and high in price, and some medicines also have side effects. With the continuous and deep research of the traditional Chinese medicine, the symptom groups can be brought into the categories of insomnia, depression syndrome and the like according to the symptoms, the theory of the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the symptoms are caused by the reasons of heart and spleen, the spleen and the stomach are the foundation of the acquired days and the source of the digestion of the food, the food essence can be slightly transported upwards to clear orifices, if the excessive thinking can damage the transportation and transformation functions of the spleen, the food cannot be nourished on the head and the face, the symptoms can appear, the qi and the spleen can be tonified, and therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine Sijunzi decoction is adopted to treat patients with heart-spleen deficiency type neurasthenia by adding and subtracting the traditional Chinese medicine Sijunzi decoction, and the good effect can be achieved.
In the prior art, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine formulas for soothing the nerves and strengthening the spleen and stomach are disclosed: the Chinese invention patent CN113017084A discloses a composition for calming heart, soothing nerves, tonifying spleen and kidney, health preserving powder, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components: spina date seed, lily, lotus seed, tuckahoe, longan aril, black sesame and walnut kernel. The composition has reasonable components, has obvious effects of calming nerves, relieving restlessness and depression and improving sleep quality, protects the functions of the spleen and the stomach to the maximum extent while calming the heart and soothing the nerves, has no side effect, and is prepared into health-care powder for daily administration. The Chinese invention patent CN105327238A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach, and a preparation method and application thereof. The composition is prepared into the traditional Chinese medicine beverage containing alcohol, which has the function of obviously improving sleep, but the traditional Chinese medicine beverage containing alcohol is only suitable for drinking by a small number of people and is not suitable for teenagers, old people, patients or other people who are not suitable for drinking. The Chinese herbal medicine has special smell, the taste is difficult to change when the Chinese herbal medicine is decocted for drinking, and the taste and smell are difficult to control when a plurality of medicines are used together. In the prior art, when the product of the traditional Chinese medicine formula is popularized, the traditional Chinese medicine formula not only has good efficacy, but also has the taste and smell and is convenient to transport and carry, and the problems need to be solved emphatically.
In order to research and obtain a composition which is suitable for most people to eat and has good effects of calming nerves, tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach, the invention researches the development trend of functional raw and auxiliary materials of traditional Chinese medicines and deeply researches the functional characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicines, researches the mutual synergistic collocation of the traditional Chinese medicines and the addition of the auxiliary materials and chemical additives, and develops a composition.

Fingered citron: is dried fruit of Rutaceae plant fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, white in flesh, and has no seeds; the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits of the fingered citron can be used as medicines, the fruits are pungent, bitter and warm in taste, enter the liver and spleen, have the effects of soothing the liver, regulating the flow of qi, harmonizing the stomach and eliminating phlegm, and are mainly used for treating hypochondriac pain, chest distress, disharmony between the liver and the stomach, abdominal distending pain, eructation, nausea and the like caused by qi stagnation of the spleen and the stomach.
Longan pulp: sweet in nature and warm in nature, and has the effects of tonifying heart and spleen, nourishing blood and tranquilization; has certain therapeutic effect on asthenia, insomnia and amnesia.
White atractylodes rhizome: bitter, sweet and warm in nature. It enters spleen and stomach meridians. Is a deficiency-tonifying medicine and is used for treating spleen deficiency, anorexia, abdominal distention, diarrhea, phlegm retention, dizziness, palpitation, edema, spontaneous perspiration and threatened abortion; but Bighead Atractylodes rhizome, rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, with bitter and dry taste, damaging yin, consolidating body fluid, causing thirst, and being contraindicated for patients with yin deficiency and internal heat.
Malt: recorded in the original source of medicine, mai ya tonifies deficiency of spleen and stomach, widens intestines and stomach, smashes finely, fries to be yellow, and takes out the powder for use. The raw malt has the main effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, soothing the liver and promoting the circulation of qi, and is mainly used for treating the symptoms of insufficient appetite due to spleen deficiency, milk insufficiency caused by stagnation of liver qi and the like; the roasted malt is produced by stir-frying raw malt, has the main effects of promoting digestion, promoting qi circulation and restoring milk, and is mainly used for indigestion and women weaning.
Chinese yam: sweet, warm, mild and nontoxic. Is a good product for entering lung, strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney. In the application of the invention, the yam component has the effects of strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach.
Erythritol: as a sugar, the molecular weight is very small, most of the sugar can be quickly absorbed in cerebellum, and the sugar cannot be metabolized and decomposed and is discharged out of the body along with urine; erythritol has a lower average glycemic index and a lower average insulin index than xylitol, and therefore has less effect on blood glucose and is suitable for diabetic patients.
In the examples described below, the erythritol is available from Shanghai Michelin Biochemical technology, inc. under the designation SJ-E808834; dextrin is purchased from Shanghai Michelin Biochemical technology Limited, and has a product number of SJ-D806744; polyethylene glycol was purchased from Tanshino Chemicals, inc.
