一种自动化建库系统(1)，包括：耗材存储模块(10)，用于存放耗材；调度转移模块(30)，能够沿一预定方向移动；生化反应模块(20)，包括多个沿所述预定方向依次设置的生化反应装置(21a，21b)，每一所述生化反应装置用于执行基因测序样本制备的其中一子流程，所述调度转移模块(30)用于抓取所述耗材存储模块中存放的所述耗材(2)，所述调度转移模块还用于在沿所述预定方向滑动时，将抓取的所述耗材转移至多个所述生化反应装置上；控制模块，用于控制所述耗材存储模块、所述生化反应模块和所述调度转移模块协调作业。
