the original text carrying "Fu essence" means the true water in the kidney, which depends on the true fire to nourish the kidney. This fire is peculiar to the kidney, travels through the triple energizer, enters the nail and gallbladder, and plays a role in the heaven and monarch, so Wen Baihai, unblocks the seven orifices, nourishes the essence of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs, and is also stored in the kidney. Is also a fire, the father of all things, so it is recorded as: monarch and imperial fire are not enough to generate all things; people who are not so hot cannot live. If the fire is weakened, there will be no generation of any substance ", it is thought that the transformation of the kidney yang into fire can nourish the five zang-organs and six fu-organs, and generate all the substances, emphasizing the important meaning of kidney yang in the normal physiological activities of the human body, while insufficiency of kidney yang can lead to the prostate related diseases such as" man is turbid white and spermatorrhea "as mentioned above. The original text "paste" is warm and warm, and it is used to stick on the umbilicus, and has a miraculous effect. What is the person who is attached to the umbilicus? The cap is shaped like the end of the sexual organ of the male and female, and forms a river channel, and a stem is penetrated in the middle, such as the lotus pistil which is the umbilical cord. When there is a fire in the core, the door is hit. This point is located between the two kidneys, and is left and right open and closed. Just like the house account, it is named as umbilicus. If the umbilicus is the root of Mingmen, it is warm to help its primordial yang and strengthen its true fire, and benefit the origin of this kidney, then the kidney can store essence without leakage, explaining that the umbilicus patch is usually made of warm drugs, and further explaining that the umbilicus is located at the key pivot position of Mingmen kidney fire, and the drugs for warming and invigorating kidney yang are applied at this position to help the potency of the drug to directly reach the deficiency viscera, which is the root cause of kidney warming and invigorating by navel-applying therapy.
The prescription of the ointment for securing essence, tonifying kidney and warming navel comprises the following components of one or two Chinese chives seeds, one or two common cnidium fruits, one or two giant aconites roots, one or two cassia barks, three or two Sichuan pepper fruits, two jin of true sesame oil, twelve men for smooth lead and clean, one or two Shikuo sulphur, one jin of female clove and three jin of musk, which are ground respectively, and one single garlic is prepared, wherein the dosages of each component are respectively 10-15 parts by weight of Chinese chives seeds, 10-15 parts by weight of common cnidium fruits, 10-15 parts by weight of black aconite, 10-15 parts by weight of cinnamon, 30-40 parts by weight of Sichuan pepper fruits, 10-15 parts by weight of sulphur, 1-3 parts by weight of female clove and 3-6 parts by weight of musk, and sesame oil and single garlic which have drug toxicity and influence on the pharmaceutical technology are screened.
The detailed preparation method of the ointment is recorded in the original text, so that the preparation method is combined with the advanced process of modern pharmacy on the basis of following the initial preparation method as much as possible, and aims to ensure stable drug effect, and the rest 7 medicines except the artificial musk are crushed into fine powder and uniformly mixed for later use; mixing azone, mentholum, borneolum Syntheticum, and oleum Cinnamomi, and stirring; heating hot melt adhesive, slowly adding the above 7 medicinal materials fine powder and mixed solution of Mentholum, borneolum Syntheticum, oleum Cinnamomi, and azone, stirring to obtain adhesive cement, coating paste, covering with liner, and slicing.
The essence-securing kidney-tonifying navel-warming plaster analyzed from the composition of the prescription is mainly divided into two types of medicines for warming and invigorating kidney yang and aromatic, pungent and warm. The medicines for warming and invigorating kidney yang comprise monkshood, cinnamon, sulfur and fructus cnidii, wherein the monkshood and the cinnamon are matched with each other by a classical medicine pair and have the effect of warming and invigorating kidney yang, and typical medicines comprise Jinkui kidney qi pills and Fugui middle-jiao pills. The sulfur and the fructus cnidii are commonly used external treatment medicines in the traditional Chinese medicine, the medicine properties are warm and warm, the skin diseases can be treated, the medicine effect is clear, safe and stable, the sulfur has sour and warm taste and enters kidney and large intestine channels, the internal administration can tonify fire and strengthen yang, and the warm and warm medicine properties can also be used for treating yin syndrome skin diseases such as dorsal furuncle and malignant boil. The fructus cnidii has pungent, bitter and warm natures, enters kidney meridian, has the effects of warming kidney and tonifying yang, is used for warming and resolving women's yin cold in the fructus cnidii powder in the golden kui Yao L ü e, and is used for treating impotence by using the fructus cnidii pill in the Qian jin Yao Fang, so that the four medicines of the monkshood, the cinnamon, the sulfur and the fructus cnidii are used together to play the effects of warming and tonifying kidney yang.
The aromatic and pungent herbs include semen Allii Tuberosi, fructus Zanthoxyli, flos Caryophylli, moschus, and Bulbus Allii. The semen allii tuberosi is pungent, sweet and warm in flavor, enters liver and kidney meridians, and has the effects of warming and nourishing liver and kidney, tonifying yang and securing essence. The zanthoxylum bungeanum and the single garlic are representative medicines with homology of medicine and food, have pungent and warm properties, enter spleen and stomach channels, and can tonify spleen and stomach by warming and invigorating middle-jiao, and the acquired spleen yang and foot can tonify the acquired kidney yang, and the zanthoxylum bungeanum has the function of warming and invigorating kidney yang by entering right kidney and tonifying fire. Clove is fragrant in medicine taste, clove can emit various fragrances when the spleen and stomach are warmed in Kaibao, clove is warm in medicine property, and fragrance can promote qi circulation to eliminate dampness and warm and nourish the spleen and stomach, so that deficiency and vomit of children can be treated as in Ben Cao gang mu, and clove and persimmon calyx decoction, which are typical prescription medicines in Shang Han pestilence tiao Bian Tang in later generations, take clove as monarch medicine to warm the stomach and reduce the adverse flow of qi. This herb Jing Shu (fundamental and sparse theory of materia Medica) is contraindicated for all syndromes with fire-heat. It is not due to deficiency-cold, so it is not used in any way to further clarify clove as a warm-heat product. Musk, pungent in flavor and warm in property, enters heart and spleen meridians, and is commonly used for inducing resuscitation and refreshing mind due to its aromatic smell, such as Angong Niuhuang Wan and Zhibao Dan. Therefore, the reason for analyzing the navel paste agent using aromatic pungent-warm drugs is that the effect of warming and invigorating kidney yang is further enhanced on one hand, and on the other hand, the effect of warming and invigorating kidney yang is exerted on the navel part through aromatic drugs, which is equivalent to the effect of applying the drugs on the kidney for resuscitation, and acts on kidney fire on the kidney through the way of orifice, and kidney yang and sufficient kidney yang are further transmitted to internal organs and are distributed on the whole body through the circulation of blood vessels, so that the pathological state of yang-qi deficiency of five viscera and six viscera is corrected. Treating prostate diseases caused by insufficiency of kidney-yang.
The navel paste is optimized on the basis of selecting the essence-securing, kidney-tonifying and navel-warming paste in the classic ancient Chinese medical book 'Kangsheng Mi Po' under the guidance of the professor Tan Xinhua of famous old Chinese medicine by referring to the Chinese medicine treatment guidelines of common male diseases such as prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis and prostatic cancer, and the like, wherein 8 medicines are selected as the formula, so that the navel paste has the effects of warming and invigorating kidney yang, promoting qi and activating blood circulation, and meets the requirements of the Chinese medicine treatment method of the prostate diseases.
