A spray head is arranged between the cover plate 4 and the first clamping piece 2, and the dry part of the fruit bag on the fruit is further wetted by the spray head. The cover plate 4 is made of transparent materials, so that workers can observe the movement of fruits below the cover plate 4 conveniently.

Claims (10)

1. A fruit bag removing method based on fruits sleeved with fruit bags is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: soaking fruits in a flowing water pool, spraying water from the upper part of the water pool towards fruit bags of the fruits, and wetting the fruit bags completely;
s2: directing the fruit into a single pass-through channel such that the length direction of the fruit coincides with the direction of movement;
s3: monitoring the position of the fruit in the channel by taking a metal piece on the fruit stem of the fruit as a monitoring point, and judging whether the fruit stem of the fruit is at the front end or the rear end of the fruit;
s4: clamping the fruit of the fruit by using a first clamping piece, wherein one end of the first clamping piece, which is far away from a fruit handle, is provided with a free end swinging towards the inner side of the fruit; the fruit bag is clamped on a fruit stem by using two second clamping pieces, the two second clamping pieces are controlled to move towards the direction far away from the first clamping piece, the second clamping pieces and the first clamping pieces move relatively, and the first clamping pieces rotate towards the side far away from the second clamping pieces, so that a part of the fruit bag is separated from the fruit;
s5: cutting off the fruit stem by using a cutting knife arranged on the second clamping piece, so that the other part of the fruit bag with the metal piece is separated from the fruit;
s6: and spraying water from the upper part of the water tank towards the fruits which are separated from the fruit bag, and aerating upwards from the bottom of the water tank to clean the fruits.

The method for removing fruit bags based on fruit sleeved with fruit bags according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping member comprises two first push rods and two first squeezing plates respectively mounted at one ends of the first push rods, the first push rods are provided with swing shafts connected with the first squeezing plates, and the swing shafts are provided with torsion springs for restoring the first squeezing plates; the first push rod is started to control the two first squeezing plates to move towards the fruit and squeeze the fruit, the second clamping piece and the first clamping piece are started to move relatively, and the fruit friction force drives the two first squeezing plates to swing, so that a part of the fruit bag is separated from the fruit.

The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the axial direction of the swing shaft is perpendicular to the axial direction of the first push rod, and the swing shaft is located at one end of the first push rod close to the first squeezing plate; a long strip avoiding groove for accommodating one end of the first push rod is formed in the first extrusion plate, and a connecting hole in running fit with the swing shaft is formed in the inner wall of the long strip avoiding groove; the torsion spring is arranged between the outer wall of the first push rod and the inner wall of the strip avoidance groove; two side surfaces of one end of the first push rod are respectively provided with a limit stop used for limiting the swing angle of the first extrusion plate; the first extrusion plate rotates around the swinging shaft and is in contact with the limit stop.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first squeeze board is provided with an anti-slip layer for increasing the friction coefficient.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second clamping member comprises two second pushing rods, two second squeezing plates and a cutting knife, the two second squeezing plates are respectively mounted on one end of the second pushing rods; one side of one second push rod, which is close to the fruit, is provided with a rotating mechanism, and one end of the cutting knife is arranged on the rotating mechanism; the two second push rods push the two second extrusion plates to move towards the fruit stalks so as to clamp and fix the fruit stalks; the rotating mechanism is started to drive the cutting knife to rotate so as to cut off the fruit stem.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second clamping member comprises two second pushing rods, two second pressing plates and two cutting blades, the two second pressing plates are respectively mounted on one ends of the second pushing rods; linear drivers are arranged on one sides, close to the fruits, of the two second push rods, and one end of each cutting knife is mounted on the corresponding linear driver; the two second push rods push the two second extrusion plates to move towards the fruit stalks so as to clamp and fix the fruit stalks; and starting the two linear drivers to control the two cutting knives to move towards the fruit stalks so as to cut off the fruit stalks.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of guiding channels are arranged in parallel in the pool, the guiding channels comprise two shielding plates and two transition guide plates, and the two shielding plates are arranged in parallel and spaced to form the passage for the fruit to pass through individually; one end of each transition guide plate is fixedly connected with one end of each shielding plate, and the other end of each transition guide plate extends outwards; the two transition guide plates are used for gathering fruits and moving towards the channel; two adjacent shielding plates and two transition guide plates in two adjacent guide channels are fixedly connected respectively.

The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein two first guide rollers are disposed on the guide channel, the two first guide rollers are disposed at the connection between the shielding plate and the transition guide plate, and a second guide roller is disposed at the connection between the two transition guide plates connected to each other in two adjacent guide channels.

The method for removing fruit bags based on fruit sleeved with fruit bags according to claim 1, wherein a mounting rack is arranged above the water tank, a plurality of spray heads are arranged at the lower end of the mounting rack, and the arrangement direction of the plurality of spray heads is consistent with the flowing direction in the water tank; the mounting bracket is provided with a lifter, the free end of the lifter is provided with a connecting rod extending downwards, and the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are both installed on the connecting rod.
